Welcome to the forum, and just as an additional advice to what the first comment already suggested, first you need to read alot and write a few of only what you know that is online with the topics of discussion, once you do this and reading the forum rules then I can say you are good to go and be ok here in the forum.

Greetings and welcome to the forum, there are many boards for you to explore and it will be easier for you if you are a reader because reading is the only way for you to understand and navigate the forum as you have seen links that other users have dropped for you.
I have been here longer and I want you to know that the major things the forum frowns at are.

 1;copying someone else's work and claiming it as yours.
2; using AI to answer questions asked here in the forum and pretending to be intelligent.
3; spamming.
4; shitposting (making posts that makes no sense or bring value to the forum)

FORUM ABBREVIATIONS you might not understand
1; IMO (in my opinion)
2; BTC (Bitcoin) I have seen some people use BT which is wrong.

I have seen a topic about the forum abbreviations, I will go search for the link and drop it here for you so you don't get confused when you see them, I'm a newbie as well and these are the things I know about the forum for now.

Welcome to bitcointalk forum mate, I suggest you stick to your local board and do more of reading, in every board there are pinned thread at the top were you can read and understand what you are suppose to do, and what you are not suppose to do to avoid spamming and plagiarism because in this forum anything like spamming or plagiarism is highly prohibited, I think you made a right decision by joining bitcointalk forum because you are going to learn how to invest in Bitcoin. Learning about the forum involves performing two tasks, you need to be active and also abide the rules and regulations, then you can get started, there are many boards of interest here where you could develop your area of interest and learn from, make sure you read the pinned threads first on every boards before anything, you can as well see meta as a board where you learn about the forum and Bitcoin discussion board as the general place you learn about bitcoin, while beginners and help section could involve any other specific aspect you may want to learn or discover from, also make use of the forum search button, this will help you discover more areas already discussed and learn from them.
