I think they should focus first on what they have. They just recently launched in the forum, so they cannot rush things when their platform is not popular yet. Adding a sportsbook might be too costly for a new casino. Instead of doing that, they should focus more on the marketing side to introduce the casino. Once it becomes more popular and the budget is enough, that’s the time to add a sportsbook.

Well that is true thu but sometimes accessibility matters in these casinos especially in terms of withdrawal if gamer or gambler don't understand go through stress while having their pay out from the casino, and of course every gambler including you and I wouldn't want to go through stress to have our money get withdrawn from the casino most times if the team or customer care service quickly respond and solve some complaint makes gamers to pick interest in a particular casinos.

Well said, it is better to improve what they have first (casino games) till they have good and stable traffic then they can start to think about other things.
Having both casino games and sportsbook will be better ofc but if they cant provide something competitive then it will be something useless.
I will prefer to suggest them to provide competitive loyalty/VIP program first which is a feature that can attract players to stay longer.
Regular competition or promotion that will add more interests from players to play is like a must thesedays, because it is something that I can see as a reason why players become loyal to a casino.

This update can be considered one of the most important development steps because it represents a huge progress in the user experience and makes the experience on Playgram much easier if any external wallet is used.

The deployment brings more convenience to users but all users must bear in mind and keep practice with basic principles on security of their devices. I'd like to avoid installations or use my phones for too many activities and interactions with many platforms. Because by doing this, I know that I self-increase risk of security and more threats will find me.

The platform builds products, provide services to us but we as users, must know what activities we should do, and on what devices. Like if you use a smart phone only for entertainment, and not for your main fund storage, it's fine to go around with games and applications, widgets.

This is good also I have been sceptical about telegram cryptocurrency wallet before now, but the development have being gaining popularity in recent time and to say that the casino have intergrate the telegram wallet to operate with the casino and this give their players an additional level of privacy and control over the funds.

This is good also I have been sceptical about telegram cryptocurrency wallet before now, but the development have being gaining popularity in recent time and to say that the casino have intergrate the telegram wallet to operate with the casino and this give their players an additional level of privacy and control over the funds.

@wallet is the Telegrams official wallet so I am sure there are no concern about security either. Besides there are nothing to skeptical, they launched their product on bitcointalk around in the last May, since then they are fairly active in the forum, spending a good amount of money in marketing too. As far as I know the marketing is not only on Bitcointalk but in some other advertising channels too. If the casino was not generating revenue then it was not possible to continue the marketing. We can conclude that so far they are doing good.

In future situations you will get a faster reply from the dedicated telegram support (@playgram_support). If that fails t solve your issue you can then escalate it here. I've used the support a couple of times and always get a quick and helpful response

The destination tag or memo consists of several characters (letters and numbers) and is an identifiable piece of information for an exchange to know whose account to credit with an incoming deposit. You usually don't need this if you are depositing funds to your own non-custodial wallet. But if you are depositing to a different exchange (in this case Bitget), the exchange probably uses the same receiving address for incoming BNB deposits from some or all of its players. The destination tag is how the exchange identifies where the coins are supposed to go.

Since the withdrawal was made to an address starting with 0x, it should be on BEP20 network. The destination tag (or memo) for BNB withdrawal may be required when sending BNB on BEP2 network. There shouldn't be any destination tag (or memo) when sending BNB on BEP20 network.

Why do you think that there shouldn't be a destination tag for BNB on the BEP20 network? I am not that familiar with centralized exchanges and different altcoin features, but according to my undertanding, the memo makes sense if an exchange uses the same receiving address, regardless of the network. Does it not?

There is no memo/destination tag field in BEP20 transactions at all and exchanges never use the same BEP20 deposit address for different users.
Unlike BEP20 transactions, BEP2 transactions have a memo field that allow exchanges to use the same deposit address for different users.
