I am not American and I could really care less what their politics is like or who wins but I am pretty sure the mention of crypto and their plans to "defend" it are just a way to gain support from crypto enthusiasts. politicians love to say almost everything to gain support from the people and when they are finally voted into a seat they love to ignore what they promised.

So, just vote for a party/candidate for their stance on crypto? Might as well have campaigned for McAfee then. Oh wait, people already did that.
Dems have had more individuals behind pro-crypto agendas than Reps, in my memory, anyway. I think what you're seeing isn't genuine support with underlying advocacy, rather, a ploy to sway votes.
Crypto really isn't the biggest issue for most people, never mind Americans.

I just want to get the clear believe that this people are not just using bitcoin or cryptocurrency as a means of getting their political ambition been fulfilled, this is not the first time politicians will be using various means to make their campaign and work for others to be able to vote for them, but either of the ways, whosoever won the presidential race will be given the trust to test their reliability, by then we shall see to know if they are really deceiving us or themselves, so let's still wait to see of things work out as expected for them by this.

We cannot conclude anything if they are just using it or they are really want to try new things that can help their economy to grow. But its good that they show a support to crypto since there provably a good thing to happen if American citizens will vote to officials that show support and include bitcoin also crypto acceptance. If they use it to gain support to people who use crypto then I guess yes, they take advantage on situation since they know that this is the weak point of their opponent since lots of people got angry on Biden crypto crackdown policy. And that's what Republican maybe want to change to gain peoples support.

It cannot be denied that politicians will despite all tricks and are willing to do anything as long as they can increase votes for them, they are really unreliable. But between someone who openly supports crypto and someone who is trying to suppress crypto, who should we support since we don't have a third option? I'm also not an American citizen and someone becoming president wouldn't affect me at all. But if someone is a cryptocurrency investor and also an American citizen, I think they will know who to choose to give that politician a chance as well as give themselves a chance to have a better future. To vote for them, we need to evaluate many different factors, but if we ignore all of those factors and just look at the cryptocurrency aspect, there is no reason not to vote for Mr. Trump.

Trusting a politician or trusting their election manifesto, is the biggest mistake you can make in your life. A snake can be trusted but not a politician. So don't trust anything you see there.
It's really required that the US enforcement agencies to stop targeting the crypto businesses and individuals. But it's really really difficult to say if it's going to happen in the future.

and this issue could be the breaking point that might sway voters to Donald J. Trump.
So are you willing to "Make America Great again"?
MAGA is not enough to make the America great again! They need younger blood to renew their political system and have younger candidates for the President Election. It seems nothing will be changed for 2024 Election but hopefully next 4 years, the nation will find two better candidates for the 2028 Election. It's unimaginable that a big country like this, with many talented people (I believe so), have to rely on and look at two old politicians to fight each other for the Presidency.
They will try to say many things, make many promises before the Election, but we know that politicians usually don't keep up their promises after they get elected. Both Biden and Trump will have a maximum 4 more years as a President and they no longer have to care what will happen after next 4 years. At least no second presidency after 2028 for them to think of. If their propaganda for 2024 Election can help Bitcoin and cryptocurrency market, it's good but else, I am not surprised. Trusting a politician or trusting their election manifesto, is the biggest mistake you can make in your life.
So true!

I will stand and remain on the side for the good of crypto, but unfortunately I'm not a US citizen, just like you. That's what politics is like in the world these days, they just want votes, the problem of whether or not the plans they promised can be realized is another matter. US is a superpower country, whatever discussion there is will be a discussion for the world, so I think we need to pay attention to this, this narrative can bring the crypto market and Bitcoin to a better side. Even if in the end they forget their promises and plans, at least the digital footprint will be a witness to it all. A snake can be trusted but not a politician.
Here you go!

Economic or crypto policies in the US always have a ripple effect on the global crypto market. An example is the fall of FTX and the approval of Spot Bitcoin ETF, which had an adverse and favorable impact on the global crypto industry. So every crypto fan should be concerned about the US election and its implications. So are you willing to "Make America Great again"?
With the way Republicans are coming up with crypto-friendly manifestos, they might gain the support of the community. Trump had promised to commute the sentence of Ross Ulbricht and promote Bitcoin mining. I don't trust politicians so I see it as a means of gaining the support of the young crypto population and also getting donations from crypto companies. Argentine President Javier Milei made so many promises during his campaign, but we have seen fewer actions after he won the elections.

There is a big chance that naive crypto enthusiasts will vote for Trump just for their stance on crypto but I believe that this is not the final image of their stance and there is a very high chance that they'll change their mind soon. It's laughable when I see Republicans will support the Americans to have the right to self-custody of their digital assets. Soon they might say that privacy is a right and mixers should be legal without KYC but that will change of course, this statement that's written in this PDF is a lure to my mind to get votes to win the election.

This will be one of the failed promises to the American citizens. I just feel this is the best way for the politicians to gain support by using one of the things the masses have ventured into to lure them into their traps. I am certain that most citizens over there are not foolish so they won't fall for this. Bitcoin should not be bait, however, it does not require government support or assistance to fully operate.

