Parents can't always guide them so parents must realizes and keeps trying to closer to their children so they can know what their children do. One of main problems on which my kids are really that addicted to the game Roblox on which it did really lessen out their social skills with other people and even to us parents where communication is really that
becomes less on which we know that this isnt really that good and this is why as a parent then we should really be that responsible as a parent and making our kids at least having that lessen or restrict or having limitations on having that game time. In this era, doing gambling is not much difficult. You only need to have some money or crypto and you can gamble at most of the sites. It is very hard to stop teens from gambling, because if we deny them gambling, they may still do it hiddenly without their elders or parents knowing about it.
The best thing we can do is to educate them and have a consoling sessions with them. 18 is still an age for caution I agree and most arent that great at managing their money at that time.   I can remember that it can be hard to juggle all the bills especially when they are new and having enough money to stay in college isnt easy.

The biggest problem will remain gambling at early teens which is made available via mainstream games.   Normal sports games on a PC or action games can include some element of gambling and people have sued with that argument on the basis of losses which should not be part of a game or a possibility at an early age.

Teenage years or younger don't they are the same, if the adult got addicted and hasn't turned their life around after it, these teens are more susceptible to gambling. Just looking at those casino logos with cartoon characters makes them want to click and play.
