I like all the advice that has been pointed out in the OP, but for people like us here on the forum that have experienced and seen these kind of market cycles that repeat all the time , I think we should be immune to these and need not to panic or get stressed over thing's we have experienced several times...

And best antidote to this is to stay away from that internet connected phone or PC and you should be okay.
Yes, I think staying away from your phone is the easiest way, but not everyone is able to do it, especially those who have suffered large losses due to price corrections.
Experienced investors won’t panic when facing corrections, and the most comfortable are of course those who use the DCA strategy. I’m confident that regardless of how Bitcoin cycle plays out, we’ll eventually see its price surpass previous ATHs again and again.

In my opinion, here are some things you can do to avoid stress during a market crash:

(1) Focus on the long term rather than short term losses

(2) Have an emergency fund so you don't have to sell at a loss

(3) Limit how often you check your portfolio

(4) Trust your investment strategy, it's what it's made for

(5) Avoid constant financial news and doom-scrolling

(6) Talk to someone about your concerns

(7) View crashes as buying opportunities if possible

The key here is that volatility is normal and temporary, so try not to panic.

By being here long enough. Because if you are in crypto world long enough then you will realize that you are not going to see this just once, it happens all the time. So when you start to see the price drop all the time, it becomes something normal for you. I have seen these kinds of drops a million times, so it doesn't give me any stress at all, I am pretty used to it by now and I feel like it is going to happen again and again in the future as well.

When you get so numb and used to it, you do not have to worry about anything. The best we can do right now is to make sure that we can hold it as long as possible without a worry. I personally hope for it to pass anyways, but not worried about it at all because I have seen it before.

Investors who don't panic when they see Bitcoin price corrections in the market are those who have been honed by various conditions and past experience investing in Bitcoin. Meanwhile, those who still panic are those who don't use any strategy when buying Bitcoin, and even such people rarely buy Bitcoin as regularly as investors who use the DCA strategy. Today, Bitcoin has corrected again by five percent in a matter of days, which is actually a very good opportunity for investors who like to buy Bitcoin using the DCA strategy.

I agree with you, staying away from the market and limiting information during a crisis is a good way to maintain mental health. In fact, times of crisis like this are a good opportunity to grow and learn. Staying away from the market and limiting information indirectly calms the mind, and there are many more things to grow and learn. Managing emotions, improving your mindset, learning about investing, and communicating with the community or other investors will make us more productive. Remember, investing isn't just about transactions, but also about learning. This also depends on each person's perspective.
Why avoid it? It's better to just face it, right? If you avoid the market during a downturn, you'll certainly miss a great opportunity to acquire Bitcoin at a much lower price and hold it for the long term. However, the advice to avoid the market during a downturn doesn't mean avoiding investing entirely, but rather about managing the risks and mental health we face. That's why it's important to learn about what we buy to avoid panic.

Smart investors tend to be more active in bear markets. Many are preparing to buy Bitcoin at the dip. At this time, when most investors panic, some investors are lucky. They can continue to buy Bitcoin as much as they can. Investors who wait for the dumping in Bitcoin do not have any pressure from the decline in the price of Bitcoin, but they are able to continue buy bitcoin very calmly at that time. For those who cannot trust Bitcoin, they have more mental stress.

We know that some people can't help themselves in panic and have the intention to sell their losses.

The best way for me to relieve stress during market crashes like now is to;

  • Stopping all price update notifications
  • Deleting exchange apps (if you have them on an exchange)
  • Not playing too much on the internet
  • Focusing on the real world
  • Keeping myself busy doing physical activities

Are there any other ways you can suggest?

It will be difficult to stay away from your phone when you are anxious. You will always want ot check what's going on to know the next move to take. That's why it's good to have a long-term goal while investing in Bitcoin. Nobody knows how the market will turn, but having a long-term plan will allow you to adjust your plans if the market is not favourable at a particular time.

Some investors have adjusted a four-year plan to eight years just to ensure that they achieve their goals. If you don't see Bitcoin as a quick means to make money, a temporary price drop won't cause fear or worries.

Yes, why stay away? Even if we can't buy bitcoin every time the price drops because of financial constraints. We also don't need to shy away from every market crash, especially since volatility and crashes are common events in the cryptocurrency market. Meanwhile, we are crypto investors and we can stay away from it once, but what about the other times? because it is part of this speculative market.

Avoidance is never a long term solution. So instead of avoiding it, we should face it and find ways to adapt. If we can't do this, how can we make big profits in market?

What you said is true, even if we avoid it, we cannot deny that we will definitely subconsciously think about what we invest in. Indeed, it is better, as you said above, to face what is happening now, by learning from this incident, our psychology and mental will be tested with the experiences we go through every day whether the market is in good condition or experiencing a decline. And as you said next I totally agree that avoiding is not the right solution we will miss the golden opportunity to get very cheap bitcoins which recently experienced a significant decline.

It will be wrong for a bitcoin investor to think of avoiding market volatility since this is part of the market and it doesn't just happens. It will just look like someone who is trying to run away from challenges, without them knowing that challenges is part of life . An investor should learn how to embrace the dips and the experience that comes with it, the market will always dips  so is one big experience an investor shouldn't think of missing.

I believe difficult moment how to avoid stress in market crash exactly for the future trader with long position opening, for spot trader maybe easily avoid stress with market dump significant by taking vacation and close totally update about market condition opening back around three or one week later after market recovering. But for future trader I don't have any good ideas if close totally your mobile phone liquid email notification waiting for, taking vacation and shot down totally your mobile phone can't worth it yet how to avoid from market crash.

