Agreed, the Champions League always throws up some surprises which is why it's so exciting. People might have thought City would walk over Inter but European football, especially at UCL levels, is often unpredictable. Even if Inter may be considered the weaker side at the moment they still have a great history to fight with. Just as in games such as Milan versus Liverpool where the result could go either way.

In the UCL, even some of the supposedly weaker teams on paper can string together quite impressive performances. Ultimately, every match can be exciting and surprising in its own right.

Yes, I agree, I would even give City an 80% chance when they face Inter at the Etihad Stadium later, I have no doubts about City at the moment, their performance is very consistent in the 4 EPL matches they have played, especially since there are no injured core players in the City squad, plus Halland's performance is beyond doubt, he is increasingly fierce on the field and has already scored 9 goals, Inter must be vigilant and ready to swallow defeat.
