1.  Why Coincasino is ignoring all my emails.
Well, I doubt you will find them here, they have not been active for a while.
Thanks. You can always open casinoguru url and read what happened. Casinoguru gave reason to me, also even coincasino told they would refund the funds.
The only way to contact is through their chat bot if there is any or their contact email or support channels. I have not even seen coincasino representative here. Coinpoker representative in this thread was here last in September 08, 2025, 09:52:48 AM, and that means they are not active right now in the forum so you can contact them from the email in the site. If you want to resolve your case very fast, I think that should be a faster track.

Thanks. You can always open casinoguru url and read what happened. Casinoguru gave reason to me, also even coincasino told they would refund the funds.

I could do that, but I won't. I checked your posts & your thread in the scam accusation section, and that's more than enough for me.

By the way, I didn't see a single screenshot that proves your claims. How can anyone know you actually self-excluded? What your correspondence with support looked like, or anything else beyond your words... so at this point, it's nothing more than your word. And by your words, you self-excluded, but you created a few additional accounts and fuck it... You lost all your deposits.

At this point, even some stupid screenshots can't help you... Maybe if you have some with timestamps, so we can really check what & even more importantly, when some things happened.

You can't fight a battle without bullets... and at this point, I am not sure you have any.

You continue to speculate about my personal morality and demand "proof." The facts of the case are not based on my word, but on the **casino's own actions and admissions** which were formally verified by CasinoGuru.

I am providing the requested proof below. The matter is not open for debate:

### 1. Casino Admitted Guilt and Confirmed Financial Liability

The validity of my claim was formally accepted by Coincasino on the CasinoGuru thread. Furthermore, they followed up by emailing me directly confirming a specific partial settlement for one account:

  • Official Settlement (Email Proof): Coincasino Support contacted me regarding the CasinoGuru case and explicitly stated: "As we have agreed, we will refund the amount of 3,479.71 USDC, so please provide us the receiving wallet..."
  • Full Scope of Failure: This specific refund refers to only one of the duplicate accounts. The casino's failure to enforce self-exclusion involves multiple accounts, including another where I incurred a net loss of over €6,400, all verified with my identical ID card and proof of address.

https://talkimg.com/images/2025/12/07/UTS8pZ.png

Why would a casino email me with a specific refund amount if the claim was fraudulent? This email alone proves the validity of the self-exclusion breach and their financial liability.

### 2. The Current Issue is Refusal to Pay a Proven Debt

The issue is no longer the validity of the claim (which the casino settled via email), but their subsequent refusal to fulfill this financial commitment.

They promised $3,479.71 (and more for the other duplicate accounts), but are now ignoring all communication channels, including the CasinoGuru thread and their own direct email support.

I suggest you focus your energy on why this operator refuses to pay a debt it has formally acknowledged and documented in its own support emails.

Thanks Agbe, but Coincasino ceased all communication following the settlement agreement, ignoring my emails and abandoning the resolution process on the CasinoGuru platform.

I think it is better for Coinpoker to build a steady reputation here; it will go a long way.

Coinpoker seems to have a good reputation both here and outside the forum so far. I think they are just trying to promote their brand through different marketing methods. However, I don't rule out that they might come back and relaunch the signature campaign after some time, as other gambling projects have done many times before them.

Maybe they just didn't get what they expect on short period of time that's why maybe they re-evaluate things if its still worth it to continue here since maybe they realize that before they can earn success they also need to spend a lot of money for marketing. I guess they are been bothered with tight competition that's why maybe they are exploring other things to advertise their business. If they are going to comeback here well its good since after all this forum is the most biggest platform where lots of people goes.

Hopefully their inactivity will not create certain issues to those people still trusting their casino since they can go back anytime they want if Coinpoker will value its reputation. At the moment even if they don't have running campaign they should frequently post some updates in this thread.

Whatever they are currently planning, we don’t know at this point. However, they might want to implement a more effective marketing strategy for this matter. As you know, competition is very intense nowadays in this era, where they really need to come up with strong gimmicks or tactics to keep up with their other competitors in the crypto gambling industry.

Honestly, their competitors in this space (or forum) are also tough. They won’t be able to keep up if they can’t match them with significant resource allocation. That’s why others who can’t handle it are gradually disappearing from this crypto industry.

Their representative have been inactive for quite some time, no posts, updates, or anything, and this shows that they are not interested in promoting their platform on this forum for some reason, maybe because they were getting enough results, but if I remember correctly, they never ran any signature campaigns or other competition to engage more users from the forum, so it was obvious that they weren't going to get visible results for advertising on this forum, because only creating and maintaining the ANN is not enough.

