Looks amazing!! Unfortunately I was stuck in Kyoto today because of work and since it takes like 3.5 hours from my house to the venue (taking the bullet train) I couldn't make it. Guess you guys have fun right now while I am stuck at home, pretty sad, especially since my wife is in Tokyo right now anyway as well.
Hope you have a fun time and the event will be a successful with a nice attendance. Would have been cool to meet other people in the crypto field here, the community is pretty small in Japan I guess since in Kansai area (Osaka,Kobe,Kyoto) I know a total of 2 persons involved in this space, which obviously is not a lot!

Big thanks to bitbollo and everyone who helped put together the Tokyo event! It was great meeting fellow collectors, sharing stories, and chatting with the Satori engineer. I was lucky enough to win one of the Satori 10th Anniversary Special Edition Coins from the gacha machine!

Really enjoyed the evening and appreciate all the effort that went into making it happen. Looking forward to the next event, and hopefully my travel schedule will line up so I can attend again!

Looks amazing!

I’d love to attend one of these events one of these years.
Hopefully it’s closer to my home location or timing works out that I’m traveling during the dates.

I would totally bring some pieces to display for the duration of the show.

Amazing work!

A special thanks to all the users that have made this events possible with their efforts/donations/time/passion.
✂️

are there actually any users who hang out here on Bitcointalk who have said they'd come?
i mean, aside from bitcommando, i unfortunately don't know anyone from the collectibles scene who's from japan.
know AHOYBRAUSE from the german local, but unfortunately he's not a collector - hopefully that will change after this great meetup Wink

Good job, looks nice! I checked your posting history and it seems like you do some Japan related stuff from time to time. You live here? We live in Kansai. If you are around you can hit me up maybe.
Anyway, really sad that I couldn't make it this year, even though I really tried to make time. Yet on a weekday is was kinda hard and in the end didn't work out, real shame! Would have been nice to meet some people from this community in real life, this would have been my first!

Oh, are you from the Kansai region? If we ever get the chance to meet up—perhaps at a meetup event—I’d love for you to show off your prized "treasure" and give me a thrill! Actually, I  brought an  "Satori invitation letter" that was shipped back in 2016. I had fully expected other collectors to show up with heaps of even more incredible, rare items to wow me, but unfortunately, it seems mr.bitbollo were the only one who actually brought  collections along.so, to my surprise—it turned out that what I had brought was the rarest item at the entire venue!

Hey Mopar - I recieved an email newsletter from Satori a few days ago, and it answered your question about them being in Amsterdam.  Hope you get one as well!

This is an interesting topic! I’ve built a space called Bitcoin Metropole in the German Alps 🇩🇪, where we bring together the German-speaking Bitcoin community.

We could probably create something special here, maybe even an event for 50–60 people. Small, private, but with a powerful impact!

Thank you all for joining and the warm partecipation on this event. It's a rare chance to meet some bitcoiners in real life.
These meetings are always a precious way to collect feedback about our hobby. Most important these come from users that are not using bitcoin or crypto daily.

This "main" event would continue to be hosted in Gox Lounge also in 2027 ! Stay tuned - this year would be a real party night Wink again in the city center Tokyo!
Crypto Lounge GOX 〒160-0021 -- Shinjuku-ku, Kabukicho 2-19-15 -- Tenam Town Building 6F

In 2027 it should be possible to have a series of recurring secondary events (in Tokyo) that would allow direct interactions between collectors / offering physical bitcoin collectibles during live competitions (E.G. Magic!) as prizes. A couple of venues have already been identified and details would be shared as soon as possible.

I would be very happy to provide support/logistic/explanations/guidances for running these meetings in other locations - using collectibles as educational tools also in other areas.... I would reach in private in the next weeks guy369 and mx12 for a quick talk about this matter.

Last but not least, it would be possible to also find free gadgets/flyers/explanations about physical collectibles by January 2027 - including an index list of all items available to purchase at Gox Lounge.

edit - actual exposition - ask for details here or in private

Crypto Lounge GOX 〒160-0021 -- Shinjuku-ku, Kabukicho 2-19-15 -- Tenam Town Building 6F Tokyo 🇯🇵 JAPAN

As you can see from the image above is already possible to buy items from: Ballet - Finite by Design - NAJP - UID 364070 - Polymerbit.
These are all items part of my collection and legally registered with this third party for the sales. Hence, it would be possible to pay directly with local currency USDT/YEN - receive a receipt.

Trying to spread this hobby for the visitor of Crypto Lounge GOX 〒160-0021 -- Shinjuku-ku, Kabukicho 2-19-15 -- Tenam Town Building 6F Tokyo 🇯🇵 JAPAN by early January 2027 it would be available a dedicated website and a FREE selection of stickers/depliants/business cards/gifts for every visitor of this space plus a bigger inventory, including new collectibles... (SwissAlpenCoin + BitcoinPills.com + new Ballets Wallets + Exhibitoin Posters  etc.) ... Feel free to reach in private for any question/doubt/request!

In case someone is going there, maybe I will be in Tokyo for that one as well. By the way, we still have some stuff from the 2025 Kyoto bitcoin summit, like stickers, bags, some T-shirts (DOGE themed) and so on, stuff we got for free when we went. Wife already asked if we should throw them away because it's just lying in some shelf in the closet, taking up space. So if anybody wants some stuff and also goes to Tokyo maybe I can bring it. It's just free merch basically, but crypto related of course.

It's a pity I couldn't make it to Asia this year. Glad to hear the event went well.
