For derby matches i consider avoid.  Sorry for that.

What i mean is in top leagues with top teams you can go for the over goals, but in minor leagues i dont think so. In derby matches asides of avoid maybe going with yellow cards or red cards, because they are emotional games, the problem with them is the bookies now this and offer to us lower odds.

Oh, I see. Well, generally I used to avoid them in the past; I wouldn't take part knowing that they were considered high risk; sometimes the odds weren't worth it either, compared to other matches that I considered had better luck with. That has now changed. A few months ago, I was involved in the Euro 2024 championship. I managed to win a few decent derbies and decided to participate every now and then, taking into account the odds, of course, but so far, I haven't had the best of luck.

I honestly cannot understand how come that Olympiacos once again at the top when in the beginning of this season league both AEK and Panathinaikos were doing extremely well and were fighting for the title together. This is a clear example that every single point counts and that you can and should never underestimate your opponents. I see the recent trend of the teams and Olympiacos is doing decisively well in here, I know they are runners up and title contenders every year but just when I thought  AEK or Panaithanikos are going to win the Super League I see them 4 points behind which is a lot in this league seeing every team performance. They say that is why football is beautiful as you cannot really predict it and I think I have to agree with such statement.

Greek Superleague is a very particular and competitive league. Last year Champion was PAOK with a tremendous run of wins. They needed to win all the other 4 big teams in the playoffs, no other result would do, and they did it. This year looks the same competitive as the previous one, so there is not actually a surprise. All have the chance to win it, even in the last minute of the last game of all.

Well, the season is long and Olimpiacos still a super big team so they can recover.

AEK and panatinaikos as i see them are big clubs but not at the same level of Olimpiacos.

I check, and yes until the round 10 they were in a very poor performance for a team like them. What a recovery they made.

Well, they had a great game yesterday against Qarabaq and got the win with 3-0. They are in great shape but we still have a long way until the playoffs.
Tomorrow's games are Panathinaikos vs OFI and Panseraikos vs Volos. Panathinaikos will get the win that he wants, while in the other game, things are a bit difficult. Most likely, I will support Panseraikos' win, they are performing much better than Volos and if they play as they did in their last matches, they will get the win. Or safer, I will bet both to score a goal. Still undecided...

I was in a cafeteria yesterday and it was playing live, I didn't watch the whole thing but it was a great game. Kudos to Olympiakos! Panathinaikos vs. OFI is playing tomorrow, and even though I'm a supporter of OFI, I doubt we have any chances. Panathinaikos did quite good in the previous match aganst Olympiakos, which ended in a tie, and although OFI has won against Panathinaikos before, I don't think we'll manage this time. I was also considering betting on Panserraikos vs Volos, the latter of which hasn't had the best performance the past five games, and the odds are quite decent (2.26 and 3.25).

Olympiakos vs. Levadiakos is a certain win, with 1.42 odds, while AEK vs. PAOK is going to be the derby of the week, I was considering betting over 2x, but the odds are quite average (1.55x). The last match on Monday, Asteras vs. Lamia also looks like a certain win. Asteras is on a winning streak, while Lamia the exact opposite, and they're in the last position on the standings. The odds are quite good as well, 1.65x.

Foul yellows (10), goals from both teams, luckier team AEK which has Lamela in exceptional form. Fantastic goal from him, probably one of the top of the season.

I was almost certain that the match would end in a tie, the odds weren't anything special, 1.41x if I remember correctly, but I was expecting at least two goals. I was worried that I wasted my bet on what I considered safe. This shows that you can never be certain about a match's outcome. Aris won Kallithea, as I had also predicted, in a quite interesting match, both teams had great performance, but Aris sustained the score leading to their victory. As for Atromitos, even though they've won, they could have performed much better. They had a total of 20 shots, compared to 4 of Panetolikos.