They are probably using other ways to promote their platform, because I have seen a few ads over the internet about CoinPoker and some of the competitions or tournaments they had held in the past, so they are maybe using Google Ads or social media platforms to promote their platform, and that is why they are still in the competition despite not being present on the forum anymore.

It’s been a while since there were any updates in this thread, but in the meantime, CoinPoker has been making good progress. They recently updated their client, and it now looks significantly better than before. What’s more, they’re planning a poker series(World Poker Masters) with a guaranteed prize pool of $25 million.

That sounds like a good event for poker players, is there any entry fee for such a great tournament? I mean they should be a huge entry fee to be part of such event and I guess only those who pay that high fee will be part of the tournament. Can you kindly tell if there's some type of fee as I wasn't able to find any information about that.

Some events can be expensive, but there are always satellite tournaments with lower buy-in, or even with free entry... It's not impossible to win a ticket for some expensive game, but you need to have a lot of free time to play.

Complementing our low and medium-buy-in events, we’ll host a selection of million-dollar guarantees for high rollers.

Satellite pathways will support players throughout the series, especially for both Main Events.

Yep, the schedule for this series includes some interesting and inexpensive satellites, or, more precisely, step tournaments that lead to more expensive events. For example, there’s a step tournament with a $0.3 buy-in where you can win a ticket to a satellite with a $ 5.5 buy-in, and from there, win a ticket to the WPM Mini Main Event (prize pool: $500k).

The biggest poker tournament event I've ever seen. But it should have been given an update in this forum, then poker players would have known very easily and could have been more crowded. Anyway thank you so much for sharing this. Some tournaments require a lot of anty fee, here I don't want to risk. So I will participate in low fees and try to give my best. But I have my eyes set on the 1M prize pool. Will you be participating in the T55 WPM mini main event, buy-in much less.

I think there's going to be a lot of buzz around this poker series anyway, since it’s been a hot topic in the poker community for quite some time. Of course, it would be nice if CoinPoker representatives were active here on the forum, but it seems they’ve chosen a different approach to promoting their brand.

The step tournament is the ticket to the poker players who already don't have a huge bankroll, they can join it for $0.3 and play professionally to win it and then get into $5.5 buy-in one and after winning they can reach $500k event.

That's not a joke, I mean everyone who's into poker should at least give it a try. CoinPoker has really brought many good tournaments for poker lovers and the current $25M one is the biggest event yet. The ones who've bankroll can join the tournament to show their skills and win a big pot.

the current $25M one is the biggest event yet.

This is not for a single tournament. The $25M is the total prize pool distributed among hundreds of tournaments.
The 1M event has a entry fee of $25k which is way higher. You can play similar tournament with $55 entry fee on weekends at gg poker.
Coinpoker should boost its presence in this forum too.  Cheesy

GG has been a well-established poker room for quite some time, whereas CoinPoker is just starting to gain momentum. By the way, their schedule includes a $1 million guaranteed tournament with a $215 buy-in. It’s quite an interesting tournament, considering it’s possible to qualify through satellites starting at 55 cents.

The lucky ones and those who're quite good at poker can take part in such satellites and if they succeed then they could be part of huge tournaments where they get chance to take a lot of money if they survive till final table. Top 10 most of the time take huge amounts with them but I've noticed that at various tournaments even the ones who're in top 25 can take some amount from the tournament.

It's quite rare these days to hear about poker on the forum—or at least to see discussions about played, buy-ins, and those kinds of things, like interesting tournaments above.

I haven’t been able to return to Coinpoker due to various factors, including time, but also because I haven’t been able to recover my original account—and that’s the one I’d like to have, not a new one.

The great thing about these step satellites with small buy-ins is that they allow players without a large bankroll to qualify for a major tournament and, with a little luck, even win something. It’s worth noting that it’s not just your poker skills that matter here, but also sheer persistence. In other words, the more often you participate in these satellites, the better your chances of eventually making it to the target tournament.

I have been looking at just a few poker platforms in the past 1 years. To promote their brand in this forum but it did not last long. However, I wanted to start afresh on Coinpoker a few days ago but couldn't. Their website did not work properly on my device and I tried to participate in tournaments through the app but could not. I don't know if it's just happening to me. An error occurs after a while after clicking on the tournament.

I always keep coinpoker app on my smartphone because whenever I have nothing to do, I can still play freerolls even without a balance. The only downside is that the prizes are usually very small like around 1-5 USDT per player per tournament. There are occasional freerolls with decent prize pools, but they’re rare and often exclusive to users who registered with specific referral code. Still, if you really want to improve your poker skills, coinpoker is a good place to practice.
