You might want to classify your tasks from beginner to intermediate to advanced or something like that to make sure the learner will have a smooth transition and overall experience. Running a full node, for example, can't be given to somebody who has just learned to use a Lightning wallet.

Anyway, beginner tasks could include create a wallet, create a backup, restore a wallet, make a transaction, sign and verify a message, and so on. Intermediate tasks may include creating a multi-sig wallet, replace an unconfirmed transaction with a higher fee, extracting private keys from seed phrase, and the like. Advanced tasks include running a full node and perhaps some others that involve mining like adding transactions to a block.

I don't know if this is a good idea but I think that it's probably something. Teaching them to be secure about their wallets and how to be secure yourself in crypto space and online in general is a good basics to learn from, that way they're all learning what they can keep using even if they've been, most people remember the foundations compared to when they're already knowledgeable right? Basically my idea is to teach them about cybersecurity because I've seen a lot of seminars of these and most of them are easy to understand and remember and those seminars, you got to pay them and it's probably nice that they can save some money learning the fundamentals of safety online and they're earning from it. I have to say this, really good initiative and I wish I'm in that group of yours because I really love the idea of learning but at the same time, I'm getting paid to learn which is a really good motivation more than anything.

BIG WINNER!

I have started a learn and earn program for my facebook group members, together with the cooperation of our other group admin and moderator. The purpose of the program is to make sure they are learning the crypto basic (totally bitcoin focused). I'm running out of ideas as we have planned to run the program for long. We are paying around $5-$10 per participants (with maximum cap per activity) in average.
I'm looking for some small ideas like running a full node, using lightning network, signing a message and more. Feel free to share your ideas here.

Well if your goal is teaching, it is better to have a collaboration with the participants. Not only the podcast or seminar type of discussion but a conversational among those becoming investors.

However most of those are really there on how to make money really quick. Or instead of education, they are after for some signals or the like services. So for that fact, you may consider creating market reviews or overviews for some markets or projects they would request. In that case, you will catch their deepest interests which is to earn money and have a better feel with the market.

Hey LM, isn't it that crypto is ban in your country? My concern is just what if one of the spy gets in to your group and try to have a screenshot of all of your members including the admins, moderators and everyone that's in there and will report you guys? Or the government lied low with the ruling of crypto in your country? I salute you for having this kind of initiative and spreading the knowledge that you have and gives back to your community. Now for the idea, I am sure that many of yours have already their wallet. What if you try to load a wallet with a $5 worth of any crypto and then you'd just drop it to your group and whoever gets it first it will be theirs. The lesson there is not to leave your private keys/seeds on the web. Also, try to let them research some trivias about the history of the entire crypto community that hasn't been known by you or by the majority.

I think by now, you should already have gotten what you want or looking for, but just to add, I would say that ideas are actually scattered all over the place on the internet, a simple search I believe would do the magic for you.

For example, an idea I would possibly share with you is, how about looking for a way to intergret courses from Binance academy to the platform you guys are using the learn and earn program? Personally, I've spent really an ample of time reading some courses on Binance academy and I must say that they are well detailed, always straightforward and to the point, and as well, very educative..
Finding a way to integrate courses from Binance academy into your Facebook group learn and earn program I think is one strategy that will make sure you never have to worry about running out of ideas any more, since courses on Binance academy is very too many that I don't think a person can finish it all in one year.

How can you be sure that someone isn't running multiple Facebook accounts and exploiting this "learn and earn" program?
Creating multiple Facebook accounts can be easily done with an anti-detect browser like Dolphin-Anty or Incoginiton, some residential proxies and SMS services like SMSPVA for phone verification. Why there should be a monetary incentive for this? If the people are really interested in Bitcoin, they will find all the info they need and learn everything for free. Maybe teaching them the basic stuff about Bitcoin is more than enough. I don't think that the Lightning Network will ever become mainstream, so teaching them about LN seems kinda useless.

Here are some few ideas :

Reason to avoid KYC and being cautious of your privacy online
Avoiding KYC is becoming increasingly difficult, because almost all services for buying and selling bitcoin will require this procedure. So, the relevance of discussing and teaching this becomes a dubious undertaking.

What to consider to know a good bitcoin wallet and why use open source wallet
An open source wallet is not a panacea for bitcoiners and is not the only factor to consider when choosing a wallet.

I'm running out of ideas as we have planned to run the program for long.
It is impossible to believe that in a sphere with almost endless topics for discussion, ideas can run out. Smiley

We are paying around $5-$10 per participants (with maximum cap per activity) in average.
How much do you pay for ideas? Cheesy

Not sure how you want to teach about Bitcoin.

