Anyway, nothing’s over yet—Arsenal can still turn this around… they just need to believe!

Arsenal has what it takes to overcome this tie, especially with Partey back in midfield, but they really have to dig in and be ready for it. they need to take the midfield completely away from PSG nd nullify the attack completely otherwise they wont be getting to the final. 

The first 25 minutes were boring because Arsenal were weak in attack, possibly due to the early goal they conceded, but toward the finish, they were pressuring PSG. Even as Arsenal played a fantastic game, they would still lose to PSG if they play in the second league like they did yesterday. This is because PSG's defense isn't as strong as Arsenal's, but it was easier for them to mark Arsenal players because only Bukayo was attacking and almost all of the passes went to his side. If Partey returns I hope there will be a lot of changes in the second league.

Paris Saint Germain marking was really great and we should just accept the fact that Paris Saint Germain was better than Arsenal yesterday because they played Arsenal like they are playing from their own home and I was not surprised to see Paris Saint Germain win yesterday because all the time they have jam, they have been losing to Arsenal and sometimes they use to draw so that was the challenge they took yesterday to stop that shit and considering the fact they are in a good form this season and I think Paris Saint Germain have this mindset that if they can win Liverpool who happens to be the champions of England then who is Arsenal that they can not win or defeat and it appears Paris Saint Germain really mean business this season but the goal difference is not much, anything is still possible.

Both teams played well but in terms of attack quality PSG has a very extraordinary advantage, attractive and aggressive PSG cannot be matched by Arsenal players. I really like the changes made by Enrique to this club, PSG was able to dominate the match at Arsenal's home. There are some friends who are very confident that Arsenal will win today. But it may not be up to your expectations. Even I was quite surprised to see the play of Dembele and friends. They are very different, even the EPL's fast style of play does not seem to cope with PSG's possession. PSG played effectively with one or two touches. On Declan Rice: If you really watch the game, you should know there was changes in his position of play. He fell back completely because he is the only player that can do what Thomas Partey does as a DM. Regardless of Rice sleeping deep at the defense he had 1 shot on target, two chances created, 83% tackle won out of 6 he won 5 tackles. He was outstanding.

Well, I watch in dismay the way PSG messed up with Arsenal in their encounter yesterday, it was very disheartening to be honest, I felt very ashamed being an Arsenal fan..
I didn't watch the entire match though, but from the little part I watched, I discovered that Arsenal boys played the match with very little interest, they were just so unserious and interested in the game..

The only person I think did a great job in the whole of the match was the Arsenal goalkeeper, if the guy wasn't good at his job, PSG would have had more goals than the one they scored..
I don't know what to say or believe that went wrong with Arsenal, whether they thought beating Real Madrid was a way to guarantee themselves that they would beat PSG, I do not know but if it really was, then I believe they have seen now that they were wrong, lets hope their next game is way better than this one..

Arrogance will eat itself and I am glad PSG taught an important lesson that less empty talk but more evidence on the field. Continuing to boast about the match because they managed to beat Real Madrid will only prove that Arteta is not motivated to win against PSG. Another match Barcelona vs Inter, was also no less interesting than the previous match, both teams have proud statistics in UCL this season. Barcelona as the sharpest team by scoring 37 goals, while Inter has a solid defense, achieving 8 clean sheets and only conceding 5 goals is proof that Inter is not an easy team to beat.

In my opinion, the chances are still 50:50, unexpected surprises could happen.

Yea I saw that too. It just seemed like the goal during the first half demotivated Arsenal so badly that they ended up playing with very little confidence. Arsenal hosted PSG at home in the Champions League semi-final first leg.Arsenal didn't play very well and lost in this match.PSG got an important away win with a goal scored by Ousmane Dembele in the 4th minute.PSG is likely to eliminate Arsenal with this advantageous score. PSG goalkeeper was outstanding yesterday, there were lots of chances Arsenal would have scored if not for his brilliance, winning Man of the match was a deserving one for him. A lot of us already had it in mind that Arsenal were the better side, but Arsenal was not ready for that early aggression PSG had, you know Arsenal won them at the group stage, so Arsenal came with some level of confidence at first but PSG had to be a bit more aggressive this time around and by the time Arsenal could come into the game fully,  PSG already had a goal. Thomas partey's absence in the Arsenal central midfield also had some effect on the team, the good thing is that, the Arsenal team really tried to make sure the goal was just one, so even in the return leg a comeback is likely possible.

The match ended well and all I can say is -- That was exactly what was meant to happen and there's nothing their competition could do about it. PSG's Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is a beast!!! I've never seen yet a new generation player that's as slippery and sick with his body movements like this guy. The team also noticed and brought him In time, what an assist from him!

Ok but let's be a tiny bit more realistic here:

PSG was extremely close to messing it up against Aston Villa, against all odds! It should have never become close after they won the first leg just like they did.

Reading this for the first time that PSG is trash in Ligue 1. The problem I see is that Ligue 1 is trash, which makes it harder for a top team like PSG to "switch" between competitions. If you barely compete with teams on eye level throughout the season, I think it is tougher to then face these top teams like Arsenal.

Ligue 1 is far worse than the Premier League yes. If we were to have a league with top six from Premier League mixed with top six from Ligue 1, this wouldn't end well for Ligue 1 teams except for PSG.

PSG played pretty much a perfect game in the first 15 - 20 minutes. I think that was some of the best football I have seen in a long time. It wasn't because they had a ton of chances, but how they played it in terms of game control was impressive. But Donnaruma won them the game yesterday and Martinelli and Trossard lost it for Arsenal. Each of them had unbelievable chances, and even more unbelievable were Donnaruma's saves because the distance was so close that his reactions to those balls were shockingly strong. Two times it was the fingertips and that was world class to say the least as he did not speculate, but clearly waited until the shots were taken and then he reacted. Arsenal's strikers couldn't it believe it themselves.

But all of that is part of a top game of course and PSG can certainly win the title. They have shown that a couple of times now and I think the number of voices here saying that PSG can't do it have become less and less recently. Some still don't want to believe it I agree with you that PSG is no worse than any of the teams still in the competition. But it is totally open in my opinion as Inter Milan is hard to crack, Barcelona too. And Arsenal is not dead just yet.
