🏈 - NFL Prediction Pool, anyone? Gauging interest

I'm trying to gauge interest in a NFL prediction pool.

I've been participating in the Premier League prediction pool hosted by Hilariousandco for the last few years, and thought it would be fun to have similar pool for NFL fans.

For the pool software we can use Superbru since many of us already have an account there and it's free, but if someone has a better suggestion please speak up.

I was thinking of a buy-in of something very affordable, like 0.0005BTC to 0.001BTC, hoping that's likely to attract more players.  I would like to make payouts to the top 5 players, but that would only be practical if we have at least 20 players or so.

I played in that prediction pool once hosted by Hilarious.  I got my ass kicked really bad since I don't know jack about soccer (euro football).  That being said I'm all in for doing this w/the NFL.  I have played in similar type leagues before and love playing.  If I remember correctly however it wasn't like a 1 and done knock out league (w hilarious' league), right?  I think you pick teams each and every week no?  Do you have any more info on it?

Yeah, every week you predict the final scores for all the games of that week.  It's been a couple of years since I've participated in one of the NFL pools, but If I remember correctly you get a point if your spread is accurate, or 3 points if you predict the exact scores.  At the end of the season the player with the most points wins.  As I recall the pool can be set to go all the way to the Superbowl.  The playoffs and the superbowl are worth more points for accurate predictions, so the end of the season can be very exciting even for those who are low on points.

I'm down for a standard Pick'em or Survival pool (Superbru stinks).

All major platforms offer these for free. I honestly have no preference, i'd be willing to play at Sleeper for a simple pool like that.

We've already discussed having a second competition along with the main league, so why not a Pick'em pool? It's straightforward and fun to play.

Let's say 0.5mBTC or 1mBTC entry fee and winner takes all if there aren't more than 10 people...
