Sorry for the delayed reply! We want to be clear – Quickex doesn't hold user's funds for our own benefit. Holds are initiated by our liquidity providers as part of their AML compliance. We don't profit from holds; they only cost us time and resources. The funds with high risk persentage are locked by our LP until a user passes KYC. That's why we've implemented free AML checks for all users, to minimize disruptions. Any user can contact our Support Service to have his address checked before an exchnage. This option is in high demand and any user can go through it without registration, even without making an exchange.

Child pays for parent only measures the combined fee rate of ancestors and descendants. Cluster mempool measures the combined fee rate of ancestors, descendants, AND siblings. It's strictly better for both users and miners because it sorts competing fees more accurately. This means that when multiple users spend outputs of an unconfirmed coinjoin, they will get confirmed slightly faster, and miners who upgrade to cluster mempool will create blocks that harvest slightly more in fees.
