Aside that, OP mentioned his current location which we all know the current state of things over there. Maybe one amongst the likely reasons for OP being inactive here but we should not assume till OP comes up to clear the air as to the outcome of things and engagements with the casino as suggested to OP to follow up with.
Being offline or inactive for a month and definitely spikes up some thoughts as to OP issues being resolved or something else to have occurred which we can not still say because OP have not yet given us by feedback here as to suggestions proffered here to guide him through in pursuing his case with the casino. If it were possible to contact the casino to know what's up, that would have been okay but in this situation, nobody can do that as no details to follow up with.

OP needs to be online and clear things up by giving us an update. Otherwise, this thread will make no sense anymore since it has no development. Although we cannot deny that there are some accusations against the casino involved, those who complain have to make sure they are here from the start to the end and not leave the speculators hanging. Just like what happened to us, we are left hanging, so we are assuming.
