The match ended as I predicted but I think it's far from over, Arsenal still have a chance. The absence of Thomas Partey really affected them. In the match against Real Madrid, Declan Rice and Saka stole the spotlight in the first and second leg respectively, but Partey was the unsung hero. He brings a lot of calmness to the team and his absence tonight was greatly felt. After serving his suspension, He'll be available in the second leg and I hope to see to a much better performance from the gunners.

PSG finally got the job done against Arsenal — their first-ever win over the Gunners! Watched the match closely, and Arsenal actually looked good going forward, created enough chances, but Donnarumma was unreal tonight. One clinical strike from Dembele early on gives PSG a narrow lead and a huge advantage going into the second leg. After beating Liverpool, Villa, and now edging Arsenal, I’m starting to believe PSG can actually win the Champions League this year.

It is possible that PSG can win this season UEFA Champions league looking from their performance this season, there game against Arsenal is not yet over Arsenal still have the chance of turning things around when they play their second leg though it won't be easy for Arsenal because they will playing that one at away but for what we have seen in football so far there is still every possibility that Arsenal can eliminate PSG and qualify to the finals when next they will play against PSG.

It is not shocking to me, as I already had in mind that Arsenal might likely lose the match since it has always been their pattern to disappoint at the last minute. The chances of Arsenal winning the second leg are slim. PSG, who have a very good balance and who will also be enjoying the home advantage, will have an edge over Arsenal during the second leg. It will only take a miracle to see Arsenal win. I can already see PSG in the finals.

This is one match I looked forward to seeing. I left the comforts of my home and went to an open bar filled with men to view this match. The shouting, mixed feelings and anxiety was much. A different experience entirely.  Can't wait to see who goes home with the trophy finally.

At this time the match had entered the second half and had only reached the 49th minute. And I have to applaud Arsenal, because they managed to equalize, 2 minutes after the second half took place, faster than the goal scored by PSG in the first half. Arsenal have got a problem here losing at home to PSG as they were unable to win or draw at home ground, I bet they will find it difficult winning PSG in their home soil, even though that the goal margin isn't much, which seems easy to get at least one goal if they go home now and reinforce themselves better way better than they did tonight, else that will be champions league end of dream.

I would say Arsenal was unlucky not to have won the game today because I feel they dominated the game better and needed to have equalised in the this game or even won the match. Arsenal are still having lots of hopes to make it to the finals of the champions league but they need to play better and be more intensified in their second leg game. A one goal difference will not be too hard for them to overcome but they need to put in the best of their efforts in order to make it to the next round of the competition. Such a bad day for them but a good day for PSG. We would await to see the outcome of the second leg to know who gets to make it to the finals of the competition this season.

it's hard to get an impression of the match from the first half, i think there is even a possibility that arsenal could come back. psg pressed very hard especially in the first 15 minutes and only scored in the 3rd minute as a result.

I never thought this game would end this way for the Gunners to play this poor at home and lost to PSG who didn't play anything. They only played half of first half but in the second half PSG could not see the ball to play and I still believe Arsenal can get back in the return leg on Wednesday next week. I don't think the home advantage will count for anything. PSG dominated the game in the first twenty minutes. Arsenal grew into the game and dominated the second half. They should be able to take that positive to the second leg in France and put pressure on PSG from kickoff.

A one-goal lead is very easy to recover from; the boys do not need to lose their heads.

I agree with you mate, Arsenal can be very disappointing when you expect them toput a smile on your face by winning a very important match. I don't think that Arsenal can use counter attack to break PSG defense, instead, it's PSG that will use counter to score Arsenal. Look at the two laat counter that PSG got which was thrown away.

I won't blame you if you arrive at that conclusion that the Gunners have failed because by their performance tonight, it was as if they didn't bring their heads to the game and also the fact that players are out injured and serving suspension also kind of dampened the morale of Arsenal.
Arteta's men made so many mistakes, some players playing with not so much effort and the fact that they felt that since they beat Madrid that PSG will be easy was all what led to the game ending in their visitors favor.

PSG started the match quickly and scored an early goal, shocking Arsenal.
Even Luis Enrique would not have expected such a start. After PSG's early goal, Arsenal closed the half with chances, they came close to scoring but left a scoreless half behind.
