I need help with sportsbets i made on blackjack.fun and sirwin.com

Hello i am seeking help regarding sportsbets i have made hoping i would be able to be refunded.

The reason i am looking for help is that the basketball game i bet on they played with untraditional rules. I was watching the game and with the last 4minutes of the quarter the game clock was COMPLETELY removed and instead replaced with something called Target Score. I had never heard of this rule until i watched this game. This rule obviously impacts the betting markets since the game can never go into overtime since the game will only finish once a team hits the decided target score within the game. For example if you were to bet on draw you would never be able to win in theory.

I wrote to sirwin.com support but i was unable to get any help from them. Regarding blackjack.fun there seems to be no live support so i have not had any contact with them.

I agree with slaman29, Blackjack.fun is active on this forum and their representative could help out with the issue. Although the issue isn't directly related to those casinos but is an issue from the sportsbook provider, however I still believe that Blackjack.fun could somehow help you with it.

I have never heard of such issue and it has never happened to me, and to be honest I never betted on basketball events and that's why I believe I have never faced an issue like that but surely it's an issue and should be resolved.

I have had several bets on basket ball over the years but I have never encountered an issue like this, in fact, this is actually the very first time I am getting to learn about this type of game play, almost like a football penalty in the finals where one team must emerge as a winner, which simply means that fundamentally and physical, there won't be a thing as a draw.

But psychologically, sportsbooks have a way to handle such games, and that is, they make use of what the scores is or were before the game went into the supposed TARGET SCORE.
So, supposing you bet on draw, and before the game was put on Target score, the game was on draw, then you won, but if you bet on one of the team to win, and before the game entered target score, it was still a draw, then possibly, you lost.

So, I guess you should consider this as well, but then, still see how you can reach the reps of this casinos for better explanation.

Your bet is not a draw so what do you expect to happened on your bet? It’s already a lose based on the outcome of the match regardless of the special rules applied in the end.

Exactly my thought on this. OP is using the argument of potential draw bet while his bet itself is not for a draw result. OP is using an argument that is not related to his losing bet just to expect for a void match.

Very confusing stuff. Never heard of this target score stuff even though I regularly bet on NBA matches, but it definitely seems like you placed an OT bet implying that the end result for you makes sense.

Anyway, I don't any clue about sirwin, but blackjack should get back to you pretty quickly through one of their team members in this forum.

So this case which there is no OT, even assuming he didn't know the rules would it have been possible to bet on exactly this game on a draw for full results? I assume that his only option was a draw specifically saying before Target Time.
There is no match for that league available to check but I'm sure he's asking about an impossible bet.

This is the first time I've seen this kind of rule on basketball.

Regarding blackjack.fun there seems to be no live support so i have not had any contact with them.

they have "live support" that can be found at the bottom left of their website, though I am not sure if it is actually a live support since it asks you for a name, email, and then your message instead of a regular chat box interface.

regarding this part, when you are choosing which to bet on, there is text above the betting options which says "main time", I assume it means that if the score of both of the teams is the same when the last 4 min in the 4 the quarter is reached it means that the bet on the draw is considered a win and any score made after that will not be counted, at least in the context of your bet on the draw.

I really think the sportsbook where you made the bet should explain this properly. I am literally just assuming things.

OP needs to be familiar with the rules as bookies doesn't really review the odds and market they provide, they have the odds provider and everything was link in their. If that particular game has no possible OT outcome but the OT market is available in the sportsbook for betting, then that is quite misleading at all, but that's how the game work I guess, and we will never be mislead if we are familiar with the rules of the game and the certain league we are betting.

however, it's still good to see a reply from blackjack.fun about this since they are active in the forum, but I don't expect the bet to be refunded IMO.

About the other casino mentioned, I think they don't have a good reputation as we can see in https://www.trustpilot.com/review/sirwin.com.

I see such rules first time, but i think that it is the same as overtime. The OPs bet is "include overtime", so the bet is lost. I think that casino is right in this situation. Strange rules, but it is ok for bet.

I saw the post on the link the OP provided, which was where the casino explained what they meant by such timing. So, I believe it's not all casinos that have such rules. The casino I am using doesn't have any rules like that, and if the OP is confused about this rule, which I don't understand either, the best option is to reach out to support. Casino live support is indeed the best choice but Blackjack.fun live support is not available most of the time depending on the shift of the admin in-charged.

They have email support but the response in there is so slow compared to live support. I think what he did here is one of the viable option since he managed to get the attention of the admin through the help of reliable forum member @holydarkness.

We need confirmation from the OP first if that was really the bet being raised here. However, if the OP doesn't reply after the response from blackjack.fun, we can assume that the problem was indeed solved. Although the matter brought up is valid, without a conclusion from the OP, this thread would be similar to other threads created by newbies that are left hanging after their problem is solved.
