Most of the parents of forum members or thread readers aren't from the generation accustomed to computers, let alone cryptocurrency trading. It's up to us to bring the next generation into this investment platform. I believe it is one of the more predictable markets, with a four-year cycle, if everyone can discipline themselves to participate.

You should probably have put your op better, i believe you want to know if older people around us are interested in BTC and if they also buy some coins for themselves. My mum isn't even technologically inclined to know what Bitcoin is all about even at the moment and it didn't even make any difference to her if Bitcoin existed or not. In her time as a youth, what's mostly predominant at the time is basically doing the regular market trading where you sell your goods in the local market with the use of the fiat and that was okay for them and they didn't need much of an alternative means of financial systems outside of the banks. Dad on the other hand has some basic knowledge if Bitcoin based on his personal research but hasn't bought one or even thought on considering putting a dime into it as a possible investment option. It's for a generational something where a particular generation is exposed to a certain way of wealth creation that's somehow different from what's obtainable with the previous generation.

Did this affect my journey into Bitcoin? Absolutely yes. I didn't get know about the decentralized system earlier enough because no one around me was interested in it but only got to know about it when I started my undergraduate journey. If I had stayed back with my parents, I would have most likely taken the same financial part they took. What's going to be the general implication of my knowledge on Bitcoin to my children? They will learn all the basics of Bitcoin investments at an early age and with my exposure on the importance of making early investment, I would Ensure that start off as early as possible but that's going to be at there own discretion. Don't really fancy the idea of imposing shit in people.

No they don't like these kind of online investments as they think that most of what is here online is a scam and we should try our best to isolate ourselves from this online earning world.

This is not their fault they're not exposed to the era of trading and online earning.They just don't have the mind and growth to think like the way we think now because of the greater exposure to accessories.

They dont, they are old enough and not even following the technology in general. It is even hard for them to use smartphone, mostly they use smartphone for phonecall/messaging only. Even though they know that I am as their son investing in cryptocurrency, they do not really care about it and they do not want to know about it more. That business is very common with some parents, because they know that once they buy the land in low price to prepare every document that will make them the owner, and they will not touch the land until the place develop before they will be planning to sell the land in a higher price.

Real estate are some investments that is making some parents not to show face in BTC business, even though their children introduce it to them they will still prefer Real estate business which they have idea on how to make a good profits without the fear of losing their money.

I think anyone who's not interested to understand bitcoin you don't need to force them, unlike as you said earlier that your parents understand much less about the online world, so I think this is why you find it very difficult to explain to them about how bitcoin investment works. That is the situation in most places where elder people have no interest in anything that is done online because they believe it is something useless. I have often heard elderly people saying that the internet and everything in it is only here to keep us away from the world and our lives because they see people using mobile phones and other electronic devices all the time and have less to no time for their families.

However, I think they no longer want to think about complicated things, let alone choosing something risky to invest in.
