A few ETFs are launching soon, what can we expect?

Just hype and nothing more that ETH ETF will bring to the market however, there will be little cash inflow because of the nature of Etherum and not many people will jump into it like they do with bitcoin.

We might be expecting the price of Etherum to pump but not up to the way bitcoin pumped and got a new ATH. Bitcoin price will still control Etherum price after the approval of ETH ETF.

knowing the little FDV that ETH is having compared to BTC, this speculation is plausible, because ETH itself by holding it directly instead of through ETF can get the benefit of staking ETH for additional APY in many platforms, the nature of the blockchain that is smart contract incentivizes people to interact with projects and get good return, with ETF, i doubt we can do that, but for people that only care about investing ETH and doesn't bother about using ETH to boost APY through staking, ETF might be a good choice.

but from this alone we can kind of deduct that ETF will not be as big as BTC like as you said, the inflow will only little compared to BTC ETF.

I would say that it is not the same people. People who think they could buy eth and hold it and even stake it ,are not the people who are happy to buy etf of it. ETF people are more "lets wear our suit and drink champagne and go to big luxury parties" type of wall street crowd. They have billions to manage, and they want to throw some 15 million into this because why not. That is why I think it is going to be big enough, obviously not as big as bitcoin etf, but it is still going to be good enough.

There will be a lot of pensions, and rich folks, and billionaires, who will not want to deal with getting btc or eth directly, and they just get the etf and make the company deal with it instead. This means billions could come pouring into ETF for ETH as well, and I think it is going to be good for ETH. If we suddenly see ETH become 10K+, I would not be shocked and that could happen within next 1 year. Along with ETF, we are expected to have some bull run because of the halving as well, and alt season should start sometime there too. All of this combined, could mean that ETH price could reach 10k+ in the next year or so. Not an easy choice, just saying that it will not be impossible neither.

5 ETF ETH spot begins trading today at 23rd july but it makes me wonder why the price hasn't grown up ever since, current state of ETH just plainly following BTC price movement wherever it goes it's such disappointment honestly.

are the retailer grown bored of the ETF narrative or what?

I do believe that's the case, however, we can also see the final hunt for liquidity beforehand and see the price of around $3,100 or a bit less on ETH. I wouldn't suggest using this opportunity for futures trading because of that exact reason, the spot would be great and could bring a good profit in some time. NFA.

I've read speculations that the motivation behind the SEC’s decision is that crypto policy has become an election issue since Trump adopted a pro-crypto stance, which of course we heard Trump clearly declaring his stance for crypto invest investment. ETH ETF is likely to drive an increased demand for Ethereum. Imagine the Standard Chartered's target is higher, predicting ETH could reach $8,000 by the end of this year and $14,000 by 2025. Such bold predictions are what I like. Some CEX like Bitget are already offering events that reward users in ETH. Talking about the likes of Trade to share 7 ETH, and a signup bonus reward in ETH. A couple of other events in this space to drive an increased demand for Ethereum. Meanwhile many are not aware that there's no staking reward for holding ETF.

I think that's the bitget event the other forum member mentioned. I'm going through the link. Eth ETF has been approved though. So I'm taking a long position long term with x5 leverage already. Let's see how much profit I make by the end month & I'll probably take a bet on the initiative. Not fading on any avenue to gather some ETH.  for traders look for long on ETH, use 1hr time frame. We can't expect immediate results. Can we? After all, it took a few months for BTC to reach higher market prices following SEC's approval of the spot ETFs. With due time, ETH's market price will go all the way to the moon. I'm 100% sure ETH will reach a new ATH in the near future. $10k per coin is just the tip of the iceberg.

Companies are showing huge interest in Web3, so expect ETH to grow bigger and stronger than ever. It won't surpass BTC, though. After all, the latter is the one cryptocurrency that started it all. Once the ETH spot ETF hype ends, the market will focus itself on Solana spot ETFs. It's the next big thing. Just you wait and see. It would be dumb enough not to buy and "hodl" these coins long-term, right?

price has exactly hits $3100, feels like a really interesting price knowing that currently the people that were bullish on the ETF going live are the same people that sold at the news, this dump is to be expected.
even with current fear and greed index it just doesn't feel natural that price suddenly dumps so I think current dump is because the ETF already out so there's nothing that could help price increase further so people just outright dump.
we might be seeing streak of outflow following this dump though same thing like what happened to BTC back then.

If ETH really dumps below $3000, i'll be readying my life saving to go all in with ETH.
