OP, bitcoin is for everyone, anyone can get success investing in bitcoin. Yes, I would also say investing in altcoins can earn a lot of profit but altcoins are more risky. Shitcoins are like storms, no one can tell when what will happen in the market. If you invest in shitcoins you risk losing your entire money.

If you invest in Bitcoin, your risk will be very low. If you invest in Bitcoin and hold it for long term then you can earn huge profit from Bitcoin too. OP, you said Bitcoin is for the rich, which is actually wrong. Because you don't have to buy 1 bitcoin all at once, you can invest in small amounts with the DCA method. It seems that you have little idea about Bitcoin, so you should research more about Bitcoin.

This is such a misinterpretation and bad attitude, and after this, several conclusions could be drawn.
Bitcoin is for rich investors and such idiots should be avoided and should deal with poor people's investments. You will always do better by following poor people.

Ignore Bitcoin and follow 1000 shitcoins, one of them will surely bring profit.

I get what you mean, you are saying that investing altcoin will give more profit, sure in a very special case altcoin can go x10 or even x100 in a short time, but there are thousands of altcoin now, and dozens new altcoins every month, statistically speaking you are more likely to marry a celebrity rather than choosing the right altcoin that give you x10 or even x100 profit. And the alternative when you get a shitcoin you will more likely to lose all of your money when the developer just ran and the coin become worthless.

Just like any other investment, in crypto more profit will have more risk. Bitcoin might give you small profit in a short time but it's far less risky compared to altcoin. And you can start buying bitcoin with very small amount, so you don't need to be rich to buy bitcoin.

However, before writing it off, remember that even the "rich" investors started somewhere. The key is to diversify, test different assets, and above all, keep learning. Laugh , what did you think Bitcoin was before you thought of investing in it? Did you think that Bitcoin is for everybody? Bitcoin is for those who have the money to buy Bitcoin and also those who are capable of buying it, some people can have money but can't buy Bitcoin because they don't have the mind to buy or they don't trust it, as a newbie no one will advise you quickly you buy a bitcoin in this forum, I haven't seen it, you are going to be advised to learn more about bitcoin before you can decide if you can buy or not, let be honest bitcoin is not for people who don't have a sources of income.

And talking about Alcoins and shitcoin, the reason why they don't use to advise a newbie to buy them is that they don't want them you lose their money because some Alcoin and shitcoin are not good, you might buy some and you won't be able to sell it or even if you want to sell it you will lose some money instead of you to gain a profit you are losing and that doesn't sound good, no one will be happy if he loses some money in crypto so don't think the advise people give about bitcoin and Alcoins is just for those who have money to buy bitcoin, it all for the safe of all the forum members and those who haven't know anything about it.

It's nice to see another user coming to the reality of things, Bitcoin is indeed the hero of the crypto world but it might have served its term if a huge money is the aim of your investment.

It was as if I was the only one facing the reality before but now a few people like you are now joining as Bitcoin is an asset, we should treat it like it is and not like a super-asset especially this time that big establishments are involved, it will be more mature in behaviour than it was when it was newly introduced. The price of Bitcoin is another discouragement here, the market cap is already high, and the liquidity will never be flowing in multiples like the uninformed bigots believe.

That guy claims that bitcoin is only for rich investors just because he can't become millionaire anymore by buying few hundreds of dollars worth of BTC and instead he advise people to invest in altcoins. As far as I know, Bitcoin is a independent currency, and it's up to each individual choice, if you don't like it, don't invest, but it's not right to think of everyone as yourself. As far as I know in my little knowledge, Bitcoin is the best currency, and the safest currency for long term investment. Those who invest in Bitcoin in time get good returns, and those who invest in DCA are doing well. It's your fault that you couldn't do them, But you can't call bitcoin bad at all.

Bitcoin was not invented to make you become rich overnight, well, if you missed the early party sorry, however in as much as Bitcoin has changed some people's life by their investment into Bitcoin, the sole purpose of creation of this digital currency is to be a deflationary asset that has no central control (Decentralized) to try to manipulate the Bitcoin network system and print as many Bitcoin as the can print to cause inflation, if you have come with the hope of getting rich overnight with Bitcoin, I'm sorry that Bitcoin may disappoint in this case, Bitcoin is store of value and a hedge against inflation and not basically “to make the real money” as you quoted.
