apart from this thread, there are several KYC-related complaint threads created against BC.game. the complaints were very similar to each other, the gambler tried to withdraw and was asked to perform KYC and then they either don't get an update on their KYC status or their KYC was denied. I don't know what is going on with their management but they seem to not respond to new cases posted here in the forum.

Would you mind sharing a screenshot to back up your claim?

There's not really any way for me to "back up my claim" with something that can't be inspect elemented unless I record a video showing it on mobile or something. I tried uploading an image of my balance and it says "Embedding imgur links is not supported in new posts"

Regardless it isn't a claim, it's something I'm sure they will publicly acknowledge if this thread gets eonugh attention, that they have a customer with a balance of 1225 ETH in their BC Vault with withdrawal permissions disabled for a week. Me lying serves 0 purpose my friend.

I am worried about showing too much account information within a screenshot because I want there to be absolutely zero chance anything bad happens.

Any help getting a BCGame Exec's attention on this would be greatly appreciated. I tried msging an Admin on Telegram and he told me "cant help contact livechat" and went ghost lol. That's as far as I've gotten.

Maybe you can try contacting their support in this forum . BC.game support , and you can also invite . @holydarkness has been very helpful in trying to make sure that users with gambling complaints get a fair judgement and also making sure the right people are invited to the case.

This issue with KYC after winning is becoming very disturbing and, at this same time, discouraging. Why can't these conditions be spelt out ab initio so gamblers will know what they are up against. Well, this is one side of the story and I hope an agent responds to this to clear the air because it is possible it could be a communication issue; a situation where they needed more time to complete their audit but did not communicate adequately. However, if this is not the case, it will really be very big cause of concern for highrollwers.

there is some problem, so services like Imgur or imgbb do not allow images to be displayed on the Bitcointalk forum. Even if images are not shown because you are a newbie, someone will already quote your posts and they will be visible to everyone.

About your case, you have to present as clear evidence as possible about your claims. Also, have you possibly violated their TOS in any way?

Hi, thanks for your reply. The reason I'm against uploading a lot of images to back up my claim is because:


1. This is between me and the Casino, specifically me getting my rightfully won money from the casino. Backing myself up with proof to get users on my side is not what's needed here. What's needed from within this thread is for the casino to draw attention to me and prioritize my case because It's a significant stomach aching amount of money that leaves me not knowing what's next. The proof is from within my account that the Casino can view.



2. I absolutely did not break ANY rule as stated in my thread. I played dice/crash with 50/50 odds, did not "exploit" anything, did not gamble in banned region, or anything like that. I literally just played with an intuitive strategy but obviously it's luck more than anything.


3. The proof I show would just be the support agents telling me every day the casino needs more time to investigate, which a lot of users on here would just tell me is fair. But my entire argument is that it was won on their own original gamemodes based on seeds that they can very easily audit. there is no need to wait a week for any external answers because we are not relying on a game provider replying because of a max win or anything like that. I suspect the casino is just pushing to keep the money in here as long as possible hoping I lose it.


I do not mean to come off as an asshole, I simply mean to state my thought process. I genuinely just think logistically here whether I send some images or not it wouldn't matter. But here.

I'd like to state i've updated my title too as "without communication" can be misleading. Technically there has been communication it's just been absolutely horrible in my experience compared to other casinos. I genuinely wouldn't even consider it communication but I get how it goes after reading some threads so I've updated the title. Thanks everyone.

I'm not aware if there have been many case against Bc.game and it's not yet resolved, will they end up like Freebitco.in? the situation is quite similar, many complaints in both of this forum and Twitter.

This is really serious, sooner or later they might receive negative tag, start to lose reputation and some people will become jobless.

I didn't violate any of these rules. I am from Canada and played while on Norway in vacation. Every single login to my account is from a Norway IP address. Both countries allow online gambling and don't pop up the restricted region message on BCGame. My KYC submitted was ALL Canadian documents. This is a clear attempt on their part to scam like they do to every big winner. Literally disgusting, I knew this is what was cooking up.



I didn't automate anything, I don't have fraudulent transactions, I haven't gambled from a restricted region, wtf are they talking about?? LOL



They also want to only refund the FIRST DEPOSIT of like 200k when i have over $800K in LOST DEPOSITS? LOL. I am not leaving here without my $4mil because I know there's no real ToS violation from me.

Unfortunately BC.game is one casino that is not going to pay out $4m even though it looks like your play is honest. No one should keep large balances at BC.game. I do wish you luck in case they are somehow forced to pay by a court.

If they don't pay it I guarantee the case will go as unsolved on AskGamblers & CasinoGuru because they have no case, so their reputation going in the hole even more is good enough for me at the end of the day, but I most definitely will proceed with lawyers in Curacao just to be petty if they don't payout.

If they don't pay it I guarantee the case will go as unsolved on AskGamblers & CasinoGuru because they have no case, so their reputation going in the hole even more is good enough for me at the end of the day, but I most definitely will proceed with lawyers in Curacao just to be petty if they don't payout.
