If paid signature campaigns are not the best option, what promotion strategy do you believe would attract genuine long-term supporters?

Well @Julien_Olynpic  These points of yours seem quite practical to me too, brother. Especially the idea of ​​purchasing tokens from the liquidity pool to distribute as rewards. This avoids the market pressure caused by minting new tokens and keeps the circulation somewhat natural.

I don't think purchasing Chamby from the liquidity pool just before distributing rewards has anything to do with minting new tokens because the tokens are already there in the liquidity pool, it's all about eliminating downward pressure on the price if the people receiving the rewards decides to sell.

Let me give you two scenarios
Scenario A: Without pre-purchase
A person who wants to distribute 50,000,000 Chamby as rewards sends it from his wallet from his own previous holdings without a fresh buy, if the recipients decide to sell, then the market only records sell pressure of the tokens and the price drives downwards as more to.

Scenario B: With Pre-purchase
The distributing channel acquires a fresh buy of 50,000,000 Chamby just before he distributes it and the market already records a buy pressure, and even though they decide to sell all, it is not driving the price downwards but trying to bring the price back to what it was before the purchase, so the buy pressure balances out the sell pressure and the effect on the price is not on the negative side, but may remain slightly positive if some of the recipients decide to hold.

Why does this help the price
It's because every purchase removes tokens from the pool and every sell adds it back, thereby demand increases before supply is returned and this helps trading volume to be more balanced and price movement tends to remain less abrupt.

@BitBaker, thank you for the effort you have been putting to ensure that this Chamby token is successful and also thank you for this review and I am very happy to be part of the race, most especially, I am proud that my activities has been influencial and fruitful to Chamby token development and evolution. Chamby token deserves every effort it is receiving because I believe in the future of this Chamby token. There has been a large increase in the engagement so far and down to the number of people now wearing the signature.

I join @Bitbaker to encourage everyone who are active on this thread but are not wearing any campaign to wear this Chamby token signature to keep improving the publicity and acceptance within the forum. When you invest in Chamby token, you should also inform your friends off forum to also invest in Chamby token. If the number of active engagers in this thread start real Chamby token accumulation and also start inviting more people off forum, if those wearing the signature can spread their posts too in the forum, the growth rate could rise more exponentially. However, we're proud for the place we have reached and I believe that Chamby token will get to the top sooner than anyone can imagine.

You have been doing a fantastic job for Chamby token and on this thread. Chamby token is gaining visibility and trust in the forum..I can see alot of members visiting this thread to learnt about the token, and they probably will invest and hold chamby token for the long term. this development wouldn't have been possible if hadn't been for your efforts through the signature campaign. I believe in the success of this project and with the visibility Chamby token is receiving in the forum through the signature campaign, in the next couple of months I believe more than 50 participants will join the free signature campaign and invest in Chamby token for the long-term.

Sending tokens to cold addresses, especially your own, is neither a crime nor unethical. Moreover, it can be done without asking anyone's permission. And this is something that doesn't require a budget.
This is true for all coins and tokens. The Chamby community doesn't have large budgets, so I think this promotion method is perfectly acceptable.
As for increasing demand, that should also be done, but it's important to understand that such a task requires several orders of magnitude more funding. If you advocate for increasing demand, great! Become a source of funding for such initiatives. Then these events will move forward a little faster.

Imo, with the available resources it is reasonable to focus on promotion methods that are legal, ethical, and don't violate the rules of the forum or social media platforms. But sending tokens to cold wallets may look like a  reasonable strategy, but i consider it misleading. And also there are experience investors like me who look beyond the number of addresses, they also try to identify whether many addresses are controlled by the same people or entity.

Of course increasing demand is the ultimate goal, but it requires large amount of resources, until that level of funding is available making the low cost, legitimate strategies is a practical approach at least for now.

However, I don't know for others, but I believe chamby token has the potential of becoming a future store of value, therefore if you are a believer like me, let's raise funds and run a proper promotion for chamby token, let's organize a bounty campaign as I already mentioned earlier we don't need to hire a campaign manager for it I will personally manage the promotion, and ensure we achieve positive results from the promotion.

Personally, I find a paid signature campaign a highly questionable idea. Firstly, it's difficult to raise funds. We tried it in the Russian locale, but most people simply think it "should be funded by whales." In fact, people simply avoid funding it. And from an ethical standpoint, I believe it's right for a signature campaign to be funded by the initiative's creator. If you advocate for a paid signature campaign in Chamby, then you personally should fund it. People are naturally disliked by paying for other people's initiatives; it irritates them.

