I don’t agree with the provider excuse. A lot of these books use the same provider or verification service. Some get the checks done within a week and others are taking months. A lot of times the hope is that the player will continue casino play during the delay.
Even with fiat books where you do KYC upfront, there are times when they ask for more information upon requesting a withdrawal. Those checks never take more than a week.

I think my last time for this similar situation took about a week or two. Hopefully we get an update earlier. Yeah I waited 24h before posting because of the amount involved. Usually these withdrawals are instant/within the hour regardless of the amount. Since it was the provider, hoping it can get resolved soon, or I get more info soon. Players should wait at least a week before posting a scam accusation. This board would be flooded if every player posted about a withdrawal taking 24 hours. Payments should be made in 24 hours, but a payment taking less than a week still isn't a scam.
For a casino that promised an instant withdrawal I think having a 24hrs pending withdrawal considering the amount involved here can surely raise immediate concern. But since the issue was already determined which is due to the provider requesting to hold the user account then your suggestion is valid. It’s not bad though to line-up the concern immediately to notice if there’s something wrong in the casino. There’s already an instance that a trusted casino turns into scam in the past that started from delay withdrawal. Waiting for a week just to raise concern will make many more victims for a potential exit scam. This is also a good way to push casino on improving their withdrawal system. And about the casino representative being able to help, I might be wrongly remembering this part, but AFAIK casino will not interfere with third party investigation. Yes, they can keep emailing the provider, but that's the extend of "expediting" it, the pace of the conclusion still ultimately fall into the hand of the provider and there's nothing the casino representative can do to make it quicker.

Actually, there are some benefits from the casino while the withdraw on some hold. Some casino still don't have locked system while the withdraw try to be requested, user could be betting his money again because is to long waiting the withdraw in hold. In the end, user lose all his money......... That's why, in gambling deposit & withdraw fast are quite important. We have somethings case like these happening in forum.....

I do not know what they are looking for. It only came up AFTER my withdrawal request. I agree that live casinos should be no verification because they DO deal with the issues in real time -- sometimes they even halt play to settle the issue first if there is a misdealt hand. In some cases they void bets too. So I guess they're looking at the session as a whole I guess, but this is only my SECOND time dealing with a long provider check. -snip-
