first of all, this was quite a trustworthy bookie for me until today.

yesterday i wanted to withdraw my balance of 920 usd and realized that withdrawal is suspended.

i contacted live help and they said i need to verify my account. i said no problem and did it in 5 mins.. but still couldnt withdraw.. connected to live help again and he told me to wait 24 hours. i did. and today was the same. wrote them again and they told me to wait a couple of hours 3 hours ago.. and just now another guy on live help told me to wait a couple of hours more and `not to worry` which sounds super fkn fishy now. i saw here they scamming other users too for some various reasons which is quite disgusting.


i never use any bonuses. not here not anywhere else.. i only bet on sports, mostly tennis. and obviously i dont have  multiples account

 i ll write to their licence provider

Sorry, but where did you find that bcgame has scammed any amount from any of the users. A few days ago, it paid $7 million in profits to one user after completing all the verification procedures. Didn't you notice that in this section before you posted your accusation? It may take some time for your turn to happen and this is logical because you are not the only user on the platform and there may be cases that have turned before you. Don't be in a hurry and make sure that you will complete the withdrawal if everything is fine. Being a few hours late doesn't mean you've been scammed and according to the screenshots the support agent understands your situation and apologized again for the delay. Anyway bcgame has an official representative here on the forum and he might be able to give you a reassuring answer, but I don't see the need for that at the moment until the verification process is complete.

I didn't tell you to forget your withdrawals or that I am defending scams, because I am not sure about your situation since I heard the story from one side waiting for a response from bcgame. The support agent's response confirms that the status of your withdrawals is still under verification after you completed the identity verification procedures. It is a normal procedure known to all gambling platforms to request the completion of the identity verification procedures before completing the first withdrawal and it is always delayed.

You mentioned in your claim that bcgame scammed many users and I pointed out that this is a false claim because you did not provide any evidence of a single scam case and that the platform completed a withdrawal of $7 million for the benefit of one user a few days ago.

I am sure this is not your first case regarding withdrawal issues. but you still do not know how the casino procedure handles each case. you should learn from cases that are finally resolved.

It would be right to wait for them to come back with a reason as to why they have not allowed you to withdraw yet. Concluding before they have given you an answer would not be the right decision to make for now. The support staff has already said that they have notified the team and rushing them will only make it worse. But, it is your decision, and if you want to take the next step then go ahead.

Don’t do this or else you will make your situation worst because license provider is slow on dealing with cases against casino while the casino itself needs to discuss this issue directly to license provider which means no one can help you aside from license provider which is so slow.

You are still just waiting less than 48hrs. Your account is already verified so this is just a minor issue of waiting for them to remove the restriction.

i opened the scam accusations page and there was like 3 or 4 complaints about bc.game just at the first page. i also had a problem with them and some random guy always pops up and says `oh no ur wrong they just paid 7 mil to one guy`. ok ,and? 1xbet spends shitload of money for top team sponsorships too and we all know they are the biggest scam on earth
last year bk8 scammed me. i wrote it here and 10 people like you immediately wrote ` oh no youre probably a scammer,a cheater and you just got caught`. `no way they just paid 10 trillion dollars for a sponsorship, you gotta be in wrong here` and then what happened? bk8 staff came up and wrote that i wa snot a scammer or a cheater or whatever. i just have ` `professional betting style` whatever the fuck that means. so it was proven by the casino staff itself that they scammed me for a made up reason but even that was not enough for those clowns who defend the honor of casino for their lives. so since then this kinda behavour just disgusts me. nothing personal..

and btw about the guy who took 7 mil, i read your comments saying its impossible they would pay that so he should be ok even for small amounts that they might be willing to pay.. so i guess no need to feel  yourself compelled to make comments about every issue you face:) good day

This issue is easy to solved since your account is already verified. Just keep ask for update to support and give us update here if your problem still persist. We have @holydarkness here that has contact within BC support to escalate your issue.
