SCAM accusation against this Swaga

I want to inform you that I have already made a SCAM accusation against this Swaga guy: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2819139. Since he deceived me and scammed me with a purchase he made of one of his products in his trash store: https://casinoscripts.shop/.

This man apparently has mental problems or suffers from mythomania because I have been able to observe that he is always making accusations to other sellers without basis and without valid arguments since he accuses everyone of selling his scripts that are not even his and he is one of the biggest Long time forum SCAMMERS with other usernames.

Thanks to the collaboration of a bitcointalk Staff team who are providing information such as their IP address, we will be able to track this person with authorities.

This man scammed me out of $500 for a crappy Github Script that he is not even the official developer. He is also creating closed threads on Bitcointalk so that no one can comment. BE CAREFUL.

Out of curiosity, is this really true since I never saw moderator reveals a confidential information of any user here since forum moderator don’t moderate scam.

Provide proof about your payment and conversation that indicates the user involved indeed asked you to send money on his address. Try to compile proof and upload to talkimg.com then post the link here so that we can help you verify your accusation and do necessary action against scammer.

This is a serious claim, really for $500 will they provide information of one user, he mentioned a Bitcointalk staff member so it is from one staff alone and for $500 can he really go to the extend of going to court even if the accuse is coming from the other side of his world.

Not because you tracked the person's IP it means that you can easily catch the person you need court order to do that and if he agreed to a refund the hassle and all the money you spent is not worth it, remember it will cost you to a hire a lawyer and file a case.

Its not that I discourage you but you have to be realistic on how far can you want to go, if there is a way to settle it here the better.

You also need to first show your proof that you have been scammed or a link of your previous scam if you have one.

Damn, that sucks man. Sounds like this Swaga dude is a real scumbag. And yeah, be careful out there, the internet can be a shady place. You should definitely create a flag against that user and ask for support on this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5153445.msg51438915#msg51438915. It's good to have as many people as possible aware of scammers like Swaga. Creating a flag is really important because it will put a warning on top of all threads created by that user, so other members can be cautious when interacting with them. And it's surprising to see how many members shout "SCAM" but don't bother creating a flag or a scam accusation thread.

That sounds like rubbish to me. AFAIK only theymos and I think Cyrus have access to IPs, amb talking from memory so I might be wrong but I really doubt that any of the staff would handle IP addresses due to a $500 claim, even more when scams are not moderated on the forum.

I only see this happening to a legal requirement, as the privacy notice says, which I doubt has arrive to theymos for this case.

Yeah I agree he'll have to show proof that he is able to do what others think cannot, I highly doubt a staff will give that vital information he needs to be convincing, but so far we are not convinced of your accusation, what more for a staff.
If what you're saying is true then many accusers will do the same thing of directly asking for vital information even if it involves a small amount.

Why do you have some of your Announcements self-moderated or locked, though?
It makes your service look shady, even if you don't intend to be a scammer. It makes it look like you don't like any criticism or reviews regarding your service.

The reason is very simple: Scammers such as eric (or softhold) can make infinite amounts of accounts on this forum. And they can post whatever claim they want on my sales thread.
I simply want to avoid this by owning a self moderated thread. As you can see I don't spend much time on this forum so it's important to me that people can't say whatever bullshit they want while I'm not here.

If anyone wants to report me they can do so here on scam accusations part of the forum and if they provide TXID, what they purchased, date of purchase and our chat logs i will gladly refund them / send them their code.

They won't do so because I haven't scammed anyone. I'm not a hungry Indian villager looking for an easy $100. Say I'm not politically correct but I'm sick of these games they keep playing.
The issue is these "scam accusations" are only created after I call one of those guys out (refer to my post history on 30th june - Im too lazy to link it here)

For example. Softhodl.com sells literal screenshots from behance as a real software yet NO ONE cares on this forum when i report them.
People sell my own work as their own - NO ONE CARES ON THIS FORUM!!!
Yet when a guy with 15 posts reports me with 0 evidence and claims AN ADMIN gave him my IP - People jump on me like I just killed the president.

Since I have some time I'll explain why eric is lying about me scamming him:

1) If you look at my trust score you'll see he wrote this: "This guy has scammed me, first he blocked me after I paid with Bitcoin and then he unblocked me to request more money, I have lost more than $500. STAY ALERT WITH THIS SELLER, TELEGRAM SCAM.

Overall, I think this thread is the final straw for me. I will stop advertsiing my services on here most likely as any Indian villager can come on here and post bullshit about me and literally EVERYONE will jump the stack.
Yet when I reporT real scammers, real thieves NO ONE CARES. No one questions them, why they do this or that.

Before I'm gone I'm asking once more - ERIC people post TXID, what you purchased, what date you made the purchase on, our chat logs AND I'LL GLADLY GIVE YOU NOT $500 BUT $1000 so your village can eat this month.
Please show a TXID of you sending me $500 to me. PLEASE. Because I'm dying to see what kind of a bullshit excuse you'll make for not being able to show it.