As spot trader, I think easily how to avoid stress in market crash during you invest at top altcoin and focus investing in bitcoin, get holiday or camping at mountain for several days and return back later for opening market exactly your top altcoin and bitcoin investment easily recovery back to the higher price.

I think someone who already know how Bitcoin investing works will always endure the Bitcoin price turbulence or bear market, this time of price crash can be painful but understanding the market will help you perceivere it . However to be on the safer side when the Bitcoin market crashes, have it in mind that Bitcoin investing is not for short term profit, but long term. The market crash is momentary, and instead take advantage by buying more instead of being so emotional. Further, having good money at hand or savings will also help you not to make rash decisions, if you have enough money to take care of yourself, you won't sell your asset during market crash instead stop being emotional and remain calm.

If you are a trader you should know about risk management and you ought to be discipline so in case the market is going against you and one thing you should know is that, the market must not go in your direction all the time and it is also not your friend you can tell to do something for you. If you use what you can actually afford to lose then you don't need any of these rather all you need to do is stay away from the chart and focus on other things even though it may not be that easy because I know how it can be especially when market is going against you. But if you are investing you don't really need any of these because the goal should be to hold for long term.

Investors just need to understand that market dip are part of bitcoin cycle, it can't keep rising forever. Sometimes the market needs to cool down a bit before going up again and that's where investor patience is needed the most.  Alot of guys sees a dip as something that will last forever, so instead they would sell of their bitcoin due to fear. But  when the market begins to  show signs of recovery, then they will quickly rush back buying at higer price. It's a wrong move because they will end selling low and buying high. As far as I know your stability to maintain your investment for a long time depends on your mindset and finances.  When your finances are planned properly and have the wrong mindset you would see yourself crashing out at every market dips. Having the right mindset ( patience, discipline and conviction) and a solid financial plan (Bills sorted + emergency savings) can make a big difference in how you handle Bitcoin's volatility.

What you’re saying does have some truth to it because, after all, a decline is part of the market cycle; ups and downs are common in a market given its volatile nature.
It’s understandable for beginners to panic, but eventually they’ll come to understand it. The key point is that this is where a strong mindset is needed. Personally, I’m one of those people who doesn’t constantly monitor the market not because I’m afraid of a downturn, but because I simply don’t have the time to keep a close eye on it.

The main purpose of Bitcoin investment is patience, the person who can be patient and control his own emotions will definitely be successful. And behind his success, the biggest opportunity will be created where he will definitely be financially successful in the future by investing in Bitcoin, you should note that the person who maintains the continuity of buying Bitcoin will have very little chance of losing. Because the Bitcoin market is unstable,
pumping and dumping can happen at any time, so it is best to invest in Bitcoin by maintaining the continuity of buying, which makes it easier to keep Bitcoin for a long time.

Investors who cannot handle panic should not invest. Such investors often end up panicking and losing money.
The advice you have given for these investors is not easy or almost impossible to implement. A person is interested in knowing his position using capital. You may have mentioned the attitude of new traders who use leverage and spend a lot of time watching market price updates and market conditions.

To avoid panic selling, invest for the long term within your financial capacity. If you have a long term investment plan, you will not need to watch price updates and will focus more on accumulating Bitcoins rather than focusing on advertising.

We know that some people can't help themselves in panic and have the intention to sell their losses.

The best way for me to relieve stress during market crashes like now is to;

  • Stopping all price update notifications
  • Deleting exchange apps (if you have them on an exchange)
  • Not playing too much on the internet
  • Focusing on the real world
  • Keeping myself busy doing physical activities

Are there any other ways you can suggest?
Investors who cannot handle panic should not invest. Such investors often end up panicking and losing money.
The advice you have given for these investors is not easy or almost impossible to implement. A person is interested in knowing his position using capital. You may have mentioned the attitude of new traders who use leverage and spend a lot of time watching market price updates and market conditions.

To avoid panic selling, invest for the long term within your financial capacity. If you have a long term investment plan, you will not need to watch price updates and will focus more on accumulating Bitcoins rather than focusing on advertising.
Before investing, if an investor can gain confidence by considering where he is investing, the potential for profit from the investment, and the risk, then even if the market falls, the investor will not be confused. When investing in Bitcoin, I give importance to long-term planning. Because I know that if Bitcoin halving occurs every four years, there is a high probability of getting a new ATH of Bitcoin. It is important to remember that price drops are very common occurance. If there is no confidence, it is difficult to control emotions during minor rises and falls.

A big advantage of long-term investors is that they do not get confused in any market condition, when the market crashes, it creates a good opportunity for them to buy where others panic. If someone does not master the stress relief techniques mentioned by the OP, if someone only plans long-term in investing in Bitcoin, then he will be comparatively free from stress.

Those who invest in Bitcoin and quickly panic when they see the volatility of the market will find it very difficult to hold Bitcoin in the long term. No matter how much we convince them, they will panic and face the consequences. In order to achieve long-term investment success in Bitcoin, you must invest with discipline and use every opportunity with confidence when the price of Bitcoin fall.
You must not be disappointed quickly and patiently hold the investment for a long time. Despite knowing these things, investors who quickly panic when the price of Bitcoin fall are not truly investing in Bitcoin. In order to hold the investment for a long time, it is very important to invest within your means with discipline, in addition, the investor must be kept busy. Rather than keeping a close eye on the volatility in the market, it is more effective to invest little by little, think realistically, and wait patiently for a long time.
