If possible, don't mix daily usage and cryptocurrency usage since it will harm your privacy and security. So, better to have one phone for daily and another one for cryptocurrency.

There's no such dex wallet, instead non custodial/self custodial wallet. Those wallets aren't secure, if you want to use multi cryptocurrency wallet, use Unstoppable wallet.

And there's no such cex wallet, instead centralized exchange.

I don't think you need to have more tools, having more applications that installed in your device means the more chance or vulnerability of getting hacked.

Please forum members which other tools do I need as a Newbie so I can be outstanding and a full participant in the Crypto Space world.

Welcome to forum mate, I see you are mixing  things up here. And you don't necessarily need most of these you have highlighted here. First of, you should ask your self what digital currency you wish to store. This is a bitcoin forum, and most people here store more of  Bitcoin than altcoins. Or tokens.
Read here to know the difference: Important to know: Difference Coin / Token and shady marketing practices

These different coins have different storages. As Bitcoin is more safer in non custodialand open source wallets. Eg Electrum, bluewallets and so on.
Read here to know more about Bitcoin wallets

[General] Bitcoin Wallets - Which, what, why?

You can store your altcoins in altcoins wallet like unstoppable, metamask and so on. But you have to find good wallet that won't compromise your coins. I didn't mention trust wallet because I consider it not safe for so many reasons.

Bybit, binance and okx are not wallets but called exchanges. And we have 2 types of exchange which are the decentralized and centralized exchanges. So those you listed above are what we know as centralized and You also have to know that you should never store your coins on Centralized exchanges accounts. The have control over your funds. Those exchanges requires it's users to perform some verification process which in return exposes your personal information and reduces privacy. Not that there's any harm done, but for someone who values his privacy you should consider using decentralized exchanges. Decentralized exchanges doesn't need any verification before you can make use of their services.

Check here for some :
kycnot.me

As a newbie, you don't even need any tool right now but enough knowledge so you can freely navigate the crypto space on your own. Take your time to do research, study thing about cryptocurrency here on the forum by being active and reading important post made by forum members. This way you will learn faster. Don't be fooled by any one who ask you for money to gain knowledge ost of them know nothing and are literally just trying to make wealth out of you.

For a start all you really need are sources of information which you'll get from social groups and forums. If the platforms you mentioned are giving you accurate information that is a good start. That information should guide your actions on which wallet to use and which exchanges to use.

Do not try to have as many crypto related apps as possible, one or two in each category that does the job is enough.

You already downloaded many applications and still want to download more, crazy honestly.

Let's review what you downloaded:
Social media applications where you will get news, real and fake, and many links that can be phishing links. It's dangerous.
Web3 wallets and Centralized exchange applications. What will you do with these applications?
I guess you will store your money there, on a device you will use for Whatsapp, Discord, Twitter, Telegram, it's very risky and risk that you will lose your money by compromise on your phone is high enough to be concerned.

Please forum members which other tools do I need as a Newbie so I can be outstanding and a full participant in the Crypto Space world.
how useful are these apps you've downloaded to your knowledge in crypto? It's possible you're trying out so many things at the same time and it's surely not the right way to go as a starter. The urge always comes and the propensity to try out somany news sources and download all the wallet you wish to lay your hands on might seems the best option but in reality you need only a few of these things you've already downloaded and not pile up more that will even get you distracted.

Whatsapp, discord, Facebook, X and telegram are all messaging apps and although telegram has incorporated some crypto project into it recently, the primary usage of these media platforms are basically for sourcing news, chatting with friends and family or being part of a group where discussion like crypto could be shared. With regards that, the forum is already capable of helping out with all the information you need as a starter with real individuals that are ready to help you through any challenges you're probably facing as a starter without charging you a dime.

For the wallet, it's best you just an hot and a cold wallet and you don't have to make use of all the wallet you've pointed out there. If you're using binance or Bybit for instance, I don't see any reason why you should still download trust wallet or Meta mask. What's the there that they can do that another one of them can't do? Just don't try to do too much at the same time but in all you do, stick to few things and make sure that you're not joking with your security. Choose the right wallet and keep your key in a safe place offline. You don't want to download so many wallets and end up mixing all the keys up.

I don't think you need to have more tools, having more applications that installed in your device means the more chance or vulnerability of getting hacked.

Having more applications installed on my device means the more chance of getting hacked.  Though I'm New into the crypto space, I don't know  but I've read somewhere that without someone having access to my secret code that is my passphrase  he wouldn't be able to hack or get access to my wallet.

My question here is "Do you mean my wallet can be hacked even without the person getting access to my Passphrase"?

Someone can still hack your wallet if you connect your wallet to malicious website. They don't need your phrase anymore when you connect your wallet to these sites. So you have to be very careful with where you connect your wallet, if possible don't even connect your wallet to any app or website be it for airdrop or giveaway. So as you are protecting your seed phrase also avoid the urge of connecting your wallet to any third party site or App.

Am not really sure if these tools are necessary for the now, considering the fact that you are still a newbie. Maybe, I just didn't show interest in some of these things when I newly joined the forum. One thing I have always believe is that information is power, which means when you actually dedicate your time to learning both on and off this platform, you won't even bother creating a thread to ask for the things that you assumed are needed. Though, I still consider myself as a newbie, but I can say that I have learnt so many interesting things in the past three months, which won't make it difficult for me to make choices from any of the listed item if I actually want to.

