By the way, maybe you are right about the fact that this is simply an act of patriotism or nationalism for the money available to it. Not really intrigued about it cause for crying out loud only one of the team has Messi as its star player so at that point you only got divine intervention to rely upon cause there's no way in hell you're winning against him in this lifetime or the next. I'm more into this because of the Argentina team's response to Drake soon as they bag the win. Okay going back, I don't think Drake's a nationalist, nor do I think he's a risk-taker. Cause at the end of the day he's a hundred-multi-millionaire, and the money he placed a bet on is practically peanuts compared to what he bags in deals and streams. Would even argue that the 300k he placed is a little too low compared to some of his bets on Stake, for example, if I'm not mistaken (and correct me if I am wrong) he literally placed a bet for 1 million or so in Paddy Pimblett's fight, does that mean he's Irish? It's actually good for Drake that Argentinian national team jokes with him, because it creates more repercussion for his image across the internet. On the internet, people are constantly trying to pierce the bubble they belong, so they can reach a larger public and audience. That is what Drake achieved doing through this failed expensive bet, as I can already see on my feed at social media.

If it wasn't for this bet, Argentina wouldn't make that tweet, and if it wasn't for that tweet, people on my feed wouldn't be talking about Drake right now. 300,000$ were lost on the bet, but paid-off the personal marketing with excellency.

You're right here. He is a celebrity and an influencer whom so many people look up to. He probably had the bet to propel his country to win the match. Now what he did was super cool to him and to others who might have understand the jerk. But remember he is an influencer; many people are looking out to him as a role model. I believe there was a lot of people who staked high in that bet hoping that it would turn out right because of the influence of Drake. It will come as a shock to them when they have lost.

Well, like I already said, it must have just been a kind of support for the team or not close to that. Base on some considerable factors, I also believe that there was no way his country would have been able to win the opposite team. You are right, it must  not have been only drake that staked in that game but maybe he was the only gambler that actually staked a huge amount. The second aim for such bet must have been for the sake of the profit.
