For two weeks plus ive been trying to kyc my account because they locked my withdrawals by bc.games for no reason after winning when im a vip player level 60 plus now i sent in passport bank statements  bank letter thats even adreesed to bcgames in the letter and they still wont approve my kyc or release  my fund avoid this casino at all ccost! They will set u to not be able to withdrawal  after u win a big one or decent there now since they changed ownership @bc.games player name slickmustard

What are the support's response/reason after they rejected your KYC info? I bet there's specific reason why, e.g. blurred (not clear) captured image, expired, non-accepted kind of ID, etc. Also, what country are you from, make sure you are not from banned countries. Have you successfully withdraw before?

since they changed ownership @bc.games

What are the support's response/reason after they rejected your KYC info? I bet there's specific reason why, e.g. blurred (not clear) captured image, expired, non-accepted kind of ID, etc. Also, what country are you from, make sure you are not from banned countries. Have you successfully withdraw before?

This is news to me, can you give a source for this?

All kyc info was clear and accurate bank wrote a letter for them personally with adress included no exscuse for them to not kyc

There is no good evidence of your claims, can you screen shot your chats with their customer's service so that we can understand  better. Also I believe that BC.games have an ANN thread where you can also lay your complain there. Did they tell you any reason for not approving your KYC verification?.

As suggested by members before me, please move this topic to the right board section which is Scam accusation.

When it comes to your topic, everyone can see many red flags and your accusations not valid to me until you provide evidence for what happened between you and Bc.games support. How did they lock your withdrawal? You were able to withdraw normally before that? I assume you had many transactions before since your account reached that high level. What happened lately here with Bc.games representatives, is they managed to close all the cases against them, fixing the issues of users, providing evidence against invalid cases.

Rest sure that one of their representatives will reply to you and help you, and if you never broke their terms and rules, providing the good documents, you will then get verified once again and withdraw normally.

this is the second KYC-related complaint that has been posted against BC.games this week, I wonder if something is going on with their KYC verification team. It would be nice if their representative could address this issue here and perhaps shed light on why their KYC was rejected.

anyway, as other members have mentioned, you should provide evidence to support your claim and if there is sensitive information on those images you, can cut or blur them out.

I believe you have gotten all necessary information as to guide you raise a scam accusations against the casino you are complaining of here. You should be able to present enough proof or evidence that can be used to further do some verification by reputable members who would want to assist you in this case. Be rest assured that you will get it resolved based on the factual evidence at hand as the matter goes on.

Lastly, the casino in question is a popular casino here and I was wondering what must have transpired between you and the casino but I would not say any much further till you provide evidence and you have been advised to move this thread to accusations thread as this is gambling board and not likely appropriate for this conversation. You should either lock this thread or move it to scam accusations board.

This is sort of a big deal if true. OP, you should provide some sort of evidence to backup your claims. A lot of people on this forum make threads like this to try and force the casino to do what they want in order to avoid a headache. With 0 evidence provided of any kind, logical people can only assume that’s what is happening here.

I suspect that it could be an issue of updated ToS. Let's wait for a rep to address the issue. I know that pain that you will easily and happily deposit, but withdrawal becomes a big problem.

When we have a problem, we need to be able to tell how it all started so that other people are able to understand what happened to us. For example in your case, you need to start telling the story from the beginning like:

1 - day you started using the casino

2 - all deposit methods you use at the casino

3 - what were the amounts of money you deposited since the first day you were using the casino

4 - how many times have you withdrawn from the casino and what amounts of money have you withdrawn

When you tell us about these 4 points we can try to understand why the casino would be asking you to do kyc now. Something that caught my attention is that you say you submitted your bank passport, I confess that I never heard that such a document existed. I know that there is a passport and I know that there is a statement from the bank that they normally ask for when the casino wants to know about the origin of the funds. But if you didn't deposit through a bank account and it was through cryptocurrencies, then you must show a photo of your wallet showing the wallet address showing the history of sending coins to the casino account. Now when the casino asks you to provide a document that proves your address, you can then ask for a bank statement, water or electricity bill or internet or TV bill. You have to clarify in this thread what documents you sent to the casino

I feel like you are not telling the full story, there should be a reason behind their decision of not to approve your kyc, maybe your documents weren't valid or maybe you abused the casino, it would be nice to know more about the process because it's cheap to call a scam any casino, but the community here know how bc.game has a great reputation in the gambling industry.

There’s no way a casino like BC will scam someone by just denying the KYC documents of the documents. Obviously on this case the problem is on this user documents. There’s a lot of user that completed the KYC without a problem including me.

This user is resorting to scam accusation because of his frustration on his KYC while he can provide different ID to easily solve his KYC.

Typically, players that having problem with KYC provides ID that is not accepted on the casino.

Pov: although might have been discussed many times. There need to be a child board in this gambling for casino related scam accusations.

I agree to this. Most of the scam accusation is against the casino, maybe it’s time to move here the discussion.

For two weeks plus ive been trying to kyc my account because they locked my withdrawals by bc.games for no reason after winning when im a vip player level 60 plus now i sent in passport bank statements  bank letter thats even adreesed to bcgames in the letter and they still wont approve my kyc or release  my fund avoid this casino at all ccost! They will set u to not be able to withdrawal  after u win a big one or decent there now since they changed ownership @bc.games player name slickmustard
Without any evidence it is impossible for us to determine if your story is true and if bc.games is at fault here, so unless you are willing to share some of that evidence there is not much you can achieve.

Because even if were telling the truth, the number of accusations casinos receive each week on the forum and that have no evidence backing them is high, so the community most likely will ignore it since there is nothing we can use to draw any conclusion.

In addition, there is no need to share any personal info or banking details to show evidence of your claims: you can always hide the sensitive info before uploading the images.
In my opinion, this can't be moved to the Scam Accusations board yet because he isn't making a complaint about a scam or providing any proof that he was scammed. For sure, some have already reported this post to the moderator, but they just left it here on the Gambling board because they see it the same way. This should stay here on the Gambling board for now because it isn't a Scam Accusations yet. Unless the OP edits his post and adds details about how he was scammed, then it can be moved to the Scam Accusations board.

There’s no way a casino like BC will scam someone by just denying the KYC documents of the documents. Obviously on this case the problem is on this user documents. There’s a lot of user that completed the KYC without a problem including me.

This user is resorting to scam accusation because of his frustration on his KYC while he can provide different ID to easily solve his KYC.
How are you so sure that BC.Game wouldn't scam someone in this manner? Op hasn't really provided any evidence to support his claims which is why I am siding with the casino for now, but similar cases have popped up recently making it tougher to support them.

Typically, players that having problem with KYC provides ID that is not accepted on the casino.
Wrong. The dude uploaded his passport info which is the most common KYC document accepted by any site.

Playing wise I can't advise anybody to play at bc but one thing I have to say. Withdrawals for me have always been credited in a very fast manner and my KYC process was also very smooth. I have to add though that I only did the ID verification and not the enhanced one cause they never asked for it.

Better to provide an information aside from your statement its quite hard to believe if even we don't have a background with your problem ideally to give a screenshot. Most of the reason players require a KYC because they got flag down due to different circumstances like suspicious activity, different user logins and etc. Even in my experience upon playing with the BC.GAME I don't have an issue with the deposit and withdrawals. Have you posted into their ANN thread?.  so a preventative may help you with your concern?.
