I don't want to say that meme coins are bad but their behavior is not understandable. There are several memes which have good market cap compared to other altcoins which gives investors a lot of profit but price volatility makes them puzzle with right investment timing. I took some meme and was in some profit sharing and holding position. But it seems to me that most meme coins are made for gamblers and are suitable for short term investments.

I agree with you my guy. Investing in memecoins is like playing puzzle games, you don't know if you will win or matched the letters. And now the motivation people have in investing in memecoins or tokens is because of the recent launched of Notcoin and those who mined or bought before it was launched made good profit from the coin and because of that people are mining any token that came to the cryptocurrency ecosystem market. Memecoins behaviors are not clear. Some of them were listed in exchanges and increased in price and few months or years later they would die down.

And if your were not smart enough and removed your coins from the exchange or wallet then your coins would burned and you lost everything. Hehehe...I do not see it like that bro, as the whole cryptocurrency market is a place where the bullish season and bearish season are being observed, and also a place of uncertain moments, and so are the meme coins despite being in the cryptocurrency market itself. Mind you, cryptocurrency is not complete without mentioning meme coins/tokens today, and I am certain that it will always be like that forever, they are part of it. If you take a look at the crypto industry, you would realise that it has classes/sectors, where you see Layers, Infrastructure, Defi, Meme, Liquid staking, AI etc. This alone should have hinted to you that meme is a whole sector of the crypto world, this is intended to be kept that way as it will be a disaster for any flourishing sector of the crypto economy to cease to exist again for whatever reason.

If that happens, then any sector may be threatened going forward which I do not think can be good for the crypto industry itself. As I write, more meme projects are being developed and more will be developed over time. I too used to be cautious about memecoins. How they don't contribute to the crypto world and how ponzi like they are. But on those several years I stayed away from them, people kept on making their fortunes and at the moment they are stronger than ever. I currently have invested in several memecoins making them the largest part of my portfolio. And in the last 24 hours all of them have outperformed bitcoin and other altcoins that I hold. most of new meme coins are rarely allocating token to their team and the project is independent of whatever the team are promising though.
its like the meme coin created to be an ownerless coin from day one so thats not really a concern anymore, even money raised usually being used for LP meaning it comes back to the community, but yeah there is always possibility that the devs somewhat tinker around the contract codes and have a way to rug.
but overall, the long lasting meme coins are the noes that could achieve hundred millions of capital overnight, they usually last since they later on get listed in big exchange like binance.

A great deal of what people can read on social media is either a bunch of lies or half-truths, the developers behind meme coins want to keep people investing in their useless projects with the hope of striking rich, and the way to do this is by creating the false impression there are many people making a fortune with their projects, but the number of people like that is very small, so I am sure they are pushing those numbers up by creating a bunch of bots which claim to have made a lot of money, and in this way attract more investors to their next projects.
