The fact that Australia couldn't qualify for the semi-finals is quite surprising. Although they start the the major ICC tournaments in a dull manner, they always make up for that in the later stages. But this time they couldn't recover from the defeat that they suffered against Afghanistan. They needed to win against India, but then their bowlers leaked tons of runs and in the end the target was outside their range. Anyway, congratulations to Afghanistan. Hard work always pays off in the end.

But the team did not perform as per our expectations. Bangladesh needed probably 110 plus runs in 10 overs to qualify for the semi-finals of the World Cup today, I think it's very easy. 10 wickets in hand, including seven professional batsmen.  If these seven professional batsmen had scored 10 to 15 runs, still Bangladesh would have won this match. Their irresponsible performance saw them lose their dream of qualifying for the semi-finals in the end against Afghanistan. It's certainly a shame and it's not an easy thing to accept as a cricket fan.

When we live in country we have affection with the country and we want to win against any country either we are watching cricket or football.  Bangladeshi team played very bad in this World Cup . The same was happen with Pakistani team when Pakistani team could not chase only 120 runs against India. The situation was in the control of Pakistan team but middle order flopped and Pakistan lose the match and Pakistan could not qualify for super 8 dur NRR. Yes in recent match of ICC Men Super Eight Round competition we see a big match of Afghanistan sqaud against Australia sqaud and their victory was really superb and unpredictable. With this victory against Bangladesh sqaud, this was not a big deal for them and they defeated many big sqauds like New Zealand, Australia. This was the great achievement of Afghanistan sqaud and their performance surprised to all other squad and cricket lovers. In Bangladesh match, Afghanistan sqaud got a victory with 8 scores because of DLS method. Their bowling performance was unbelievable and unbeatable in match and despite  low Defeating target, Afghanistan squad bowlers delivered an amazing performance in bowling and defeated Bangladesh batter in ground. Both these bowlers Rashid Khan and Naveen-ul-Haq displayed very impressive strength in game and both picked up same numbers of wickets 4 each  bowlers. Bangladesh team fought hard but unluckily to won the match Bangladesh team had to complete the target in 13th overs but they could not won the match and lost by 8 runs DLS method. 115 runs target was not big for Bangladesh but they could not chase Bangladesh team needed 12 runs on last 12 balls but excellent bowling by naveen ul haq who took two wickets in second last over. Yup! It is quite surprising as they have been winning most ICC tournaments for a couple of years. I guess they should have stuck with Cummins as the captain and they should have included new talents rather than going with the old talents. Afghanistan was never a favourite team but they again proved that they are better far better and emerging on the global cricketing nation board. Another team I should say is the US, they will become far better than the Afghan team in the next 3 to 4 years.

This is what BCCI and those Indian millionaires can achieve without even a single support from ICC. By the way, the Indian team is planning to go to Pakistan for the ICC Champions Trophy. There are a few conditions that I am sure the PCB would comply as it is all about the Indian team playing in Pakistan.

I agree with you. Rain is natural thing and that is is not is Man's control but USA is good host . But they made artificial wickets and there is no ground of cricket. After the cricket match , any other game can be play on that pitch. West Indian wickets are good wickets and we saw good matches on West Indian wickets. We want highest total in the match and we want more sixes and fours but we didn't see the long sixes and fours on USA wickets. We saw total between 100 to 120 and which team made 120 runs he was winner. Audience didn't like that.We saw India as a host and we heard a noise in the ground when Indian team lose the World Cup final. Indian public only want win and they don't want to lose the match . But win and lose is a part of game and no team could win every match.

At least on paper, South Africa is the stronger side. But I would say that we should not write off Afghanistan. Afghanistan managed to beat Australia and Bangladesh, while South Africa avoided defeat to Nepal and Netherlands by a whisker. I hope that South Africa learnt their lesson from close encounters against the associate nations. How about Indian chances against the England in the semi finals? For this we may need to peak in the history to see their previous performances and results.



Last time, when England and Indian team played against each other in the Semi-Final match then on that time, the Indian team lost that match by 10 wickets and England did not lose any single wickets. So, once again I hope history won't repeat itself and there is another one that in 2022, they were also unbeaten and until now in this World Cup, they are also unbeaten too, but now let’s see what will happen, the Indian team always lost the match after touching the win

Tomorrow we will watch two main matches of the tournament. Afghanistan vs South Africa at 1:30AM and India Vs England 3:30PM . I am very excited to watch these matches because these matches will be high voltage match and we will see high competition between four teams. India is stronger than England but we saw last World Cup in which India was much stronger than any other team but India could not win the World Cup. More chances are India will beat England but England team can also upset Indian team because Buttler is in full form and that player is equal to one team when he is in full form and he has capability to bend the match to their side.Afghanistan has more chances to qualify for final but South Africa could also performe in tomorrow match . For Bangladesh, this World Cup wasn't a great journey but the good thing is that they qualified for the Super 8s. When you see teams like New Zealand and Pakistan unable to make it to Super 8s, being a fan of Bangladesh, you should feel a bit satisfied with the performance as compare to these teams which were eliminated earlier in the tournament.

And if they think that they can easily win this match with Afghanistan, then their situation can be like that of an Australian team.
