The truth is, you never really used to have any easy winnings, but it seems so to you right now because you never paid attention or gave any meaning to the outcomes of your gambling activities back then.

I will give you an example for you to possibly better understand what really happened to you.
Imagine putting a pot of water on the fire and going your way with doing other things, you completely forget about that water and before you know it, the water is boiling.
But on that other hand, imagine putting the same pot of water on that fire, then sit right next to it and wait for it to boil, that water will take a very long time to boil.

The above I believe is a clear example of what happened to you, same way you used to win in the past, is exactly same way you still win today, but the difference is that, winning was not a priority back then, so, it meant nothing, it seems to you like it comes quite easy.
But now that winning has become a priority, you are keeping count and can't wait to win each time you Gamble, so, it now seems like it has become more difficult to win.
