Hello i am currently living in Ukraine, after winning some bets i got a notification from BC GAME to complete advanced KYC. I tried 1 time with my national passport, in Ukraine we have a book format of passport. After submitting everything i got a notification that my KYC is failed for not even mentioning a reason. I opened a chat with support and they reseted my KYC and i tried again. Second attempt was with my foreign passport and again i failed. Is it a way that can help me to finish KYC process ?
Live support are keep on telling me we are waiting for updates

Do you have a driver license? Driver's license is among the verification options that you can choose on Bc.game. Make sure you are not doing anything shady but use your real documents. Let the names, date of birth and others be the same with the ones you filled on the gambling site. Also make sure the images are not blurry but clear.

I don't have it but all of my photos were good quality without blur or anything that can decrease quality of my photos

First which document do you use for the verification a d how many documents did you submit for the verification request, the reason for asking this is because some times their are documents that if the name arrangement varies, it will become hard or even impossible to proces them for kyc verifications, what I will advice you is to first of all check which casino that you already have verification on, and check the document you use on them, if is your driver license or other Ids you will likely to be able to pass through the kyc using that same documents.

You could try to open a ticket on guru casino and they will help you to solve the problem, or write on the casino thread to get the attention from the staff.

But the ideal way to fix this problems is directly with the site support because not all the casinos have the support guys on this forum. If I were in your situación I would send the a mail.

There is definitely a reason why your KYC verification request is being rejected, and that reason I believe they should tell you because you deserve to know, I will suggest you chat the customer care again and ask them to tell you exactly why your KYC request is being rejected over and over again despite submitting a genuine government issued document for the verification.

And on the other hand, also make sure you are not submitting a fake or expired document, doing any of such could be the reason why your request is being denied, and if you keep submitting the same document, your account may end up being permanently banned.
So, I suggest you be patient and find out from the customer care what particular document you need to use for the verification.

There are some reasons why KYC can fail,
- bad quality images/photos
- the size is too big or too small (some platforms are allowed to use PDF to solve this size issue)
- the documents are out of date
- the information such as names, date of birth in the platform and the document do not match
- suspected of using other people's documents or fake documents
- etc
If you feel that the documents you have provided are valid, then you don't need to panic and be patient in waiting for an answer from the support.
Because support usually doesn't have the authority to check KYC, so they won't be able to answer your questions until they get an update from someone who checks your documents.

would you mind sharing the conversation(chat, email, etc..) you've had with their support regarding your issue? it'll let people know that you have evidence to back up your claim.

Is it a way that can help me to finish KYC process ?
they mentioned that they are waiting for updates, perhaps try waiting for them to make contact with you? not sure what update they are waiting for but it is possible that it has something to do with you failing their KYC and maybe they'll inform you the reason as to why you failed their KYC

When you try to have your documents verified and then they get rejected. Do they send you a message or notification with the reason as to why your documents were reject?
Try contacting their representative via private message for an answer, although I don't know how long ago they were online - BC.Game Support, but try your luck.

There are some reasons why KYC can fail,
- bad quality images/photos
- the size is too big or too small (some platforms are allowed to use PDF to solve this size issue)
- the documents are out of date
- the information such as names, date of birth in the platform and the document do not match
- suspected of using other people's documents or fake documents
- etc
About the size of the document. I do not think it would be part of the reason. The last time I wanted to upload my ID document on an online site that it got rejected because of too large file has been long like years back. I am using a phone with a better camera that takes pictures with high quality camera now and with bigger megabyte of more than 5 megabytes for closer images like while taking the picture of the ID card and it is getting accepted on all the sites that I have submitted it for verification.

Because support usually doesn't have the authority to check KYC, so they won't be able to answer your questions until they get an update from someone who checks your documents.
Those are not the only reasons why KYC can fail. You can fulfil every criteria that you wrote and still fail because the casino staff isn't competent in KYC policy. For example, every casino asks their users about the bill documents. I personally can't provide billing documents because in my country such a thing doesn't exist. We don't receive bills documents, we pay bills online via a special bill code and also when we rent houses, we don't do it officially and it's okay in our country. When I live in a rent, how can I provide any kind of proof that I live here? That's impossible in my country and it's also hard to explain to a casino representative who lives in the centre of Dublin.

Passport document KYC sometimes declined because of the format. Drivers license or national ID is the most easy to approved for KYC verification.

I definitely get that, but I just completed some KYC recently, and I did it through email. And yes, it was a third party, but you will be communicating with the casino directly, and they will just give you a link to pass the KYC. My concern is to ensure that, as customers, we can use the conversation in our email as evidence if we need to escalate the issue, such as making a scam accusation against a certain casino.

Can you provide what specific casino you do this? Yes you can communicate via email but it’s very rare for current casino that accepts KYC documents via email since this should be handle by services that allows to do KYC because it requires handling of important information while it requires different license to process KYC.

Everything is automated nowadays so the documents will automatically declined if not fit to the standard which is available when you are submitting the KYC documents.

Since I have been registering on crypto sites including exchanges and gambling sites, none of them have requested for billing receipt before. Billing receipt has only been asked from banks from me and nowhere other than banks that asked for it. I have passed my KYC on some crypto exchanges and gambling sites but none of them asked of billing documents.

I won't name a specific casino, but one of the most popular casinos in the forum no longer has live support. I'm sure I didn't submit my KYC to their email account but through the link they provided, which redirected me to the verifier that required me to submit documents, including a selfie holding the documents. Unfortunately, I didn't pass, but I have the full conversation in the email which I could use if they scam me. At least the client will be informed so they can provide the correct format. You can't require a client to submit a document that is not available in their country. So, if the required document is a passport, they should accept it as long as it's authentic.

Everything is automated nowadays so the documents will automatically declined if not fit to the standard which is available when you are submitting the KYC documents.

That's a basic problem if that doesn't fit. if a casino does not blacklist a certain country for gambling, then I think they are ready to accomodate the KYC verification process (through the 3rd party). My case is that it fits to the standard and yet I still failed in the end.

Yes you can communicate via email but it’s very rare for current casino that accepts KYC documents via email since this should be handle by services that allows to do KYC because it requires handling of important information while it requires different license to process KYC.
I guess that's what he had mentioned, he go through the kyc link provided by the support he/she communicated via email. Because submitting personal info for kyc via email attachment is very risky in anyways.

Hello i am currently living in Ukraine, after winning some bets i got a notification from BC GAME to complete advanced KYC. I tried 1 time with my national passport, in Ukraine we have a book format of passport. After submitting everything i got a notification that my KYC is failed for not even mentioning a reason. I opened a chat with support and they reseted my KYC and i tried again. Second attempt was with my foreign passport and again i failed. Is it a way that can help me to finish KYC process ?
Did you try talking with BC.GAME account in bitcointalk forum?
I think that manager icopress is working with BC.GAME and he is also from Ukraine so you can ask him to help you with this problem and speed up things.
