There are prediction sites for cryptocurrencies but do not believe in all what you see and know that nobody knows the future. In prediction, there are inaccuracies. When Luna for example was launched, many of the sites predicted good future for the coins, but you can see how Luna and UST users lost money. You will see many of the coin developers paying to promote their coins and they will not mind if investors later lose.

To be frank, it's not easy for the casino to create such predictions because the upcoming hype might use new names that no one know e.g. NFT, BRC-20 token. AFAIK those are new, not like meme coins that we already know it, but this year the hype coming back.

Developers want a long-term platform, not a platform because of the hype it takes a lot of money and effort to launch a platform and market the platform then after a few months the platform becomes obsolete, developers want to play it safe with their investment, its a big gamble on their part if they will come out with a concept that there's no guarantee to last for years.

Why would anyone even need this? If you think a coin will rise any time soon, why don't you just buy it? If you think otherwise binance has many tools you can use to short that asset too. What you basically want is an exchange where you can go long&short, do you realize that?

Why not but will it gain support from players who are accustomed to playing games that they played for many years, the platform that you are suggesting is for traders and altcoins investors which many of the gamblers are not.
The market trend is constantly changing what's trending now may not be trending the next day and a new one will come up and the developers' money and effort will be wasted, but who knows a developer will catch this idea and come out with one
But for now, it's the traditional online casinos that are getting the support of the gambling community.

My thoughts on it is that the market already has several platforms which are there to provide liquidity to anyone who wishes to try to guess on the trends on the price of cryptocurrencies: exchanges.
If anyone launched a casino based on that premise, then it would be competing directly not only with casinos but also to exchanges as big as Binance and Coinbase.
If anyone feels like trying to profit of the market of shitcoins and memecoins, then there is no need for them to go to a casino, they can try to profit by simple speculation on an exchange (in the case their shitcoin is listed) otherwise, they still can buy/sell in decentralized exchanges (built on-chain).

In short, it would be a solution in search for a problem, and it would probably not be profitable for whoever opens the website/casino.  
Just my opinion, of course, I could be wrong on this one.

It can only be made possible if there's a market for it is not easy to customize a script or platform for a new concept there should be a demand for it and the market narrative is changing, the shift is too fast, 3 years ago we have the P2E trend, then NFT meme coins the market is ever-changing that the platform, if there's one created, it cannot keep up with the trend.

But its an idea worth exploring, but it needs a feasibility study to know if it's profitable and if it's something that players and investors will support.

I do not think this is feasible because there are no demands for it, and if there is, what is the possibility that such predictions are correct? What is the probability of the predictions being accurate to have a good win to those who subscribed to the website.

Sound too much as some of the token experiments that were actually deployed during 2017 / 2018. These created tokens for "prediction markets", precisely one called Augur. The fact that most of you have not heard about it is possible the best proof that it did not work too well that time. Perhaps it is time to revive it, but it is in itself a bet for something that did not work the first time.

Yes, as others have said, there is Futuur.

But I think the closest that we might get into this kind of prediction is Binary Options? Remember that time around 2014-2017 there was a signature campaign about this kind of platform? Secondstrade.com, but then again, it could be different from what the is trying to come up with.

In my opinion, this would be an impossible mission because the casino owner would spend a lot of money creating the casino without knowing how many new projects would emerge and what the purpose of those projects would be and another big problem would be how to prevent the owners of such projects from not agree with some whales and news sites and reviews of cryptocurrency projects so that they do not manipulate the price of a new cryptocurrency to attract many people and give the impression that the project is being a success. this would be similar to fixed games and casino owners would have no way to prevent these types of things from happening

and lastly how would casinos place odds on projects when they appear? it would be very difficult, they could even put odds of 100x on a certain project z that was worth nothing, but days later the owner of the project z forms a partnership with a billionaire and the currency z rises in price a lot and becomes a success and the owner of the project and the billionaire who bought the currency early and bet that the project would be a success would profit twice, first they would profit from the low price they bought and second they would profit from the money they bet in the casino, as the project would have odds of 100x it would be enough for them bet 1 million dollars for them to win 100 million dollars. In other words, it would be easy for the rich to manipulate everything and become richer and the casinos would go bankrupt

Nothing is undoable in the world, but it will take a lot of brainstorming and a lot of work to get something like that done. Besides, as @mindrust said it already, we have futures and options trading platforms where one can almost do the same thing just for a shorter timeframe, and wouldn't one be able to get more profit if they buy the coins or invest in projects that they think will perform very well in the future? Even the same amount being used as the bet could be used to make the purchase.

If it's just a platform that predicts cryptocurrency performance, Freebitco.in already has that for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Fun Token. You can guess the prices of these coins on the last day of the month. But when it comes to NFTs and meme coins, I haven't seen such markets yet, maybe because of misinformation and scams. There's a risk of bad actors using such a platform to spread misinformation or engage in pump-and-dump schemes, which I also don't want to support.

Is it not that the reason for exchanges to exist already? At exchanges you are already trying to outsmart other traders when determining which coin in specific or which type of coin will perform great during a period of time and try to earn money that way.

Another problem is that even if you tried to sell this as something different than an exchange, you can be sure regulators will not agree and eventually you will have to face them.
