For now the only you can do is withdraw everyday with their limit around 500 USD or you can goto to their customer service and tell them to lift the cap for your account so you can make bigger withdraw

Besides, there is no mention of daily withdrawal limits in their ToS, while their live support informed the OP that they have one ($500/day).

The problem here is not that the OP didn't read the ToS, as you suggested. The problem is that the casino decided to reduce the withdrawal limit without informing its users or even updating their ToS.
Besides, there is no mention of daily withdrawal limits in their ToS, while their live support informed the OP that they have one ($500/day).
I hope OP will come back and inform us on how much he's withdrawn so far.
It's obvious he didn't spend time covering the Op going by the lengthy writings but sometimes it's important we spend that time completely to grap a comprehensive details from the op to help us avoid laying down certain criticisms.

It is a behavior among some casinos and even sport betting sites updating or adding new clause to their already existing ToS without pre-informing their users. We can't say they don't have right to make changes in their ToS but in doing so transparency should be involved by doing the right thing in the right and acceptable manner. Taking users unaware is a near act of fraudulent behavior.

Did you read the guy's post at all? If you did, you would never say he did not read the terms and conditions of the casino. The casino is blatantly displaying an irresponsible act and it's so unfortunate that another person becomes one of their victims. This is not funny!

How convenient is that? They can allow you to deposit any amount but you will find it difficult to withdraw more than $500 daily. That's if they do not lock the account for regular withdrawals. If a casino could limit a withdrawal that low, they may do everything possible to prevent much withdrawals.

I don't know what happened to OP, he has been inactive since June 28, 2024 and did not say if anything had changed regarding the 500 euros per day withdrawal he was making. OP also had an open dispute case at casino.guro which strangely casino.guro contacted OP and he did not respond, he simply disappeared and abandoned the dispute at casino.guro and as a consequence casino.guro decided to reject OP's complaint

There have been cases of people who complain about casinos but then disappear, it seems like they are making false accusations against the casinos.

We can make speculations or guesses only about his situation, my speculations as follow:
  • OP decided to accept the change and being patient to withdraw his money per day without reaching the limit
  • OP decided to use the balance and lost it because he was not patient enough to request daily withdrawal which has low limit
  • There was an agreement between OP and casino to withdraw the balance in a better way

I dont think this one is false accusations because he provide the proof that the casino did an unfair thing although he did not provide a proof of his balance.
The main point for me is about the sudden change of the terms upon withdrawal request that I can consider as unfair practice from the casino.

I agree with you that OP may have accepted any of those 3 points you mentioned. But I criticize OP for the fact that he did not come to post his decision in this thread and also because he filed a complaint with the casino.guro and then simply disappeared. After you posted those 3 points, I am more inclined to think that OP continued playing at the casino and lost all the money and since he no longer has anything to withdraw that is why he did not come to post here on the forum. Maybe OP is a case of a person who has a problem with gambling because he said that he first deposited $5000 and lost everything and then deposited $10,000 again and won $21,000 but only wanted to withdraw $1000. This shows that he intended to continue playing and did not want to withdraw all the money. I believe that he lost all the money and did not use the casino again.

Well, I agree with all that you have said in the second paragraph, but on the other hand, many of the casinos do include a line or two on their terms of service which usually states that they are at liberty of updating the terms of service at any time without any prior information to their users, Same as we usually see some, or majorly all campaign managers mention in the last line or point in the rules of a campaign.

I am particularly not against the above, but where I do blame casinos is when they do update their terms and conditions and don't inform their users at, users are playing based on previous information they read on the terms and conditions while not knowing it's been updated, and when the user goes against any of the new rules which the user is unaware of, the casino takes it as a crime whereas they never informed users of the updated rules, this actually is dubious, or outright scam..

I don`t no why the OP doesn`t answer, but i don`t think that problem is the OP. If i remember this thread right, during the discussion casino change withdrawal limits in the ToS several times. One of such changes was:
They have finally updated their ToS but it seems they were in a hurry to do so  Smiley :
9.6. The maximum withdrawal amount:
Weekly -  € 500
Daily - € 3000

Monthly is € 10,000.
After such changes i don`t believe Betiro. Even id the OP told us just part of the truth - such behavior of the casino means that you can don`t read the ToS - even if you will be right, they can just change it.

I already 3 days can not withdraw even 100 euros in crypto, I try to bank card, so far also do not withdraw.... very strange company

I already 3 days can not withdraw even 100 euros in crypto, I try to bank card, so far also do not withdraw.... very strange company
This is serious, I think people should now take the main OP more seriously and avoid this casino. Still, I would like you to be sure that it is Betiro you are talking about. Your newbie status is another issue, many might not take you seriously on this. But your allegation is always welcome, it will help others to beware of this casino, but that's only if you can attach some proof to ascertain your claim. Anyone can just write anything about a casino though I believe you a little as this casino is not so popular on Bitcointalk, I wonder why someone would locate a thread like this without a good reason.