Secondly, a paid signature campaign itself doesn't contribute to the growth of enthusiasts in the ecosystem. And growing the number of enthusiasts, in my opinion, is precisely our goal. People who sign for a fee are definitely not enthusiasts. Enthusiasts are those who do it for free. If you're asking for money or tokens for wearing a signature, you're simply doing promotional work and likely have no interest in the Chamby token. Furthermore, most people who wear the signature will often sell their tokens to a pool after receiving a reward and exchange them for USDT. For us, this will put downward pressure on the price. Ultimately, we'll be paying for the decline in Chambi's price and the decline in the number of enthusiasts with our own money. In my opinion, paying in Chamby tokens is only acceptable in small amounts. That is, paying in dust so that someone can get acquainted with the token but won't gain significant profits from the sale.

While I was reading through, as it has been a while I visited here, but that doesn’t mean I’ve been quiet on Chamby! Still doing my personal promotions, following up on socials and bringing new investors into the game. I found this suggestion of a paid campaign also not too palatable.
You have addressed some of my concerns though, I know we’ve talked about it sometime ago in my early days here before we started the Campaign that Bitbaker manages.
It’s important we get people who will support and promote Chamby because of their belief and trust in the process than people who will be after what they’ll gain, it won’t really make sense to them if they don’t believe.
It’ll be like pouring water on a rock cos the funding will just be like a waste when the results is not achieved.

We have 17 persons who are promoting Chamby token in this forum for free, the promotion has given Chamby token visibility in the forum and some persons got to know about Chamby token through the free Chamby token signature campaign hence i do not see the need to focus on paid promotion. There are other ways we can promote Chamby token to the world and crypto enthusiasts that we will not spend so much it will only cost us some of our time and data.  X (formally Twitter) is a place where plenty of crypto enthusiasts look out for good crypto project with low market cap like Chamby token they could invest on. If we can be consistent in shilling Chamby token on the posts of crypto enthusiasts like CZ of Binance, we will give Chamby token more visibility and probably get new investors.

I believe any solutions are possible that don't violate the law and the rules of the forum or other social media platforms. Sending tokens to cold addresses, especially your own, is neither a crime nor unethical. Moreover, it can be done without asking anyone's permission. And this is something that doesn't require a budget.
This is true for all coins and tokens. The Chamby community doesn't have large budgets, so I think this promotion method is perfectly acceptable.
As for increasing demand, that should also be done, but it's important to understand that such a task requires several orders of magnitude more funding. If you advocate for increasing demand, great! Become a source of funding for such initiatives. Then these events will move forward a little faster.

Imo, with the available resources it is reasonable to focus on promotion methods that are legal, ethical, and don't violate the rules of the forum or social media platforms. But sending tokens to cold wallets may look like a  reasonable strategy, but i consider it misleading. And also there are experience investors like me who look beyond the number of addresses, they also try to identify whether many addresses are controlled by the same people or entity.

Of course increasing demand is the ultimate goal, but it requires large amount of resources, until that level of funding is available making the low cost, legitimate strategies is a practical approach at least for now.

Personally, I find a paid signature campaign a highly questionable idea. Firstly, it's difficult to raise funds. We tried it in the Russian locale, but most people simply think it "should be funded by whales." In fact, people simply avoid funding it. And from an ethical standpoint, I believe it's right for a signature campaign to be funded by the initiative's creator. If you advocate for a paid signature campaign in Chamby, then you personally should fund it. People are naturally disliked by paying for other people's initiatives; it irritates them.

Secondly, a paid signature campaign itself doesn't contribute to the growth of enthusiasts in the ecosystem. And growing the number of enthusiasts, in my opinion, is precisely our goal. People who sign for a fee are definitely not enthusiasts. Enthusiasts are those who do it for free. If you're asking for money or tokens for wearing a signature, you're simply doing promotional work and likely have no interest in the Chamby token. Furthermore, most people who wear the signature will often sell their tokens to a pool after receiving a reward and exchange them for USDT. For us, this will put downward pressure on the price. Ultimately, we'll be paying for the decline in Chambi's price and the decline in the number of enthusiasts with our own money. In my opinion, paying in Chamby tokens is only acceptable in small amounts. That is, paying in dust so that someone can get acquainted with the token but won't gain significant profits from the sale.

While I was reading through, as it has been a while I visited here, but that doesn’t mean I’ve been quiet on Chamby! Still doing my personal promotions, following up on socials and bringing new investors into the game. I found this suggestion of a paid campaign also not too palatable.
You have addressed some of my concerns though, I know we’ve talked about it sometime ago in my early days here before we started the Campaign that Bitbaker manages.
It’s important we get people who will support and promote Chamby because of their belief and trust in the process than people who will be after what they’ll gain, it won’t really make sense to them if they don’t believe.
It’ll be like pouring water on a rock cos the funding will just be like a waste when the results is not achieved.

I appreciate the fact that you have continued to market Chamby even though you are not around in the conversation. Such commitment is much better than someone who participates simply because he or she is getting paid to do so. The strength of the community increases as people get more committed to the project, and thus they are able to promote the project to others because of their trust and belief, and not just for incentives. While incentives can be used as an effective marketing tool, they should not be used as a means to drive people to join or market the project. In my opinion, we should concentrate more on developing the project, engaging the community and empowering the current supporters.
