I won’t lie, I lost a lot of funds and like you said I won’t want to talk about it or even think over it because it gambling and of course we are boing to lose sometimes. I feel maybe fatigue was also a contribution in the lack of goal in the Greek league so far, I feel maybe immediately after the the holiday break team will score more, a lot of players would have rested and seen their loved ones too. I hope after the break I get my funds back, I believe the first 2 or 3 rounds after the break will produce goals.

Just like you, I have now learned too, and i have also learned that most odd are not worth it so it better to just leave the games. There are some exiting fixtures after the holiday, I hope we make some money after the holiday break.

It's annoying, but what can you do? It's the only League I have some experience and just like you, I've fallen a victim of the low odds, thinking it's a guaranteed win, but actually, I ended up losing more in the process. This rule applies to all matches that are unbalanced, of course, it's not an incident occurring only in the Greek Super League.

Don't worry, you'll eventually recoup the lost money, new year has some decent options in the first two weeks that I checked.

To be honest it a bad experience, what bothers me is that it wasn’t always like this, like I use to remember when the big clubs in the Greek league were give reasonable odds, 1.40 sometimes even 1.50 to a middle table clubs but now it just to too different, what pains the most is that they won’t even deliver the small odds. Imagine the last week game that AEK Athens couldn’t even win, they had to even struggle till the last minute to even get a draw. I was even thinking maybe I should consider playing them first half win but checking the stats it not convincing enough and maybe after the first 2 fixtures if nothing change in the league in terms of goals and wins them maybe I will give the Greek league a break.

Top 4 team have completed the 16th week of match and the only ones who failed to bring full points were AEK Athens because they were held to 1 - 1 draw by Levadiakos, Olympiacos and Panathinaikos won but unfortunately only got narrow 1 - 0 win and PAOK who looked the most stunning with the 3 - 0 win they got.
Now in terms of the standings from the top team to the top 4 each is only 1 point apart and it seems that the competition here in the future can be much more interesting, this will make the league look very competitive with the rise and fall of several team in turn to fight for the top of the standings.

Happy new year to everyone watching this thread! Now that the holidays are coming to an end, the Greek Super League is resuming this weekend, with a few decent matches. Hopefully, we all enjoyed our holidays and this little break from work, gambling and perhaps other issues, we should slowly get back on track.



I haven't checked the odds for each match individually, but I'm seeing some decent opportunities; Aris vs. OFI is going to be interesting, while there's a derby between the most dominant teams, Panathinaikos vs. PAOK. Some other options also include AEK vs. Volos and Asteras vs. Atromitos. Both teams have the same score in the standings and have had similar performances in the past few matches.

The first match of the Greek Super League in 2025 has started a few minutes ago, Athens Kalithea vs. Lamia, offering great odds for both teams. I was thinking of betting on Athens Kallithea. Tomorrow's match of OFI vs. Aris is going to be interesting. Even though I support OFI, I don't think they're capable of winning against Aris; I'll likely go for Aris or a draw. The derby of the week is PAOK vs. Panathinaikos, a risky match that I'm still unsure if I'm going to participate in; I was considering over 2.5. Finishing with the last match Monday, with Olympiakos vs. Panetolikos, with not too bad odds for a relatively safe match.

The Greek league is back and of course I place a bet on Athens Kallithea to win Lamia and they did, even though it was a risky but what is gambling if not risk. It was a relegation battle and I feel the team playing at home should play more better and also to be  able to win and that was exactly what happened. The home team scored in the first half even though they were not in total control the got the lead. The first half ended and I was not still convinced if they can hold on to the lead. I was very tempted to cashout but it not my thing. Just few minutes into the second half the home scored again and I had a huge relief. The lead didn’t last 20min and I began to panic again, with less than 15 min to play the swat team received a red card and I got my relief back. At the end I won my gamble and it definitely a good way to start the new year. I will be here tomorrow to pick games again.

Greek Super League is always dominated by only few team and betting on the top team can certainly increase the chances of winning especially when they play at home, but to take safer option then double chance or asian total can help you to get more win than loss.
Here it is very different from other big league like in Europe, by the way today Olympiacos played against Panetolikos away and the first half was over, for the time being Olympiacos is still superior in dominating the game and managed to create 1 goal in the final minutes thanks to penalty, they are sure to be able to maintain this advantage and save 3 points in full.