Helping for the growth of the economy is a good thing, but it is a bad thing to take the support of people for their own interest, that is, all these politicians have the same basic goal that they do not fulfill the false promises to the people. During election times, people get ready to do everything that they usually don't even understand. ie cryptocurrency. It means to say that these people play with people's emotions for their own interests. If you look, Donald Trump said some time ago, in 2021, that this Bitcoin is a useless and a scam that affects the value of dollars, and now that the time for the election has come, now he has made cryptocurrency a topic to get his vote among the people. Like trying to do that means making false promises to please these people that I will do this and that for Americans, and so on and so forth. I am 100% sure that he will not fulfill his promises as president, he is talking in favor of Bitcoin just to get votes. Please guide me if I am wrong.

MDGA (Make Dollar Great Again)? "Bitcoin, it just seems like a scam," Mr Trump said. "I don't like it because it's another currency competing against the dollar." Donald Trump calls Bitcoin 'a scam against the dollar'I don't know if I feel sorry or angry for those who still lick politicians' boots after all contradictions between speech and practice which have become undeniably evident along the years. Why do people continue fitting into this ridiculous dirty role of politician's sockpuppet? Is it an emotional deficiency? A necessity of belonging to a group to raise personal self-esteem? It's actually shameful for a crypto enthusiast to donate money to Trump or even cheer about this "endorsement" his campaign is displaying towards Bitcoin after he called Bitcoin a scam, just because he saw it as a threat against his beloved Dollar currency. There is no honor, no dignity. In other words, if you are against his interests you deserve being denigrated for that sole reason.

I am not also from there but I think that these kinds of proposals are normal as the election is approaching. They're politicians and don't forget about that.
I know that some may be realistic and might become a reality. But don't forget that these politicians will even sell their dignity just to get the votes that they want.
But let's see, whoever wins there, I hope that the agenda for the frontrunner candidates will be against the rumors of wars that we're all hearing every now and then and of course, as well as in favor of Bitcoin.

I REALLY wish this was true. Reading the paragraphs from the Document, it seems however too good to be true. Almost like a paragraph straight out of Bitcoin Talk from when we revolt against what the Governments try to do. In consequence, I do not know what to say. I personally am very skeptical about what they say would do. I do have a feeling however that Cryptocurrency Laws in the United States will be way worse if Democrats win. I am personally very politically neutral considering I do not live there, but after all the information I read in the past years this is how I see things.
Whether one or the other wins, I am very curious to see how things change in relation to Cryptocurrency Regulations. I do not expect much from either of them any way.

He did surround himself with pro-crypto guys if I'm not mistaken in this first term. Although the US is law in terms of their crypto regulations during his tenure, but there are also no pro-crypto amendments that we have seen. In short ,they are in the middle and gray area.
And now, it's election time again, and what a better way to persuade the voters with his call for being a pro-crypto candidate unlike the current administration. It might be impactful, but this is not the only issues that might sway voters for Trump in my opinion. And for us, it doesn't matter who the US will vote as I think it will not put any dent on Bitcoin market.

So basically they are promising to maintain the status quo under President Biden.
This is very smart, since Bitcoin went up 500% under president Biden.
What they don't tell you in the platform is that Trump represents a massive risk to the market:
1. He has promised to deport 5% of the US workforce immediately, which will severely disrupt the US economy and send investments like Bitcoin into the toilet.
2. He is promising to make abortion illegal nationwide (by default, for instance, in failing to defend against all of the frivolous lawsuits brought by the forced-birth faction). This will require a new police state like the US has not seen since the Prohibition (the Prohibition is the thing that created the FBI, for instance). Millions of women in the US get abortions every year and Republicans have vowed to stop every one of these "murders" as they have called them for decades, which of course means cracking down on the "murderers". New Police State = Crackdown on Crypto because anything that allows people to make payments while evading the government will be a target for such a police state.
3. Donald Trump is a convicted criminal with a decades-long history of prioritizing absolutely nothing but his own wealth accumulation. He presents a huge risk to Bitcoin since he could very easily make Bitcoin effectively illegal in the USA and substitute his own coin that he fully owns, yielding him billions. He could do this without Congress by simply directing some of his agencies to change the rules.
4. Donald Trump has a history of using his presidential pardoning power to free criminals who give him money. He pardoned Steven Bannon, who was convicted of ripping off Trump's own supporters, so Trump doesn't care what the criminal's crime is as long as they pay. That means Trump could be expected to free people like SBF if he's elected since he would surely have lots of money to give him. If the average retail investor gets wind that criminals are now free to rip them off, it will tank the price of Bitcoin because millions will flee the investment.
Bitcoin is under extreme risk if they Republicans win in November. The safe bet here is to stick with what has worked extremely well for the market in the last four years.

This is all political. When Trump says he is pro-crypto, it doesn’t really mean he is for it. And when Biden is not so pro-crypto at some points, it doesn’t mean he is against it. Remember that the US has some giant crypto exchanges, a lot of crypto users, crypto taxes, etc., none of the candidates are against crypto because of that, and/or are really pro-crypto because they need to prioritize the dollar too. They are all the same, promising this and that just for their own interests.
Don’t be fooled by political words and never make their promises for the crypto world your decision to vote for them. Vote based on your conscience.
