Recently, we have encountered an issue with a group of players which activities violate our bonus terms and conditions. To ensure transparency and maintain the integrity of our platform, we want to address this matter directly here.

What Happened?
A group of players exploited our welcome offer by engaging in minimal risk betting strategies and displaying coordinated behavior that goes against the spirit of fair play. Our team has identified patterns that clearly indicate an abuse from multiple sources.

Our Terms says:

15. Minimal Risk Bets
Minimal risk bets on any games (i.e., betting in proportions on different outcomes in the same hand to create “action” with minimal risk) do not qualify for completing the wagering requirement. Examples of minimal risk bets include betting on red and black simultaneously in Roulette and betting player and banker simultaneously in Baccarat.

16. Coordinated Betting Patterns
If it’s discovered that a group of players are using the same betting patterns and are connected via (but not limited to) location, payment methods, or IP addresses, Playgram management will, at its own discretion, have the mandate to confiscate bonus winnings and/or deposits.

As per our Terms and Conditions, we have taken action against these accounts. The affected accounts have been thoroughly reviewed and appropriate measures have been taken.

At Playgram, we take the integrity of our platform seriously. We continuously monitor gameplay to ensure compliance with our terms and conditions. Our primary goal is to protect our loyal players and provide a level playing field for everyone.

In my opinion, you should post proof of this accusation that you are making, because it is easy to come to this thread and accuse a group of people and not say who these people are, on what day and time and how they committed these abuses and then take these measures, like this So your casino comes out with a good image by putting these measures in place, because if your casino didn't mention anything about bonus abuse and put these measures in place, people would probably complain and not use your casino, but with the argument you used that there are bonus abusers, you have a good image. I think the right thing to do is to post proof of who these bonus abusers are and how they are abusing the bonus.

Abusers always use throw-away accounts. I remember with one of the casino who offered no deposit bonus, there were over 19k or 20k accounts registered in two days I guess and almost all of them were fake accounts just to claim the bonus.

I took all their 3 VIP free spins deposit bonus, I lost all my 1st deposit although actually I managed to double it before lost it all eventually.
Made my 2nd deposit 2-3 days later for the other 25 FS, again I doubled my deposit but I withdraw my deposit + small winning after wagering more than 3x of my deposit.
A day later I took the 3rd deposit bonus 50FS, still no luck with the FS since I won no more than $15 from the free spins.
Again played with my deposit + winning from the FS, wagered more than 2x and withdraw small profit.
In overall, my stats is still negative with my 3x deposit.

As mentioned by @khaled0111, we've shared necessary information about this specific case. At the time the abuse started, we had not launched any major campaigns to promote Playgram. Therefore, it was relatively easy to spot when large amounts of repetitive actions began to occur.

Yeah, there are several casinos running on telegram and I can tell you that they all amazing, I personally forsee a future where telegram casino will possibly become much more dominant than the regular www casinos we have reigning today.

All casino system especially their providers have multi account detection tools. An abuser may think he is very smart, in some case some may be but at some point the tool will detect it eventually.

I'll start by saying congratulations on the launch of your signature campaign. This would give you a better marketing visibility on this great platform coupled with the fact that you got a good manager who is in charge of it. Advertising is a good strategy that helps promote a product to a larger community or audience. It's focus is getting traffic and potential clients or customers to the organisation or business.

Lastly, with respect to the violation of your casino bonus package and others, I think you should take a step in improvising, providing a good cheat or multiple accounts detecting device for your casino so that this incidence or occurrences does not repeat itself again. Events as this causes a big set back for casinos that could not be able to detect it very fast and before they could, in some cases the cheaters must have executed their ill intentions towards the casino which is very bad and a big loss too.