Just to answer your question, I personally use Twitter to follow up with Bitcoin related news(just for news), but you should understand that Twitter won't teach you about Bitcoin in details. Don't really know about telegram and Discord, because I don't use either of them for the now. As for wallet, you should try mycelium if you can't afford a hardware wallet. While for cex, well most people suggest a dex, but I used a cex. p2p isn't available in my country on binance, so I use something else. Just check if the cex's p2p is available for your country, then you can make your choice.

But like I said, when you actually go after information by learning as a Newbie on and off this forum, you could easily make decisions on your own, and choose whatever tools you think might be needed. But I hope you clearly understand that none of these tools will teach you anything?.

Some apps carries malwares and some other phishing stuffs I know about. Those things spies on you and will be able to steal your seed phrase ones you download them in your device. Ones they steal it, they will be able to take out your money.

And you called it passphrase, that's not the name I know. It's called a seedphase which your wallet gives to you to Keep safe, after creating it.

From what I read, passphrase is another thing entirely but relates to your seedphrase. Its like an extra key you add to make it more secure.

You don't just get all this done ready when you don't know the fundamentals of crypto currencies or what basic intake to perform.
First you needed to acquire knowledges of what crypto is about, understand that the concept is cryptocurrencies is for alternative means of making payments, investing and trading for profitabilities.
Then, take your decision if you're trading or investing. Don't fail to undergo studies of their basic f as factors for a start as a newbie.
You also have to be aware that trading is more critical than investment because it's typically a short term goal marketing which you can trade on possibilities of profits or lost.
Investment has you the chances to pursue either short or long term goal and it's usually less risker than trading in both knowledge required and lost possibilities.
So literally it's not about acquiring all these wallets and social platform that gives you the basic stance.

Whatsapp is not really necessary, other than that you already have it all. For non custodial wallets, Metamask is a good wallet, but that's not relevant to bitcoin, they only support EVM crypto. While Trustwallet & Phantom support bitcoin, but they cannot be fully trusted because they are not open-source wallets [1] [2] [3].

To store bitcoins, i suggest you use Bitcoin Core [4] or Electrum [5], as a newbie it's a good idea to learn the basics first.

@Cmanayuba, if you are researching what would be best for you when it comes to trading and storing cryptocurrencies, then what you are doing is a good way to learn some things through your trials and errors. However, be careful with all these downloads, because I assume that you use search engines a lot, and that means that you can also download some malicious program that can do you a lot of harm.

If you want to get serious about investing or trading cryptocurrencies, I suggest that you consider buying a hardware wallet, which is by far the best option when it comes to storing cryptocurrencies. At the end of the day, do everything you do with a lot of caution and ask for advice if you're not sure, because there are a lot of bad people just waiting for you to make a wrong move.

Some apps carries malwares and some other phishing stuffs I know about. Those things spies on you and will be able to steal your seed phrase ones you download them in your device. Ones they steal it, they will be able to take out your money.

And you called it passphrase, that's not the name I know. It's called a seedphase which your wallet gives to you to Keep safe, after creating it.

From what I read, passphrase is another thing entirely but relates to your seed phrase. Its like an extra key you add to make it more secure.

I thought passphrase and seedphrase were the same thing... Thanks for the correction. I've learned something today already

How can I detect those apps that carries malware and phishing stuff that will be able to steal my seedphrase.

Always be careful. Always keep your keys safe, do not share any of your confidential information with anyone. Because everyone can become your enemy due to the greed of money. So don't share your important things with anyone, always keep them safe. And you can use a separate device just for your wallet, it making you more secure.

It will going to be helpful, if you have the knowledge of cryptocurrency first before embarking on those app as a beginner because there are some scammers in the community using all those app you just mentioned here, it will be for your own favour, if you can settle down to achieve the knowledge of cryptocurrency before moving ahead with all those app op, is just a suggestion for you.

It is usually somehow difficult to identify malware. So, the best approach is to learn basic knowledge on how to protect your device. Malware or phishing attacks come in the form of unfamiliar advertisements, unexpected messages or applications, or enticing offers. It is better to avoid them by not clicking on random links and always confirming the source of any information or app before responding. Social media is not a safe place to get information; it is always better to get it from the verified website of the sender. If you want to keep your funds safe, consider using a hardware wallet or an air-gapped wallet.

A passphrase is basically a "seed extension" that increases the safety of your assets, it is an added word to your seed phrase that creates an entirely new wallet for you that can only be accessed with both the seed phrase and the passphrase.
How can I detect those apps that carries malware and phishing stuff that will be able to steal my seedphrase.
The only way to be sure of the safety of your assets is to hodl them offline, and not in the device that you connect to the internet with. Your internet connected device should not hodl any of your wallets, and even if it does, it should be a wallet that contains a small amount of coins.

snip..

You forgot the most important wallet which is the Electrum wallet for Bitcoin. The next important thing according to me is the notification bot by TryNinja which is for the forum. The next important thing is to know which platform to use for posting images in the forum, which is TalkImg.com. These according to me are more important than some of those which you have listed OP in your thread topic.

For the CEX wallet please ensure you only use those wallets for trading purposes and not for holding your coins. Please do add Mexc Global to that list as it is still a CEX exchange that does not ask for KYC. Do some search within the forum to add a few P2P exchanges.