Great job at recouping your losses! You had a good weekend, congratulations! I also bet on Athens Kallithea vs. Lamia and won, it was a last minute decision, the odds were quite decent, up to 2.15, and decided it was worth the risk. I didn't bet on Panathinaikos vs. PAOK, the match had decent odds but compared to the previous match, I considered it a major risk and passed it. I also made a few safer bets on Olympiakos vs. Panetolikos and AEK vs. Volos, the odds weren't anything special, but weren't too bad either. I only lost on Aris vs. OFI, didn't anticipate OFI winning, I suspected they'd lose or end in a tie.

I just realized that I haven't posted the upcoming matches, starting from tomorrow. To be honest, the odds aren't that great in the majority of the matches, with a few exceptions, such as Levadiakos vs. OFI or Lamia vs. Atromitos. I'm personally going to opt for OFI vs. Levadiakos, OFI has decent chances of winning with pretty good odds of over 2x, and I was also considering Lamia vs. Atromitos, opting for Atromitos.

Olympiakos is certainly going to win against Aris, the 1.89x odds aren't too bad, they're quite decent, but in my opinion, not for this match. Over 2.5x is probable, but a little risky perhaps? I personally wouldn't opt for it, I'm 50/50 on how this match will progress. I don't think Panathinaikos vs. Panserraikos is that risky, your first option is much riskier, I'd consider it a safe bet if I were you. I'm guessing that on the last one you're talking about PAOK vs. Volos, which is a semi-decent, semi-risk option, because on your post, you mentioned Aris again.

My bad, I was actually talking about AEK Athens, they will play against Athens Kallithea, and I feel it another match i see a possibility of over2.5 so instead of gambling on just over2.5 I was thinking to gamble on home to win and over2.5. For sure AEK Athens will win that match, they are still in the title race and a win will keep their hope intact for the title.

Athens kallithea are struggling so bad, they have 12points in 17 matches and are in the relegation zone, they have recorded just one win since the beginning of season, it looks like an easy win for Athens, I just hope they score much goals too.

I already place a bet on olympiacos, I gambled on them at over2.5. I just have this confidence that the match will end 2-1 in favor of Olympiacos. It a risky bet because olympiacos haven’t played over2.5 in their last 4 matches, I really hope that changes today.

One of the most beatiful in this season of the Greek super league is how close is each team to each other, in the top positions the 4 biggest team of the country are fighting each others like no tomorrow only 3/4 points gap between the first one and the current 4º position.

And until im writing this Aris who is currently in 5º position is winning against the leader.

I hadn't realized that I didn't update the topic with the upcoming matches. Some personal stuff made me lose track of time. This is going to be an interesting weekend, with one derby of Panathinaikos vs. AEK, and several other intriguing matches. I'm at work so I haven't checked the odds yet, but I'm already considering Panetolikos vs. OFI, Aris vs. PAOK, Atromitos vs. Olympiakos (depending on the odds, but it's an almost guaranteed win), and perhaps today's match of Kallithea vs. Volos, which is starting in a few hours, at 17:00.

Oh for sure! That game will always be legendary and it's on my 2nd place as one of the most craziest games that happens yearly and the atmosphere there is insane! On the first place I still have Partizan - Red Start because that derby is unique in so many ways that there are documentaries on youtube and stuff.

So yea , this championship is entertaining but so was the last one where Paok won in last game the championship but it doesn't look like they will be able to repeat it and most likely Olympiakos or AEK will win ...with finger crossed for AEK as I like this team.

Actually sad to see the derby was decided by only 1 goal and that was from a penalty ...but overall a decent game and a very important victory for Panathinaikos who are now 2nd in Super League and only 4 points behind their biggest rival Olympiakos.

For AEK this defeat is counting a lot for title fight and I'm sure they are aware of this but they need to stay focused for next game and bring 3 points in order to keep title hopes alive.

I expected that result, I knew this derby won’t come with much goals besides both teams especially panathinaikos is very much good in defending, so after they got that goal I knew they were just going to sit back and try to defend it. If it was a case were AEK Athens was first to score then maybe we will see a lot of goals in the derby. Panathinaikos just want to put pressure on Olympiakos in challenge for the title and winning is all that matters to them, it doesn’t even matter how they manage to win they just want to win.

They are now 4 points behind Olympiakos, if they can keep up like this maybe Olympiakos will slip up in one of these matches and they can take advantage. Well I didn’t gamble on the Greek league This weekend because I wasn’t much convinced with the fixtures. If u had gamble I hope you didn’t lose much?
