What have happened
Today after i logged into account my balance went from 1300 to 350 and the betting history completely dissapeared.
After contacting with support i recieved a message that i had some rollback (whatfor?)

i was playing in this casino since 2022 and that what i recieved for loyalty
Also i had 2 coupons in game  worth 450$, they vanished aswell

The admin already explain that you need patience to determine what’s the reason for the rollback. Your chat was cut before the admin made a reply but he probably escalate to the admin for the real issue.

I guess they are the only one who can answer your issue while this case is not worthy of scam accusation since the admin is still looking on your case. Please update us the continuation of your discussion because that’s vital on your case. Be patient for a while, they might have some error with balance update.

Actually, the conversation was not cut mid-way before the support can made a reply. OP's image was a bit out of order. I tried to re-arrange them into one chronological order [minus the image of his betting history as it's too large to be uploaded to talkimg] and the conversation goes like this,





OP, as their support tell you to wait for up to 24 hours, I'll ask you to kindly be a bit patient and see if the situation resolves itself before tomorrow. If it doesn't, kindly let me know and I'll try to ping their representative here to look into your situation

From the screenshots, there are no date to see when was the conversation were held. You did not mention how long you waited to contact them too. If this is recent then you need to wait as they asked.

Sorry, sorry, bumping an old thread. I somehow missed to update this one on timely manner and only noticed it now when I sweep through my list. Anyway, I need to dot the I's. Given last statement above by the rep that the refund settlement will take time to be resolved [about three months ago] and that OP will be informed upon completion, and given I can see that OP's last activity was in early October, with no further complaint on this thread about overdue settlement, I assume this one is cleared? Because otherwise, OP would logically bumped the thread [and I won't miss it, LOL]. OP?

Anyway, marking this as resolved for the time being unless and/or until OP claimed that it isn't.

i share your assumption, if there were still an issue, pretty sure @zendini would have said something. but he been offline since october 08.
its annoying once users get their issues resolved they vanish without updating the thread title or marking the case as resolved.

Got it. Thank you for coming here and give us your clarification. Though I've previously marked it as resolved, I guess this stamped a "cleared" into the case and put a lid to it, seal it for good.

I think I could ask for a TXID to further validate the statement, you're free to give it if you want to, but IMO that's excessively redundant, given the OP's silence that --by itself-- is a confirmation enough.
