Hello i am currently living in Ukraine, after winning some bets i got a notification from BC GAME to complete advanced KYC. I tried 1 time with my national passport, in Ukraine we have a book format of passport. After submitting everything i got a notification that my KYC is failed for not even mentioning a reason. I opened a chat with support and they reseted my KYC and i tried again. Second attempt was with my foreign passport and again i failed. Is it a way that can help me to finish KYC process ?

Aside that, OP mentioned his current location which we all know the current state of things over there. Maybe one amongst the likely reasons for OP being inactive here but we should not assume till OP comes up to clear the air as to the outcome of things and engagements with the casino as suggested to OP to follow up with.

Being offline or inactive for a month and definitely spikes up some thoughts as to OP issues being resolved or something else to have occurred which we can not still say because OP have not yet given us by feedback here as to suggestions proffered here to guide him through in pursuing his case with the casino. If it were possible to contact the casino to know what's up, that would have been okay but in this situation, nobody can do that as no details to follow up with.

So what is happening here if we are just all assuming, lol.

OP needs to be online and clear things up by giving us an update. Otherwise, this thread will make no sense anymore since it has no development. Although we cannot deny that there are some accusations against the casino involved, those who complain have to make sure they are here from the start to the end and not leave the speculators hanging. Well with respect to this matter, I think it is a thing of speculations because we really have not heard from op for quite a long time since this thread was created. Any thing we say here  is likely on assumptions and that is not the reality till OP comes forth to tell us the situation of things if the problem have been resolved or not.

Of course people whom starts thread of this nature needs to be active online here to making sure the thread is  duelly updated so that members do not feel being neglected after putting efforts to proffering ideas and opinions to making sure the issues are resolved. As usual, they proofs and details could be uploaded here so that of I the absence of the OP, any reputable member can contact the accused to verify if such case been reported have been resolved and if resolved, it would be updated here and possibly calling for the moderator to lock the thread in the absence of the OP.

We need OP's response as soon as possible to provide a detailed statement regarding his thraed above, we cannot provide the right solution to resolve the problem without a response from OP, we have speculated many things that might have a bad impact on the casino, so OP must active again to explain the latest developments regarding the ongoing KYC process and we will provide the right solution to help the OP resolve the KYC problem, usually if we follow the KYC verification rules and procedures then every casino will definitely verify the account even though sometimes we have to wait in line for the team to check the KYC manually.

Posting some updates
1) I messaged a friend of mine whom had a partnership with bc.game as a casino twitch streamer and I am waiting for an answer.
2) As i saw someone was messaging about my fake KYC and so on. The account is mine and no fake documents were provided to the website. A fun part my friend who lives in Russia managed to complete KYC in just 20 minutes.
3) About winnings as i made some bets on recent DOTA 2 tournament i managed to get a profit of near 7000 usdt, I withdrew near 5000 and after withdrawing rest i got a KYC notification. The bets were on TIER 1 tournament and no 322 shit or smth else.
4) I will submit a ticked support on BC.GAME discord will wait for their answer there as well.
5) Sorry for not posting updates that frequently will do it more often.

Man from live support told me that i have an issue with one of my document. But he refused to tell me which one. The problem is that it can't be my passport or proof of my address. Because my proof document was from the bank as well

You have to cross check the documents first and figure out the one that you think that might be the issue, secondly, in support team they have different people that attend to clients and if the one attending to you is break, you have to start your explanations at fresh for the new person, or you can plead to the team in person and send your documents directly to the team personnel that's in charge at that moment.

Except that he/she did not ask the team properly the reason while is ineligible for KYC verification, before a platform restrict their client not verify it's account, I think that their is something wrong else were, but is unbelievable that a customer will be restricted for KYC verification...but for it's respond above, it says that it has uploaded the document and the support team responded that one of the credential is not supported, so base on that note I think it has be eligible for KYC verification.

Actually everything will be smooth if you will just submit the right document properly. I’ve done KYC on BC before and manage to get my account verified without any issue since I provide valid(drivers license) to KYC my account.

Probably the passport you are using is not the standard passport which they are as reference with their KYC that’s why you encounter this problem. Drivers license is always very easy to approve even on other services so maybe try to get that ID next time.

Anyway congrats with your successful KYC and don’t forgot to lock this thread before you leave the forum.

It also depends on the country, because I know quite well that during documentation or verification of accounts, if you don't snap the edges of the passport or drivers licence we'll it will not be processed properly, theirs one certain time I had issues with exchange and after I have uploaded my document the site will declined my document whereas all the informations in my document are all correct and intact, and I was thinking that my drivers licence or my international passport has expired, until I set my camera well and place my documents on a tiles and snap the document with the four edges, when I uploaded it, it became successful, so you're right for thinking if the document has expired, if the document is up to date, let @yumeyume check if the photographs of documents the edges is been captured properly.

Yeah right, the proper picture of the document is important too since some use an automated KYC services like Binance that approved KYC through the use of bot which is why you can experience automatic declined if you didn’t capture the image properly.

I usually cam scanner for my ID to make a clean image that easily approved by KYC verification since it removes glare and highlights important details on the ID.

Too bad we can’t check the OP ID due to his privacy.

glad to see your problem solved. it took a long time, but you got your money. that's the best. sometimes casinos do have their own procedures for verification, and it takes different times for each case.

I tried 2 times first was with my national passport its common for CIS countries to have old style like a book passport that's how we call it and second time was with my foreign passport which is still valid
