It’s very rare to see telegram experiencing server issues - so it is not something that’s going to happen all the time and even if this happens users won’t panic as it will be general (since telegram won’t work) unlike when they have a site and it experiences server downtime.

I tried to use the browser app Telegram, still can't do full screen, the window of Playgram on the web version is very prone to close if you just accidentally click the background app.
It seems this is really comfortable to use on mobile, it's very easy and most of the time I use it on a mobile phone.

Playgram cannot do anything for these cases. It's using a direct telegram website for accessing their website, and there is no function for these ones on PC/Laptop device. Basically the things you are asked is always based the development/update from telegram it's self not by playgram.

There is nothing we can do, but you can always play with mobile. Based of these perspective we all know right now playgram are more comfortable for mobile player.

Yes - that's what I wanted to say before, Playgram seems to be more comfortable for mobile users than computer or laptop users. I've tried it on my computer and laptop - the results are the same which means Playgram is only quite comfortable on Android or mobile based on its appearance.

Anyway - this is not a big deal for me, as I prefer to use my phone rather than a laptop or computer to play slots or other bets. Using a mobile phone will certainly reduce the chances of someone around you knowing that you are gambling.

Using the telegram native desktop app the experience of the casino is pretty much the same with using the mobile app. The difference in access is felt much when you're using the web version of telegram.

It will be a great to have another review campaign and I’ve always been a great fan of review  campaigns because I personally believe it helps a casino make a lot of improvements on their platforms and I think the issue of big finding should be given more priority when launching the campaign, as it will help them stay on the safer side of the business without much or any system errors.
