Your question is not very clear but if you're talking about the probability of finding a wallet with balance or someone else wallet is 1% out of 100 percent which is more like impossible.

Just like taking an atom amongst all the atoms in the universe, then throw it back the mix with all other atoms. how possible can you find it. You can imagine!

The probability of finding a wallet with balance is close to zero, either you use your own scripts or existing tools to create addresses/seeds or private keys.

This question has been asked before few days ago. The chance of you generating a private key that is active or someone else's one that already exist is not possible but the probability is close to zero. I don't want to say much but you should read this thread and understand from experienced members. The universe will come to an end before it might happen.

It is much less than that. 1% out of a hundred means on one hundred tries you are likely to get an active wallet on one occasion. The odds are far lesser than that even with the most sophisticated tools which most hackers do not have.

You should go and read up more about generation of private keys. Your friend did not come across several active wallets and it is impossible to generate an active wallet.

12 mnemonic recovery words represent a 128bit entropy. If this entropy is random, it's very very ... very unlikely to come to an active wallet by chance. This topic has been discussed probably an umptillion times and obviously you didn't care to search and read.

You can but the possibility of it happening is astronomically low.

The seed phrase is highly dependent on its randomness. This seed phrase is taken to generate the private key. In perspective, there are 2^256 possible private keys out there. That is an incredibly huge number compared to the ones actually in use or have been used for a transaction.

This is why the probability of you generating a seed phrase of an active wallet is very low. However must you generate seed phrase that corresponds to an active wallet and it happens multiple times, this might be the time to start questioning the randomness of the system. People might start to worry about security. But, this is a very long shot in the moon kind of a situation.

I have hard time believing that, your friend is most likely lying. And while it's technically possible to discover that certain wallet generate seed phrase with specific pattern or range, he wouldn't share such discovery to you.
