I think Dubai's success is mainly because of oil, lol . But oil can still be converted to energy. Human characteristics are acquired in two ways one genetically and two environmentally. People cannot change what they inherit genetically or they can only change it over a long period of time. And what it gets environmentally changes quickly. So to bring this change in ourselves we need a good company which will give us motivation to spend time on good work.
