Ironic thing you will win more if less under pressure even from yourself to perform some sort of money making turn around with your gambling.  The win should be a nice surprise then required objective to have fun.  I certainly think people learn better if able to have a mistake without it ruining your day, your week even then you are likely just to be reacting emotional rather observing impartially how best to maximize winnings.

If you don't do any statistics with stress in job field then your result will be wrong.

I don't think anything depends on our behavior or mood in gambling, except for gross mistakes that violate our risk management. In gambling the main role is played by random chance, so whatever techniques you use to lure luck they will not work. You can play all the time in a relaxed state, but each gambling session will still be different from previous ones.

but there are many people who gamble constantly and get tired later when they start playing with less concentration they can win many times. Maybe it's their luck in gambling, any time a gambler can change his financial position just depending on his luck.

Every gambling has what gives them luck when gambling and this is the reason I do not like to copy how other gamblers are gambling or use their strategy when I know that gambling is mostly about luck and by using someone else winning strategy will not determine your own success. There are gamblers that bet on multiple games or use very large stakes and they do well with the results that they get but if some of us follow them, we are going to lose as we do not have the ability to stay calm under pressure as they can do for many hours. There are gamblers winning life changing amounts and some of them use very little stake therefore everything is possible when gambling. You can also lose therefore you do not have to take risk that will be too much for you to be capable of handling.

You say gambling and in any field of work stress will never bring good results for you. You will notice a clear difference between the results of a job without stress and the results of a job under pressure. If you feel pressured in gambling, you will definitely experience losses in gambling. You will bet on relaxation and you can plan properly on every bet but if you plan with pressure then your planning will not be correct. Mental stress has an important impact on gambling and you can learn it from experienced gamblers.

You should have known from the start that gambling can have a bad impact, there are no really positive results if you do it often and you will definitely experience continuous losses, gambling is not an activity that must be done, this is just a game of luck, if you want to take risks, please play but if you lose, don't regret it and if you don't want to lose money, it's better not to gamble.
I myself have never considered gambling as an activity that is too serious, I only use it occasionally if I really want to do it, so it doesn't bring me down at all.

I know there is such an idea that what we wish can come true. But to do this, you need to want once and let go of thoughts, not constantly think, for example, about winning at gambling, but just fleetingly catch yourself thinking. It's just based on mentality, the more you try to make money from it desperately you would keep having negative results because you are trying to make it a source of income. Those that see actively involved in gambling will always lose, the simple way to avoid losing a lot of money is to always stop after losing on or two times, don't think about chasing your profits after losing instead take a break from it and don't play for about 2 to 4 weeks . Just like you said the less active you get you end up having positive results and stop yourself from losing everytime.

Too much of anything is bad for you - sugar, alcohol, even being too athletic can have negative affects at the extreme end of the spectrum. Moderation is key, as many older people will tell you, and will allow you to be much happier in life. When you go in hard with gambling, sometimes you can build up an idea in your mind that you're going to be the super lucky one, you'll be the one to hit that million dollar jackpot that the slots are dangling in front of you, but like getting struck by lightning or winning the lottery - you have low odds. Save your work life for earning money and only gamble if you can enjoy it while with the ability to walk away for a month without giving it a second thought.

At least, I also stopped gambling for a few years but in fact when I returned to gambling the results were the same, it was difficult for me to win and it took a lot of trials to get a good win. The reason is because he initially saw gambling as means of wealth creation or a place to make money but as time goes he began to understand that gambling is a place to catch fun and not place to make money, but as he is catching the fun he can wager very little amount along line while having his fun he can win something extraordinary. But when he finally removed his mind and focused on fun aspect it becomes more simpler for him to win with ease without any hard feelings merged to it.

It is difficult once it becomes an habit, yes. But it is possible to completely quit it if one gets some other activity to burn time and enjoy oneself.
Also, it is not a coincidence those who are the most active gamblers are the ones less benefitted from playing casino games. The games themselves are designed by the house to give some advantage to themselves in the long term, so the most often one gambles, the higher are the chances of messing up and lossing money. It is part of the dynamics of gambling and casinos.

That is one of the reasons lucky people who manage to get some profit are supposed to withdraw as soon as possible, instead of getting too cocky and lose all of the remaining balance.

This is the reason why I strictly take gambling as a means to have fun only and I never break my bank or do anything stupid just to fund my account to gamble - if I don’t have money or if I have money that I know it’s not free and I’d probably use it for something else I don’t stress myself by using that same money.

There are phases sometimes where we try to stop our gambling activities because there are some other things to consider such as financial conditions or even more urgent things because I also sometimes do that but when we restart gambling it means that we don't fully intend to stop.

I personally for now still have no intention of stopping my gambling activities even though the intensity is slightly reduced so something like this even though there is a break from gambling for some time or maybe a few months as you feel in the end when my intention does not want to stop then surely I will return to the same situation. But maybe it will be different when the intention is to want to gamble because when this happens for those who really want to stop their gambling activities then the wrong way to try to stop it at once. This is the same as torturing you like when you are used to living without exercise but try to do extreme sports every day just because you want to be in good shape, of course it will actually make you injured, as well as gambling. If you want to stop then stop slowly because when you stop all at once then you will only torture yourself which in the end you will return to the process where you will do gambling again in the end.

Sincerely I can’t dictate when and how often I win talk more of observing any game in my favour, this thought is quite common whenever a gambler tries to give more reason why he/she should regulate their gambling lifestyle. It all comes from a thought of self respect nothing else and it’s more better if anyone thinks in such manner rather than spending always with no wins. After reading this I will probably observe and I also don’t think a casino will purposely wreck a regular gambler rather what’s strange is because you view gambling in that manner while others might have a different perspective about gambling.
