I have created a different account, but this time with one of my emails I can access and I didn't encounter the same issue. In the first one I wasn't asked for any verification code from my email but in the second one I was prevented from navigating to other pages until I verified my email address, I guess they might have tweaked it a bit to correct it.

Real name and physical address are only used when fiat currency is used to deposit account funds (we do not currently have an automated processor, but it is planned for the near future). To deliver an ACH, personally identifiable information is required, even temporarily. For cryptocurrency, no such name and address requirements exist, you can withdrawal with a simple cryptocurrency address.

I don't think it means that they will take the wager. With a deck of 52 cards and 5 cards per pick, there are 311,875,200 unique picks. To make numbers rounder/more divisible, we also duplicate some of these in order to have 125 picks per ticket and 2,500,000 tickets in total (the provably fair page goes into all the details of how this is done). Our math algorithms guarantee that no picks are duplicated on a single ticket, but since duplicate picks exist in the overall lottery game, it causes the possibility (not a guarantee) that there could be, eg, two jackpot winners, or eleven winners with 5-3, and so forth. We can only mathematically guarantee a minimum value of wins.