Olympiacos is the strongest team in the Greece Super League and they have dominated the league more than any team in Greece. Olympiacos has won the Greece Super league 47th times which means they always know how to make things turn to their own advantage. AEK Athens and Panaithanikos are also strong teams in the Super league that are keeping the league to be competitive and i so like the energy of the two teams because they have 43 points each but AEK Athens has higher goal difference which made them to stay in the second position while Panaithanikos is third in the Super League. Olympiacos should not be happy at the top because 4 points is not a huge gap so if they don't maintain consistency, either AEK Athens or Panaithanikos can overtake them at the top and take the lead.

Four points for a league isn't much at all, especially when the league has playoffs. Also, let's not forget that Olympiakos are playing in the Europa League competition and Panathinaikos in the Conference League, while AEK don't. That means more rest and more time to organize and proceed with their strategy.

As I had anticipated, Asteras Tripolis won against Lamia, even though I was expecting more than one goal from them. It was a decent match from both teams, although Lamia hasn't been performing their best this League, they're in the last place. I'm posting next weekend's scheadule to prepare ourselves. As you can see for yourselves, there are quite a few interesting options next weekend, such as OFI vs. PAOK, Aris vs. Panathinaikos, Olympiakos vs. Asteras, and a few others.

I haven't checked the odds yet, as it's still Monday, but we'll analyze them in the upcoming days.

About the second, I'm a bit skeptical. PAOK has an undeniably better team than OFI, however, he will miss a lot of "first eleven" players and OFI is getting stronger in his home. Difficult to predict the outcome and with x3.50 odds for the win or draw of OFIs, becomes tempting to bet on one of these outcomes. Most likely, goals will be one safer option, and probably many yellows as well.

I wanted to update the thread yesterday with the odds to prepare ourselves but completely forgot about it. This weekend has a few decent matches, but nothing extraordinary if you ask me, we'll see how it progresses before we judge though. I'm personally on a dilemma regarding OFI vs. PAOK, OFI had a great performance the previous match against Panathinaikos, but didn't ultimately win. The odds are quite good, 3.65 for OFI and 1.96 for PAOK, but it looks like too much of a risk if you ask me. Perhaps I'd consider options such as over 2.5 or 3, but still looks risky. Perhaps I'll simply throw a few dollars and hope for the best. Olympiakos vs. Asteras seems like a certain win for Olympiakos, even though Asteras has been on a win streak the in the past few weeks.

Aris vs. Panathinaikos is also a "minor" derby, both are good teams, even though Panathinaikos is a more dominant one, with similar odds with OFI vs. Panathinaikos. I was also considering Lamia vs. Levadiakos, as Lamia is on a defeat streak for quite a few weeks now and the odds are great, it's still a little risky when dealing with smaller teams, but I believe it's worth it.

As far as i can see the only real profitable bet can be the PAOK one against Ofi crete, and i just checked and the match has already started and PAOK is winning easily, so that train just departed.

I lost the "Both to score" bet but I won the "Red card" and the win of PAOK with more than 2 goals. For sure, I didn't expect PAOK to win so easily. The red card against OFI early in the game was devastating for them.
Tomorrow I will play the same bets for the Aris vs Panathinaikos and probably add the win of Olympiakos against Asteras, in some small parlay to boost the odds.

What the hell, PAOK scored five goals against OFI, that was quite unexpected. As I said in my previous post, I was considering an over 2.5 or 3 option, but thought it was too risky. Ultimately, I should have chosen it because it provided with great odds, but let's not be ungrateful, I won with quite decent odds, 1.96 if I remember correctly. I didn't bet nor did I watch the other match of Volos vs. Panetolikos, and I've just now noticed that it featured great odds. No biggie though, as I mentioned earlier, matches between such smaller teams is a hit or miss. We'll see how tomorrow progresses.

In the meantime, AEK is winning against Panserraikos, with two goals till halftime, I doubt they'll be able to change the outcome though.

I didn't expect Aris to win this game but I was expecting Panathinaikos to score at least one goal and they failed even that. Olympiakos draw against Asteras was unexpected as well and the only team that takes advantage from this round was AEK. And PAOK, but they need more than that to cover the distance.
Let's see if Atromitos gets the win in tomorrow's match, and give me a small profit from this week's Superleague betting. If not...
