I've tried my possible best to summarize how the new format works but it's a been very complicated if I must confess but since this will be the first time it'll be used in the competition, I'm not too bothered. I believe we'll get familiar with the new format in no distant time and won't find it difficult to understand again. The only good thing I've known so far about the new format is the higher number if matches than the former format as it'll give football fans the opportunity of watching more matches in the club football's most prestigious competition.

Some teams like Celtic and Leipzig got lucky or unlucky with their schedule. To move forward teams need to get at least 7.6 points so winning at home and drawing is important. But extra games and rounds might be tiring for teams. We will have to wait and see if this new format works well or not but it is definitely an interesting try that will keep us interested.

Match first leg LOSC managed to win 2 - 0 over Slavia Praha and Dinamo Zagreb won 3 - 0 over Qarabag, today the second leg for this match will also start and Slavia Praha plays at home as well as Qarabag.
I personally think this second match is match that will be difficult to predict who will win but I sure LOSC can qualify for the next round, but for Qarabag itself it will be difficult to surpass Dinamo Zagreb with the 3 aggregate points they have.
I don't know who will get the advantage in these two matches and can qualify for the next round, what is clear is that Dinamo Zagreb has fairly comfortable condition with the 3 aggregate points they have, playing away with draw might be the only way for Dinamo Zagreb.
In these two matches I also took the BTTS option to bet, the chances of goals from each team are really quite large if look at the performance of the first leg match.

Tonight is going to be one of the best in qualifying rounds as we have few interesting matches first Qarabağ vs Dinamo Zagreb where Zagreb having 3 goals lead even I am sure about Qarabağ win, but I have strong feeling most chances they will be not able to cover this deficit with things are surely unpredictable because Qarabağ is having interesting history in recent matches they are playing good soccer.

Other matches are also having good chance of going either way, but Lille can stay on better spot as they are having good squad and their performance in last few games are interesting.

Slovan Bratislava and Crvena zvezda both are having good margin of win as their performance in first leg games were also not bad at all Usually teams having good advantage of home ground and fans which is also having good impact on their performance and result.

Yes and in the two matches it was seen that Slavia Praha vs LOSC was the most interesting because both played quite fiercely and really pressed each other to get the victory and advantage in order to advance to the next round.
In the end Slavia Praha won with score of 2 - 1, but the aggregate advantage remained with LOSC considering that in the first leg they won with score of 2 - 0.
For Qarabag vs Dinamo Zagreb itself, the victory belonged to Dinamo Zagreb with score of 0 - 2 and this was like in the first leg match which showed Dinamo Zagreb dominating the game and making Qarabag overwhelmed.
But unfortunately because the Qarabag vs Dinamo Zagreb match did not match the prediction, I lost my bet.

Definitely a good thing that we are going to get some big teams playing against each other, it became a little bit boring when we are talking about something bigger, it wasn't something that we can agree with that easily, it is not going to be a fine situation and we need to do better.

Think about it, we have seen big clubs just destroy the smaller clubs in groups so far, which didn't make that much good tv, we still watched it, but I bet that when these big clubs play each other, there will be a lot more people tuning in. Actually at home Slavia Prague have good records for qualification stages because Slavia Prague is still unbeaten in the last 8 home matches but their opponent is Lille which is very strong so i doubt they can beat Lille today and for betting option i think both teams to scores or over 2.5 goals is good

I included this game in a multiple just to increase the multiplier a little. Unfortunately I thought they would win away from home too, it was very close if you want, 2-1 and Lille risked winning again.

Top teams can handle it with deep benches and great management. Rotating stars will keep them fresh and winning. Smaller teams will struggle. The resources and depth are different. Its a tough ask.

They may gain publicity and revenue. But can they keep up? Can they prevent harm? Can they surprise the world against the big boys? Thats difficult. This season might be intriguing. Cinderella stories and upsets are possible. Champions League is still for the big boys. Until smaller clubs match their depth and strategy, that wont change.

Real Madrid couldn't make a good start. 2 draws in the La Liga already against very weak teams like Mallorca and Las Palmas... They still don't look ready for this season.    But as we are still talking about Ancelotti's Real Madrid, we never know. He is a mastermind. For example they weren't playing incredible here last season but Ancelotti still found a way to win that trophy.

Manchester City... They look just fine. Guardiola's system works like clockwork in the PL as always. Seeing them in the Champions League finale wouldn't be any surprise.

Arsenal are favoured even more than Bayern Munich. But I didn't like them in the CL last season. I don't see it the same way.
