Arsenal have a solid defense, but PSG will have to attack hard to have any hope, i don't know

Even with Neymar and Mbappe, they couldn’t win anything because individual quality always ended up being the deciding factor. Now it’s different,they all play as a team. It's not by bookies giving higher odds or lower odds to a particular team, I think it's mainly from votes from bettors across the globe that's one criteria of giving odds. Odds means nothing and doesn't win games actually. Personally, I think PSG has what it takes to eliminate Arsenal and move to the finals. I still believe that if this PSG set met with this same Real Madrid set, then they would definitely concede more than the numbers of goals they conceded against Arsenal. Yes, anything can happen but I'm still tipping PSG to advance.

Apart from votes from bettors giving the bookies the odds to use in the games I think there higher chances they the form of the team and the level of experience and form of the players also determine the odds that are given to bettors by the bookies though most times things change in the field as a result of cards and some other decisions of the referee.

Players form and team form in general too plays a critical role in the formation and giving of odds, especially when it involves two big teams battling it out. In the that will be played on Tuesday between Arsenal and PSG, definitely it's going to be both teams to score as they both will be looking for an early advantage over the other. Arsenal's advantage is that they have a very solid defense, they hardly concede chances, and their attack is also very decent. If you analyse Arsenal's game against Real Madrid across the two legs, they hardly conceded chances to Madrid, they were very solid defensively and as a team. That said, it is difficult to pick a winner in this SF game, the both teams have what it takes to win, IMO, there are no favorites, the better team across the two legs would prolly progress, but i don't think either of them is far above the other.
That is one good advantage Arsenal have had in the last three years, If you look at the league stats for this season you will also learn that Arsenal has had the lowest number of goals conceded in the league this season, the same way they played two legs against an attacking team like Madrid but conceded just a goal from both legs. PSG will need to be brutal attacking wise if they want to survive Arsenal.

Just four teams left in Champions League with all are on same level of quality and their performance is also impressive which making things difficult for having winner PSG and Arsenal both are looking for their first title in Europe while Barcelona and Inter Milan both have history of good success.

Now in these games any team can win which is surely not surprising because their performance consistency bring them here at this stage Barcelona is hot favourite to win with PSG second, but things could be not like this because UEFA Champions League is always had good surprises at this stage. Arsenal can win which could be interesting but in other game it's not easy to predict about winner but still most chances Barcelona will be able to have good end of their season because already they have Super Cup and La Liga title now they are looking for treble which will be exciting for them and their fans.

Since you desperately want Arsenal to be knocked out of the UEFA Champions League competition, it seems you are a core Real Madrid fan, and for you to be at peace with what Arsenal did to Real Madrid is just for Arsenal not to qualify for the UEFA Champions League final. Arsenal will be playing against Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League semi final next month, and I believe Paris Saint-Germain has what it takes to beat Arsenal when they play their semi final game, so Paris Saint-Germain might likely knock Arsenal out of the UEFA Champions League competition and make your wish come true.

With all my experience I have had with odds I do not hold any game winning tied up to their odds because sometimes the odd can even lead you to play the wrong team but in the context of this game I think it will be a very tough draw to know who will advance and that's because arsenal can really hold up their defense against any team even the fast attacking type like PSG and even Barcelona.

Currently I will say Arsenal are the favourite in winning this Champions League title this season because of the performance they have shown us lately; they have been doing great. On the other hand, PSG is not a team to underrate since they have been doing great this season, as you said. PSG have been a team that is surprising us; they are beating some teams we didn’t even expect in the Champions League this season, so you can see that even against Arsenal we can give a full assurance and say Arsenal will beat them in the semi-final. But all I know is that Arsenal will do everything in their power to win PSG.

I personally love the first one, extra time wares out the players and they have other games to attend to after Tuesday and Wednesday night Champions League games. I don't even understand why they would want the teams that finishes from 1st to 8th to play the return leg at home during quarter finals and semi final games. The number 3 is really absurd because it was already there and they removed it just this season and they are proposing to bring it back again next season! It's just funny to me because why did they remove it at first?

