And again, I just went through the landing page and I must say, the interface is not something that will get any visitors to stick to it for long time, they might wanna consider working on it. The site is just barely 2 months old and the fact that a new site that I haven’t heard of or has no review anywhere is asking me to connect my wallet in other to use it is a big turn off for me - I am not sure you’ll get any decent review here since you’re new and majority of the users here won’t wanna risk losing their money by connecting their wallet to your site.

Lastly, are you the representative of this company or you’re just here for referrals bonuses?

We raised funds last week and are deploying it for good cause now.

Yeah we are 3 months old actually and pretty new. We didnt want to invest a lot in the product before testing out the market. So we decided to build a bootstrapped code and deployed it. Hence it look's ugly. We know But we got decent traction and that has validated our thesis.

To build credibility, we are improving our design and making it look actually like a sportsbook. That is a 3 week task. August 2024. Apart from that we will build a landing page so that gives some re-assurances.

Can you suggest a few more things that we can implement, apart from product re-design, marketing, legacy and brand improvement, that will reassure new users to use this and not have the fear of connecting their wallets and losing more money?

You should also check the amount of visitors who become customers. This will give you an idea if the website look is costing you potential customers.

Reassurance only comes from reputation. The longer you stay in the game and build your reputation the more users trust your service.

I guess in that matter you need to run a review campaign. I suggest you hire an experienced campaign manager from the forum to do the job. Having a review campaign will give you more insights about your site, such as recommendations on how to improve it. Anyway, welcome to the forum! Start with buying a Copper membership from the forum admins and you'll be able to post some images of the site and make a proper announcement thread.

After that, you could do a review campaign as a starter followed by a signature campaign later on. You might also consider tossing in a free bet to forum users to test the platform out. Doesn't have to be huge or anything, just something to let users share their experience in a review campaign.

Welcome to the forum, mate. These are the four things that every gambler searches for in a new gambling site. Hence, you need to work on these elements only and need to improve them as much as you can. I checked the site from my mobile, and the design is pretty bad. It doesn’t at all look professional. You need to at first completely focus on the UI of your site. After everything is set, marketing is the key aspect that will help to grow your brand. And I feel like BitcoinTalk is the best platform to promote your casino in front of the bitcoin and gambling enthusiasts.

Hey @rage_degen nice project you have here and I clicked on the site and I noticed the user interface needs a bit construction maybe I don't know if it was a reason that I am already got used to ones I regularly use to gamble, like what I mean is that the interface is entirely dark mode maybe other option of can be implemented such as light. Coupled with other user already said that your topic can be moved to the altcoin section since you aren't accepting bitcoin for bet, and again you need to market your project by running campaign to let it gain more exposure.

Firstly, improving the user interface is crucial. You mentioned upcoming design improvements and a landing page. Can you share some mockups or a roadmap to show users what to expect? A clean, intuitive, and visually appealing design can significantly enhance user trust and retention. Since you're already working on that, you're on the right track.

@Cantsay's concern about connecting wallets is valid.  Can you highlight any security measures you've taken to protect users' funds?  Smart contract audits by reputable firms would be a big plus.

Maybe someone will find DGbet website useful but I dont use polygon coins and I dont like when casino websites dont accept bitcoin.
I dont want everyone to see all my bets online and I cant avoid that with DGbet now, but maybe you can work on adding more privacy.

I visited your Sporstbook site it looks very classic because I'm not used to the look as we generally see Sportsbook with an attractive look.

But however you can still improve the UI/UX better.

If you are a representative of this casino, I am happy to welcome you guys to this forum, but if you are simply a fan of the casino and just felt like sharing the casino with the gambling community here on this forum, Its also a good thing to do, but first, I believe you must have tried this casino and trust that they are legit before sharing here?

And also, since they are a non-custodial smart contract casino, I don't know about others here, but I definitely will like to see a verifiable document(s) proofing that the smart contract code of this casino passed a thorough SC audit with a well known and reputable Audit firm, this is to ensure that there are no flaws or malicious codes in the contract.
And this is to the fact that polygon blockchain is one of the EVM blockchains with lots of scam smart contracts written with the sole aim of hacking users wallet as soon as they connect and try to make a transaction, I will like to see something that proves there are no such codes in the contract of this casino before I can trust it.

I have worked with a few of them to help promoting their product on bitcointalk. All of them have the feature to access their products without connecting a wallet. For example Bitwinup.

Well, no kyc but no license... Is hard to trust on a casino without a license nowadays because they can walk away with the user's money and it has already happened in the past, maybe not with this casino, but has happened with other sites. And i don't understand why the site has some countries locked, that's not sense because again, without a license there is no one to blame for the operation, for me, it looks more like and excuse to freeze funds from users of those countries.
