I also didn't qualify for the airdrop, but with the token already trading around $0.11, it'll be interesting to see how it performs in the coming weeks though.

And i think it's too early to say definitively if this will "kickstart" the entire NFT market, but if they get their plans right, this will be huge potential.
You can see they are targeting mass adoption via cultural verticals like gaming, sports, IP, and music. They'll have launchpad "MocaList" coming soon, in partnership with Coinlist, so they will launch Animoca Brands backed projects.

We can see real action around Mid-Sep to October considering there'll be second claim and launchpad. So right now, the market isn't perfect and Moca is already in a dip situation, so I guess we can get some and profit.

Animoca's report has nothing to do with their Metaverse(Mocaverse). Mocaverse is just getting launched, but the hype is not as big as Animoca Brands's name. Animoca Brands was only a Venture Capital that invested during the pre-sale, then dumping their tokens to the retail investors.

But Animoca is one of most active venture capitals in the crypto. Mocaverse is helping them to raise additional funds to be invested into the various projects.

Will this kickstart the NFTS market?

It will not kickstart the NFTs market. The launch of Mocaverse is not impacting the market as it's just a usual altcoin. There's nothing special in this, though this mocaverse project is owning by the Animoca Brand. Even Animoca's name doesn't even make Mocaverse listed on the binance.

There's nothing special on this project. It's pretty much the same like ordinary metaverse project in the cryptocurrency.

I didn't qualify for the airpdrop, however, I am thankful to you for bringing the info about the project! it's definetily worth noting and checking out, however, I too don't believe it will kickstart the market, as it's just a coin. Even with big exchanges behind their belt, it doesn't mean immideate success per say. We shall see how the coin will go, as it's already around $0.07ish.
