It's really that hard to find a bounty that actually pays. The process may also be quite complex. But at least, if you really want to take the bounty campaign seriously, try looking at the list of bounties that have just been opened and are managed by popular BM on this forum. At least, if you can't analyze the project well, you can just follow the project managed by popular BM.

This will not guarantee that the results will always be optimal, no. Because, there is no guarantee that the bounty will always be worth it, no. Even when I used to participate in a bounty campaign, it was really annoying because it didn't work either. Even though I've tried it with lots of bounties and it lasted a long time. I think the time of bounty campaigns are going because many new projects are just after creating their own tokens allowing users to mine them and also joining their community for a bigger outcome. I still think the golden years for bounty campaigns are over. A couple of years, it was interesting to do bounty campaigns and receive decent rewards but nowadays finding a good one is harder. If you want to participate on a bounty campaign, you better prepare yourself to waste your time, the reality is that you are many years late for this, as I think 2016 and 2017 were probably the best years for bounty hunters, but since then the quality of the projects offering those bounties has dropped, their conditions have gotten tighter and there is a lot of competition.

It's been a long time since I've taken part in bounties so I'm not sure how to judge a good bounty but since this is just an easy job you might have difficulty deciding which ones are good so it's better to follow as many as you can so you don't miss out on any ones are good, even though you will get a disappointing bounty too, being too focused on choosing is very likely to make you miss out on getting a good bounty that gives big profits because you misjudged it, and in my opinion that is the best option because whatever indicators we use to assess a bounty it will not give accurate assessments so follow as many as you can.

That is so true that most bounty campaign are scams. They make the bounty hunters work so hard and then they don't pay the promised funds to them. That is why a hunter should join a bounty that has already escrowed funds. Only good bounty managers are the ones who will have funds escrowed before starting of the campaign.

Bounty isn't so guaranteed this days. To me is more like waste of time. Imagine partaking in a bounty for weeks and you end up getting less than $2 for your 4 weeks work. Some will even end up not paying at all. Well if you insist you wish to work on bounty, I will give you few ways to get it done:
