There’s a way to stop that push notifications by simply not allowing it, and on every apps they have notifications not just in gambling. Having this kind of feature might trigger you to gamble more so better to turn it off and just allow notifications for the most important apps like social media platform and banks transactions. Gambling push notifications sometimes is annoying if you click some ads and lead to a suspicious website cant lead to you annoying push of ads or even phishing links and other scam sh*t. Tho there is option to turned off all the notification if you are using chrome there is button in up above left side and there is choice to turned off the notification.

If you are using mobile or email you can turned off via casino website and usually in setting or just unsubscribe via email

After being registered on a few sites  that offer online  gambling I have experienced on my mobile the increasing number of push notifications from other services of gambling  field.  My mobile is not tight to those sites where I'm gambling but bounded with Gmail.

I gamble via my laptop rather than mobile.

Does those push notifications mean that Google has linked somehow my  laptop and Gmail account?

What is the best way to protect myself from such "guardianship" (if any)?

I think the email of your email is the same both on your PC as well as mobile phone. As you are using the same email and you have saved your password and login ID on your email you are getting the notification. Don't worry about it. You have not been hacked and nothing bad happened to you.
