But firstly, all teams are in the same conditions (more games for all teams), and secondly, PSG has an easy home championship (unlike Spain, England, Italy and now Germany). Wouldn't that give them an advantage over the pool of main title contenders? In my opinion, at least PSG hasn't suffered from the new Champions League format.

But for now we don't know who is going to pick up after mbappes departure, what if what happened in Madrid does not happen in psg you never can tell.

The reason why I said so is because if you watch out Real Madrid in their group stage matches, they hardly take it so serious and sometimes they qualify to the round of 16 by luck.

Whenever Real Madrid reaches the finals, they must win it because luck is more on their side in the league than another league or club. The added advantage is that they have world class players who are capable of making their luck to shine.

Im feeling pessimistic for PSG in the new format of UCL. Though PSG has unlimited money, Enrique is still struggling to find the right mix for his squad. It's getting worse after Mbappe decided to leave the club. And as a football fan, I'm skeptical about PSG's performance in the new UCL format. It requires them to play longer than last season. If Enrique can maximize the squad's talents, they will do better than last season. However, we must admit Mbappe's huge contribution to PSG last season. So, I have lowered my expectations for PSG.

I can't really expect Goncalo Ramos and Kolo Muani to have big contribution like mbappe. This is because Muani and Goncalo's total goals are still far below Mbappe's total last season.

So far PSG is still moving to get some players they need in the summer transfer window, although there is no name of the right front line player for them to recruit. I have never said that Real Madrid won all their Champions League matches but I said that they always have the luck of winning their finals and you can check history on this and that is why they are the ones that have won it most because they have never lost their finals. They were flying high after last season's championship in our league that they didn't even hurry about immediate transfers this summer. Look where it has brought us. Our new signing Gabriel Sara has arrived new. There are still areas to be improved.

However, my belief is still there where for now Madrid will qualify from the league phase without having to be on the play off route because although there are only 8 big will be declared to qualify directly but I still strongly believe that Madrid is one of the clubs in the top 8 for the league phase.

As for the knock out phase, there is only one situation where if a club doesn't want Madrid to win the final then they have to beat them from the start of the round of 16, quarter final or semi final phase. When Madrid does not lose in that phase, it is difficult to win the Champions League trophy when Madrid is already in final mode.

Secondly, it's laughable to say that the English Premier League is more competitive than the Spanish Laliga league, aside from wide viewership that the EPL has I don't see anything much competitive about the league than the Laliga. Often times the Spanish clubs has more wins than the English clubs in all their meetings in international matches in Europe. It is simply pure stupidity to criticize Harry Kane for not securing championships at Bayern Munich. In 45 games, the guy scored 44 goals and had 12 assists. That is insane! The fact that Bayern didn't win a title is definitely not Kane's fault. As you wrote, he scored a lot of goals and actually did his job well. Bayern Munich had a lot of injured players last season and constantly had problems because of that. I agree with you on everything that you said about luck but the problem now is that the only team with such luck is Real Madrid and no other club again. The reason why I said so is because if you watch out Real Madrid in their group stage matches, they hardly take it so serious and sometimes they qualify to the round of 16 by luck.

Whenever Real Madrid reaches the finals, they must win it because luck is more on their side in the league than another league or club. The added advantage is that they have world class players who are capable of making their luck to shine.

Real Madrid somehow manages to advance from the Champions League groups. This is usually because they play very well. They are not a team that has a lot of luck in advancing to the next round.