For me the remaining ties in the champions league are definitely the most balance in my opinion, the bookmakers will be having a hard time choosing their favourites. For example like Arsenal vs PSG now I think both teams are on the same level in terms of football, sadly it is both clubs that haven’t won this trophy before in their history. Arsenal have slightly the bookmarkers favour because they were able to defeat Real Madrid who in the champions league are a different team. For the last decade any team that has defeated Real Madrid are much more likely to be winners of the competition except on few occasions. As for PSG they have quite an exciting squad and we shouldn’t be carried away because of their last game against Aston Villa but they also eliminated Liverpool who were the favourites this season

All teams featuring in the champions league semifinals this season are all favorites of winning the games and advancing to the next round of the competition. I have watched how Arsenal battle through to get to this stage in this competition likewise PSG also. They’ve both faced series of challenging teams but they held their heads up and put in the best performances which gave them an early lead in the competition.

This match is not one of those we can easily give a team the potential of winning over the other, if we do so, it will be because of the favoritism we have for the team and not what we may have conclude after proper analysis to be the outcome of the match. Arsenal will no doubt do some wonders here and I think if luck is on their side, they’ll get the win and if not, PSG will get the win and advance to the finals of the competition.

I think people overrate Inter a little too much. I know they're good and they defend well, but people act like they have an impenetrable defence. They have conceded more goals than Barcelona and considering the fact that Barcelona plays a high risk football, that says a lot.

I think Barcelona are going to find Inter a little easier than people imagine. Barcelona has a better attack, a better midfield and a better defence than Inter.
I'm not in any way saying Inter don't stand a chance, I'm just saying that if both teams bring their A game to the pitch, Barcelona wins, easily.

Barcelona has that killer trio of Raphinha-Lewandowski-Yamal and that trio has been dissecting teams like crazy. Lewandowski isn't as fast as he used to be and even back in the day he wasn't great because he was fast, he was great because he knew how to position himself at the right place and he shot better than anyone else.

This will take while for Barcelona to change their system, like if Raphinha is sold or not. Because right now, they play great defense thanks to just laying back, heavily defending, and as soon as they get the ball, they just throw it ahead and one of the fast wingers catch it. It was not that surprising knocking out Real Madrid this season in the Champions League, as their performance has not been that stable since the beginning of the season, but still they tried and made it to the quarterfinals. But for Arsenal, I'm not that sure that they will be able to defeat PSG in the game, even though I'm not that sure. But I know it will be a critical game because both of the teams are after the same thing, and if I have to choose a favourite to win the game, then it will be PSG because I will have to judge based on their performances in the domestic league, which we all know PSG are playing better than if Arsenal are in their domestic league. But still, it's just a prediction.

We will wait and see what will happen on game day, as we don't expect Real Madrid to defend with 3-0 in the first leg.

I don’t really understand well what the second rule is trying to mean but for the first rule, I think it’ll remove some of the most entertaining parts of watching the champions league. Most teams try to equalize before the end of the 90 minutes in order to get a chance for the extra time to show some more confidence and quality play to advance for next round.

A little more entertaining game is needed in the champions league when there is a tie and that can only come up in the extra time of the champions league. Going straight to penalties will bypass this fun we use to have in the competition, I’m not also in support of them enacting this rule.

For the third rule, I will even wish they don’t meet wit each other until a situation warrants that they can’t be matched up with any other team aside those form the same league. Let them try playing other teams from different leagues to know the strength of their team on an European grade level.

UEFA suddenly realised that this life is very short, giving an extra 30 mins could be alot of delay to catch up with the fast moving earth.
I know that the majority of football lovers will not be comfortable with the removal of extra time, including me. But think of it, there's hardly any new rule that was unanimously accepted by everyone.
When VAR came, we all said it will take away the naturality of football. But today we all are enjoying it. If they just implement it, highest it takes is two seasons and we all will get used to it.
