FORTUNEJACK SCAM 3000USDT

I want to appeal to the forum administrators and visitors. I was blatantly robbed by Fortunejack Casino! I couldn't even do anything. Today I simply could not log into my account. In the support chat they told me that your account is blocked with all the money!
There should be about 3000USDT in my account.

I can roughly tell you from memory what I did on the account. I like to watch major league football and place bets while watching it. The first time I made a bet and won. I requested money for withdrawal and it was withdrawn to me without any problems. The second time I made another bet and won again. (I only have two large bets on my account) I requested money for withdrawal and then they didn’t pay me anything. They asked me to go through verification. There it was necessary to send documents and look at the camera. I did all this on the same day.
Then I receive a letter from them with the following content:
"The use of any automated tool designed to provide assistance in betting decisions or used in any way in connection with Your use of the Services is strictly prohibited. Therefore, the use of software, external devices, programs or applications is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any software program which, in our opinion, is endowed with Artificial Intelligence in connection with Your use of the Services." - this is all text! no "HI" and nothing about block my account!
I SWEAR TO YOU! I didn't use any software. My bet was made before the start of the match and it was not the bookmaker's mistake, it was a 100% market bet without any obvious advantages! This point of the rules cannot be applied to me at all!

Honestly I was shocked! And there are no words there that they take everything I won from me!
I tried to log into my account, but it was blocked!

Now I understand how they work - they have a license that does not allow them to steal clients' money. However, since They have already paid me my first winnings, so it turns out that my deposit has already been returned and then they just hope that I will lose everything. And if a person wins, then the account is blocked! Everything is so smooth!?

I read about how to make complaints to the licensing authority, everyone writes that “you need to hire a very expensive lawyer + fly to that country and you don’t know how long all this will take.” Can you imagine what the costs are and how much time you need to spend to achieve any -that's the result!!! It turns out that even such a small amount as 3000USD still turns out to be much less than the upcoming expenses! what can I write to them? I don’t have a single screenshot from my personal account account! It’s as if my account didn’t even exist! Now I understand that a Curacao license is nothing at all! And everyone who thinks that they are protected - YOU ARE VERY MISTAKEN!
I conclude that all I can do is write a complaint on all forums and stop new clients from registering with these scammers!

I also read that outright scammers can get a red flag from bitcointalk! Tell me how I can prove something, if I don’t have a single screenshot, my account is blocked. A large amount of money was brazenly stolen under a fictitious pretext!

You need to add more details such as transaction ID for the deposits you made. Maybe a screenshot of a message showing that your account was blocked. How do they come into a conclusion that a user with the help of AI placed a bet and won? I would understand if it was some software penetration tools.

It's hard to tell who is right or wrong at this, since we are only seeing one side of the story at the moment.

Maybe casinoguru or Askgamblers can be of help in this case.

I dont have very good experience with fortunejack casino but that is different story and forum administrators can not help you with your case.

I dont think they are scammers but you need to show us more evidence, not just one little screenshot segment from chat with support.

Some Tips

• Search about the scammer first, use google to search for his/her details, other forum profiles, past scam reports and link to them in your scam report.
• Always try to provide chat/PM logs as a screenshot if it's possible.
• Use sites like https://imgur.com to upload images and https://pastebin.com or http://pastie.org for text based chat logs, although these may not be treated as good proof due to possible fakes.
• Make sure to provide as much as info you have, like the payment address, instant messenger ID's, etc.
• Make sure to leave negative feedback on the scammers profile and add your scam report as a reference link.

Since you can't get into your account can you tell us the bets you made, the approximate time that you made the bet and the odds given. If it was a live bet then it'll be tougher to match up and we'll definitely need a screen shot with time stamp. People use bots to pick off bad lines or arb. If the line isn't off, then obviously you didn't use a bot. Fortunejack should show a screen shot of the bet if you are unable to post it. Fortunejack has been one of the better books so hopefully it's some type of misunderstanding.

You can start by editing your opening post with the format given by goldkingcoiner, it'll make things easier to understand and verifiable than wall of text. This board runs on evidences, and I'm afraid mere words will not help enough. I'll invite Tokash [FJ's representative] myself when you have make things easier to understand and you've provide enough proof.

You can always raise a flag anytime you wish, but it will need some support [or opposition] from DT [that's kinda a group of selected people whose judgement are considered to have weight]. If your case is convincing and provable enough, DTs will support your flag. Otherwise, they'll just ignore or even opposes it.

So, let's try to sort this situation first, see if we can get a solution for this, before we jump into sticking flag on FJ's head, shall we?