I think videos about a speciifc topics that can be easily shared would be my approach. As an example see this IT Guy on Youtube:

https://www.youtube.com/user/elithecomputerguy/featured

For more general info the guy has a separate channel:

https://www.youtube.com/@EliComputerGuyLive/videos

Regarding topics start from the beginning like "Whats in Bitcoin"  and then move on through all the details step by step......

If the quality is good maybe people would pay for it Smiley

Bitcoin Trivia with only 10 questions. I tried it and those questions are easy for me, I answer 10/10 correctly but newbies will miss some questions.

The Bitcoin exam with 50 questions. I did not try it because it requires an account.

Explain the Unspendable Transaction Output (UTXO) model
UTXO stands for "unspent transaction output". It's probably a good idea to explain how transaction change works, I've seen many Newbies who got confused. The cash analogy fits better than the banking analogy.

Yes doing KYC seems inevitable in general in regard to not only bitcoin but sometimes there can be an alternative and they should know if any KYC worth the risk, this is not just only in relation to bitcoin and there are non KYC exchanges offering p2p services, https://kycnot.me

What to consider to know a good bitcoin wallet and why use open source wallet
An open source wallet is not a panacea for bitcoiners and is not the only factor to consider when choosing a wallet.
Yes but I can say in any software if there is an open source doing effectively as any close source then it will be better to opt for them and also my earlier reply didn't spoke solely of just choosing an open source wallet

Bitcoin Trivia with only 10 questions. I tried it and those questions are easy for me, I answer 10/10 correctly but newbies will miss some questions.

The Bitcoin exam with 50 questions. I did not try it because it requires an account.

Trivias and games are a great way to teach someone about anything. They are entertaining and educational both at the same time. I think it is a good way to attract and capture people’s attention.

You can also give out some prizes for those who can answer correctly. It will fuel their competitive spirit making them more motivated to learn and play.

Appreciate all the suggestions here. I had a look at many and starting to apply some.

I have started a learn and earn program for my facebook group members
What's the goal for the participants? Do they want to "get rich quick", "earn money on the internet", or how to safely store Bitcoin after buying it? If it's the first two, I can't help them much. But if it's the latter, they don't need to learn a lot before they can start doing it. There's no need to install a full node for instance.
I would like to encourage people for learning more about bitcoin and its ecosystem.

I get that Wink But it doesn't answer my question: what's the goal for the participants? You're trying to encourage them, which is commendable. But the need for that depends on what they want to do with that knowledge.

For sure OP you already tried activity setting some Bitcoin wallets, how to send Bitcoin, how to set transaction fees (fees/byte)?
Or maybe try also the calculation of fees or size of the transactions, sending batch transaction (where you can send to multiple addresses using one transaction).
Pretty OP's done that but the calculation of fees I think is a bit too advanced for beginners even the batch transactions maybe taking it slow and little by little. Helps that they've got a good foundation and understanding of bitcoin, that way they're not that worried or confused if they do something advanced because they might have the knowledge to answer the issues. I don't have that much idea to contribute but I think expanding this program might be a good idea to do although the funding is going to be an issue right?

Teach them how to buy and sell bitcoin from an exchange, and how to transfer their bitcoin from one wallet to another.

The type of wallet to use on daily spending and for a long time savings. Also how they will back up their seed phrase and keeping it safe from third party.

Teach them on how to consolidate transactions, and enlighten them on dust transaction. How to import private keys.

I hope your students will be motivated to learn, and use the knowledge to help themselves in future, so that your goal would be achieved. I admire your initiative.  Grin

This section is for beginners who are completely new to Bitcoin and want to learn the basics of how it works and how to get started using it.

Start here:

How Does Bitcoin Work?

Getting started
So you want to get started using bitcoin? Here are the basic steps:

Wallets
A quick guide to bitcoin wallets, and recommendations on which ones to use.
Exchanges

You might say that those are the basic things of Bitcoin, and you want your group members to learn these things as well, but I have another feeling. These are the basic things for you and me or those who have been in crypto (Bitcoin) for a while and learned more advanced things. However, these are almost advanced already for the average person who scrolls Facebook all day. I am saying this because I feel that 90% of Bangladeshi Facebook users know Bitcoin as a money-making machine and don't know anything else. They don't know what is the difference between Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

They don't know what the difference is between Binance and Electrum Wallet. They say Electrum is bad because they cannot store all the cryptocurrency in it, but they can deposit various crypto into their Binance account. It's impossible to make them understand the difference in a Facebook post's comment section. I fought with these types of people who were arguing that Binance is better. So, my suggestion is to raise awareness about it. They should know more basics than understanding how to run a lightning network or a full node.

It will be risky for you to be the admin of the facebook group you want to open because as far as I know Bitcoin is not legalized in your country so if you are the admin of that group then legal complications may arise for you.
But as far as I know teaching in facebook group is not illegal but legal but if you are using facebook group to sell bitcoins then you will definitely be in trouble with the law.
